@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

@normanmclean20 @LloydsBank I had similar experience when my account got locked I contacted support but they couldn’t help until I was referred to Will_tech02 on Instagram. You can send him a message I'm very positive that he can help.

@LloydsBank are you aware your internet banking isn’t working. I can’t see any information on my accounts and it will only show me September. I need to see my balances. Any ideas on timeframes please?
