    @conner__7 @LloydsBank When you look at the mammoth amount of people who’ve got the same problems with Lloyds you’ll realise it’s an ongoing issue to simply access there bank acc via the app. Yes he forgot it but still it needs to be easier for him to get assistance to get it.
