There are some unknown activity in my bank transactions and i am trying to ring Lloyds bank @LloydsBank in UK i have never seen this sort of customer service in my life i am in a queue for now about 1 hour 45 minutes and still no answer what is going on I don’t know.

@LloydsBank Internet banking down again this morning. Payday for many and eve of Bank Holiday. Almost like you don't want people accessing their money. Too timely to be coincidence.

@raymasseytweets @LloydsBank Thanks Ray. I will do. Also have an issue of account security. I went through as a Lloyds customer but they tried to transfer money from a Halifax account which I hadn’t mentioned or given details of!

@VirginMoney & @LloydsBank I’ve been trying to pay my virgin credit card multiple times. Transaction keeps being blocked, have called lloyds who have said my card is now fine but virgin still blocking transaction. Where is the issue? Lloyds or virgin?

@broquocwilliam @LloydsBank Yes they should. Pre Covid they were open until 5.30 I think & until 1pm on a Saturday. If the staff are now working only part of their normal hours but getting the same wage, there's no incentive for them to increase their hours

@LloydsBank @LloydsBankNews CRAZY HORSE Easier to switch funds to another bank than inform of change of address. Told Lloyds and they didn't offer any help - told me I had to go to a bank (during covid) and distant (because the closed my local)with documents . So I transferred my funds in seconds. Crazy.
