    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    @LloydsBank Sorry , I am not investing time again to fill your forms. It's your legal obligation to the best of my knowledge for you to stop sending returned letters due to wrong address issues once those are returned with proper note on them.

    I don’t understand @HSBC_UK - 5 weeks for transaction dispute when @LloydsBank sent my boyfriend his money back for the same issue in a matter of hours…🙄🙄🙄

    @LloydsBank sadly, it's likely the end of over four decades a Lloyds customer with the withdrawal of free gold account banking. In recent years, the fee waiver has kept me tied but rather than pay near £180pa, I can now explore better current account options with other banks.

    @LloydsBank 2/2 I jumped through very frustrating automated phone hoops to be told wait time 30mns today. Now you've logged me out I guess I have no choice. I feel like I'm working for you right now. I think I need to find a more personalised and, while I'm at it, ethical bank.

    .@LloydsBank your customer service is appalling. When I called you today, I had to go through endless "security questions", to wait for more than 10 min to speak to someone for more questions and then to be transferred to someone who hung up the phone #CustomerService #lloydsbank

    @LloydsBank 0800 917 7017 - I’ve spoke to numerous people(all in the wrong team - direct debit fraud) I cannot get through to internet banking fraud team and had to clear my account. Appalled it seems easier to close my account than get help

    @LloydsBank what a service suspending my account have to call but 1 hour still on the phone waiting for someone to help. If you dont have someone to answer the phone do not suspent our account. How i am going to use my account
