    @LloydsBank 37mins in the telephone queue and still wasn't answered. You say you're dealing with "customers in vulnerable situations". Is there a special number they call? How do you know I'm not vulnerable? How long are companies going to use Covid as an excuse for bad service?

    @LloydsBank my daughter needs to get her card unblocked so she can travel home tomorrow. She waited ages on the customer service line to be given another tel no to call but This new number just cuts off straight away

    @LloydsBank Can I schedule a call back from one of your offices to get my card unblocked? I have a text saying say YES to confirm this purchase from such and such for x £ is you and NO to say it wasn’t me to quickly update my account it says. I can’t send a YES because my phone isn’t working

    @LloydsBank Ah, hello Andy, well there is some faith restored, I don't like being incredibly slowly spoken to by a computer as if I were 5. I just need one thing and I am having to wait 40 minutes. Can you give me a customer services email address please as I have things to send over.

    @LloydsBank You’re terrible. You process wire transactions slowly and erratically, with no customer service to speak of, and then you charge £10 to the *receiver* for your terrible service? How common. Really poor.

    @LloydsBank CAN YOU GUYS EVER TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH THE LOYALTY THAT THEY DESERVE? ITS BEEN 2 DAYS THAT MY FRIENDS BEEN TRYING TO LOGIN TO HIS ACCOUNT AND YOUR BANK HAS DONE NOTHING TO HELP HIM OUT. SHAME!
