@LloydsBank not able to see my accounts on line. All say £0.00, in accounts. No reply when telephone bank. Hopefully, just a tech error. As need to make payments by 10:00hrs.

@IslaFraser14 @LloydsBank Tbf this is atrocious from Lloyd’s. They have recently been blocking my payments just as I have been in a different part of the country (UK) despite putting my pin in they proceeded to block most contactless transactions for a month

@LloydsBank Absolutely terrible customer service, I called to ask them to transfer money. To which they said I need to come to the branch, I’ve just turned 18, I’m at university in France and need that money to buy a car that I’ve paid a deposit for, which I told the advisor. 1/2

@LloydsBank I’ve only one Lloyds debit card and one Lloyds credit card. I just want to cancel the credit card but not issue me a new credit card. I’ll get it once I reach UK. Debit card is fine, it has validity until next year so no issues.

@LloydsBank Yet another card transaction declined even though there are clearly funds in my account!! WHY does this KEEP on happening??!! Pop up notification from my app saying I’ve made a payment but website says declined & it doesn’t appear in app transaction list!!! 😤😠😡

@LloydsBank I am on my last log in attempt on internet banking before I'll need to reset my memorable information, so I'd rather not even attempt to log in at this moment. I do not have a smartphone thus cannot access the app.

@LloydsBank I've been trying to login to my mobile banking ever since yesterday and it keeps saying "sorry, we're having a few technical problems." I've tried logging in to my online banking account through my computer and the website doesn't even work! Help would be appreciated!
