    @LloydsBank @WhichMoney Why do Lloyds Dvertise an emergency cash code service, and provide a number to ring if you're in the UK, and then, when the service is rung, I'm told I can't use that service unless I'm abroad?! I have to wait several days for my new bank card, and need money NOW! HOW??!!

    @LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

    @LloydsBank why do Lloyds advertise an emergency cash code service, but then refuse to let UK customers use the service???! I havve to wait seven working days for my new debit card, and now I can't access my money which I need to get to work! Angry isn't the word. Appalling.

    @LloydsBank mobile and internet banking not working. Is this a widespread thing? Had problems with my mobile app not logging me for a few days and then today going to the icon for it to tell me that it wasn’t installed at all. Have been unable to reinstall it fully and internet…

    @LloydsBank go through making a payment but then when it gets to the confirmation screen I get a notification saying internet banking is currently not working try again later…

    @LloydsBank Card services said they couldn’t do anything as it wasn’t returned to my account. Goldman Sachs obviously returned it the the ac no and sort code of where it came from which will be where are money transfers are sent from. I even called into branch last week who couldn’t help too

    @LloydsBank Living in Japan with a friend who's had their account suspended for unknown reasons. She's being told she has to take photo ID into a UK branch but as she's abroad for the next 6 months this is not possible. She needs access to this account. Help please.

    @LloydsBank Hey David. ING did not provide a timescale. I have more bank accounts and when I do a payment from ING to that account I can see it straight away in the app or on the website it is received. Not at Lloyds apparently.

    @LloydsBank Maybe increase it slightly, not by 33%? It's a dramatic increase. And yes, I will be looking to change my account - by moving to a bank that cares about its customers in this time of need and isn't trying to exploit them but help them. Customer of 15 years here, but bye then!👋

    @KatieAndThePigs @LloydsBank +1 for Starling. Features are great, but customer service via chat can occasionally be frustrating (that said in the years I've banked with them I've only needed to contact a handful of times).

    @LloydsBank trying to understand the issue with me debit card which is.not allowing me to transfer the funds to India, whenever I am calling my calling is just getting transferred from one support to another and last week I have been told that it is taking longer then usual so
