@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank. Inspite of Saying you are here 24/7 to answer customer queries, I have tried 3 times to call and discuss opening a savings account. Every time your message is “we are very busy and cannot take your call goodbye.”

@LloydsBank absolutely disgraceful that I reported a customer of theirs as scamming me out of over 1000 pounds. He gas stated it was payment of bills. This was not. And they dropped the case

@LloydsBank you are awful. 12 days and still no replacement debit card. I will be taking this to the banking ombudsman. Time to move my accounts to a better bank, Sterling Bank and put my business finances in a safer place.

It always seems to be banks that put out the most excruciating adverts, like you @LloydsBank . I actually turned Youtube music off today, because of the constant bouts of, “This girl is on fire,” screaming at me in between stuff I wanted to listen to. Depressing, enraging garbage
