@LloydsBank Had a message saying they were coming today, they've not turned up, tbe claims team send me to another line that remains on hold forever. Noone is helping me. I pay you money directly for this service. You are not delivering the service you have been paid to provide.

When you promise a service but make it so bad that no-one can use it. @LloydsBank telephone banking service keeps you hanging on the line for over an hour as standard these days 🙄

@LloydsBank why aren’t you sending out replacement bank cards until 6 days before the old one expires? Massive problem if you have to go away that week and suddenly have no access to your own money!

@LloydsBank Hi, my local branch is a good thirty minute walk so I'm not really willing to do that just for a change of address. I'm in a block of flats, however my particular flat number isn't listed so I'm unable to change it on the app
