  @LloydsBank No. Every time I go to log in I put all my details and it tries to call me for me to put in a code but says there is no answer but I don’t get a call

  @LloydsBank V poor performance. On the Premier account line trying to ask a basic Q regarding my travel insurance (not answered in docs or on website). Current hold time almost an hour. But cumulative over all my failed attempts to talk to a human nearly 2 hrs. Account worth it?

  @LloydsBank I get cash back for making purchases using my card, including the ‘it’s on us’ feature. I had £20 cash back pending - not a huge amount - but can no longer see this feature on the app or the website.

  @LloydsBank No it’s not. It’s still not working properly. I was on hold for 55 minutes to your c/s team before I was told that. And as I want to repay someone, you can kindly post me (yes, POST ME) a code so I can. 1980s on the phone for you, they want their cinematography equipment back.
