@LloydsBank why do Lloyds advertise an emergency cash code service, but then refuse to let UK customers use the service???! I havve to wait seven working days for my new debit card, and now I can't access my money which I need to get to work! Angry isn't the word. Appalling.

@LloydsBank so Lloyds, why do you advertise an "emergency cash code" service for clients who haven't got access to debit cards at any given time, and then, when I ring up the UK number provided(!!!) I'm told sorry, we cant help unless you're abroad. Why advertise falsely?

@LloydsBank @WhichMoney Why do Lloyds Dvertise an emergency cash code service, and provide a number to ring if you're in the UK, and then, when the service is rung, I'm told I can't use that service unless I'm abroad?! I have to wait several days for my new bank card, and need money NOW! HOW??!!

@TheAA_UK @LloydsBank Home now 24 hrs later than planned.Left in a layby with no access to toilets etc for 5 hours waiting for recovery vehicle and onward travel that did not materialise. Rescued by family who took us overnight. Many frantic phone calls before hire car provided 22 hrs after breakdown!

@LloydsBank The error code is 9200117. I obviously need to know before I fill up the tank whether or not my card will work, what does this error code typically suggest?

@LloydsBank I'm being told that because of Royal Mail strikes it might be longer and there is no facility to use a courier company to get it out quicker. Do you think leaving customers without access to their money for that long is acceptable?

@LloydsBank Your telephone support sucks.Currently I'm abroad.Tried a transctn via app - it was held suspicious-fine -However trying your customer service and wait times are 40 mins and even in the early hours (2 am) its still 30min -still unable to get thru.

@LloydsBank Hmm so why do none of your customer service agents know this? Especially after holding for over an hour to go through to fraud department! The police DO NOT contact the banks i have been told this by the action for fraud team. @LloydsBank #SCAM
