    @LloydsBank Hello, please could you pass on the message to your tech team that there are technical difficulties with the app/website. Saying you’re not aware of issues is unacceptable as there’s clearly a problem your teams aren’t addressing. It’s been happening for 5+ days now..

    @LloydsBank I've had a similar problem with HSBC, but they weren't rude to me when I went into the branch. That's the real issue here. If I'd spoken to a member of your staff in that manner, security would have asked me to leave. Personally, I think you should be asking her to leave

    @LloydsBank Almost every day it says failure to load every day offers, so I miss out on them . It takes ages to load log in screen. Log in often says ‘ failure we are having technical difficulties ‘

    @LloydsBank I cannot complete the form without the information requested, and if I don't complete the form I can't update our Business Info. Now just running around the houses. In addition, the change of address form won't download either; I keep getting an error.

    @LloydsBank Very disappointed - Lloyds now imposing a monthly fee on my Gold Service account. Clearly my 40+ years with you counts for nothing. Loyalty cuts both ways and it's likely to be bye bye Lloyds.

    51 minutes on the phone to @LloydsBank trying to sort a Business Account issue that should take 5 minutes, and after being kept on hold, I was cut off. There doesn't seem to be any other way to contact them, so what choice do I have but to call back & waste more time? Not happy.

    Listening to an incredibly rude @LloydsBank customer service person dismissing consumer rights act to a local resident and saying no point in complaining about service being received - suspect rightly will be losing their business but still bad to hear! @itvMLshow #consumerRights
