    @LloydsBank why do Lloyds advertise an emergency cash code service, but then refuse to let UK customers use the service???! I havve to wait seven working days for my new debit card, and now I can't access my money which I need to get to work! Angry isn't the word. Appalling.

    @TheAA_UK @LloydsBank Home now 24 hrs later than planned.Left in a layby with no access to toilets etc for 5 hours waiting for recovery vehicle and onward travel that did not materialise. Rescued by family who took us overnight. Many frantic phone calls before hire car provided 22 hrs after breakdown!

    @LloydsBank @WhichMoney Why do Lloyds Dvertise an emergency cash code service, and provide a number to ring if you're in the UK, and then, when the service is rung, I'm told I can't use that service unless I'm abroad?! I have to wait several days for my new bank card, and need money NOW! HOW??!!

    @LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

    @LloydsBank ITS NOTHING TO DO WITH FRAUD?? ALL THREE PAYMENTS ARE GENUINE ONES MADE BY MYSELF, THEY'VE JUST DUPLICATED YOUR END FOR SOME REASON! Honestly, this is absolutely appalling service from all of you, it's honestly shocking. I will be making a serious complaint about this #disgusting

    @LloydsBank Yes they are, and the fraud team said its not for them to deal with (I agree, those transactions are not the fraudulent ones) I was told there is a "glitch" in the system and then transferred to the most useless man you must have working there.....

    @LloydsBank hi when I try to deposit on a bet site I can't add funds as I have been told my debit card is acting like a credit card? How can this be changed please? Deposits keep getting declined.

    @LloydsBank Another 5wks down the line, 2 phone calls to the 0345 number and a visit in person to the branch, I’m no further on. ‘We’ll send a new card out’ is all they keep saying. I’m beside myself now, they won’t even allow me to close a/c & transfer to another bank. What do I do now?

    @LloydsBank When try to login to my account, it requests characters of my memorable information which is impossible to enter, as I only have up to a certain amount.

    @petertheteacher @LloydsBank I know of a good Nigerian man who can help with your account. All he'll need is account details, your DOB, address, mother maiden name & photos of bank cards. He'll even transfer all the money into his account to keep safe for you. Promise he give it back...

    @LloydsBank I tried to top up my @YourSSE smart meter, I topped up the gas with no problem yesterday, but the electric wouldn't go through, I tried the electric again today and it came up with 'referral to bank' I am using a new card, but it worked fine for the other meter thanks
