@LloydsBank I have & I did it again there now to make sure. Still crashes during login. Tried both fingerprint and memorable word. Takes longer to crash using the memorable word mechanism (not sure that helps but its different so wanted to mention it) App version is 85.01

@LloydsBank why is it that an existing mortgage customer will pay almost 1% more than a new customer. On a remortgage it should be the other way round.

@arsenalmatt1 @LloydsBank Welcome the world of outsourcing customer servicd to crappy companies. Firstsource Solutions who operate the customer contact centres are more interested in paddimg their stats than actually helping customers. The training provided is nowhere near adequate enough either.

@LloydsBank @lews0r This is a widespread problem. I have the same issue and many reviews on play store saying similar as well. You need to fix the android app

@LloydsBank Crashes when trying to login. I know other people with the same issue. The service the app uses may be up but the app itself is not useable as logging in no longer works. I am unsure if it was due to an update to the app or Samsung's Android implementation.
