Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@NHSuk hi there @LloydsBank are not following covid guidelines on contact less payments ..they are forcing customers like me to use contact entry on my card They don't tell customers ..they just block contact less use Vulnerable customers of lloyds should be warned

@LloydsBank is there a way to block payments to a merchant? eg. PayPal? A friend of mine blocked card payments to gambling sites but these sites allow PayPal deposits.

@LloydsBank I never have this issue when calling @MetroBank_Help The service from Lloyds Bank appears to have gone down the toilet and you are closing branches left right and centre. You are not the bank you used to be!
