Stan Smith (@RealFC02) reported@LloydsBank This is not at all Client friendly and not in keeping with a five 9's service - 99.999 uptime. And why no roll back when the system collapsed ? Poor Customer service, very poor. Do you have an estimate for when systems will be returned to full functionality ?
-
Craig Aitken (@craigaitken70) reported@LloydsBank app down again. shocking service recently
-
Jay (@jayrocks_666) reported@LloydsBank Were they unavailable last week as you ignored my Faster Payments Service within 2 hours transaction and processed it the next day. Convenient way of avoiding interest. Oh and you web chat is ****
-
Billy Goater (@GoaterBilly) reported@LloydsBank I suspect you won't find one customer who is pleased to see that feature removed. Nor would I guess you could offer one credible reason why you have removed it other than to admit it's a start to phasing out the desktop option which, in my opinion, is far more convenient.
-
Mandy Smith (@MandySm73499734) reported@_laurennn92 @LloydsBank Both app and internet banking not working. I'm in Bristol.
-
LillyLew (@justlillylew) reported@LloydsBank your account is not verified so can I have a general answer. I have opened an acc online uk as a new customer. It timed out before giving me acc number+sort code. CANT get through on phone.
-
Jeremy Goff #RejoinEU #FBPE #PRT (@Jerry83560) reported@LloydsBank Card payments almost always continue to work even if your bank’s app and online banking are down, because the systems that process card payments are separate from the systems that run the app.

Kerrie (@WF2K_) reported@LloydsBank What an awful bank, their team on here is as much use as a chocolate teapot, they've been told multiple times that I can't use the phone or go into a branch but still they keep suggesting it. I won't be responding to anymore of their messages.
