Current hold time almost an hour. But cumulative over all my failed attempts to talk to a human nearly 2 hrs. Account worth it?

And as I want to repay someone, you can kindly post me (yes, POST ME) a code so I can. 1980s on the phone for you, they want their cinematography equipment back.
