    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank Maybe it would be better if my mother and I just closed our accounts with you, if this is what you actually call customer 'service'. The Ombudsman investigating my complaint will cost Lloyds around £400 so well done for efficiency, logic, and your general shittiness.

    @LloydsBank When should I expect a replacement card due to my card expiring? Website says its automatic, but I've not had it and my card expires in a week.

    @LloydsBank Lloyds have stolen my transfer money of £1400, im stuck on a island in Fiji alone and this was my return flight money!! Their response was wait 21 working days for them to investigate!!!

    Genuinely losing my mind over the awful customer service I have received from @GooglePlay over my fraudulent claim dispute. No matter how much evidence I present, they're still refusing to refund over £150. @LloydsBank are you able to help me at all please?

    @LloydsBank utterly disgusted that we’ve received a letter 9 days AFTER you cancelled the insurance on a property belonging to a deceased relative whilst we await probate. Very poor customer service.

    Been Banking with @LloydsBank for 28 years since I was 16 & after visiting their #Nottingham branch today I'm moving bank, bank was organised chaos with 0 privacy for transactions, I'm embarrassed to be a Lloyds customer as can't be bothered to look professional.
