@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

@LloydsBank Lloyds has all my money which I can’t access ,I spoke to them to give me my money bcus I need to get food ,I was told by Lloyds to call the food bank if I don’t have food . I went to the branch for my money and the manager called the police for me bcus she felt threatherned .

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank I hate it when you go round and round in circles and your problem isn't one of the 79 options you can choose from, so you try them all and then you have to say your name and a robot doesn't understand your Yorkshire accent so you end up bellowing down the phone Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
