Been waiting to speak 45min .

I have 7 current accounts it’s got a bit silly I’ve started closing them now. Mainly for switching money and the like. But scaling down to around 4 now. Different uses. Always have a backup.

Why then are multiple users reporting this on this platform and you’re telling them it’s a technical issue?! My complaint wasn’t upheld! Have I been lied to?
