    @LloydsBank after attempting to sign in to my account for 45 minutes I give up. To confirm my age takes 800 taps on your antiquated app,waiting for text message code takes so long that I am logged out of the app and need to start again. PATHETIC.

    @LloydsBank I am finding Lloyds to be a shambles lately .. messed an agreement my ISA account. Then were really unhelpful with another query I had (which in fairness they could not help with), however they were to the point of being rude with me when I was merely asking a question!
