@LloydsBank Hi I’m trying to apply for a classic account. My issue is the fact that I have a 1 year student visa, from aug 2021 to aug 2022. However it is still impossible since it asks me for the date I entered and not the date my visa was issued.Should I put my visa date instead

@LloydsBank Hi, just had an email from Lloyds asking me to take a short survey regarding recent opening of a savings account. It’s a broken link & the link to tweet you leads to a suspended account. Either someone’s not paying attention to what they’re doing or it’s a scam!

@LloydsBank Been on hold for 30 minutes already, and no indication of where I am in the queue! Very poor customer services systems. I've been with Lloyds for 35 years but time for a move at this rate! Lack of investment in IT and staff it seems!

@LloydsBank I’m glad you’d like to help. I cannot for the life of me understand why your customer of 56 years was not given a temporary extension on her overdraft while she sold her house and bought a new one. It beggars belief
