@LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank @LloydsBank Is there a problem with payments from debit cards? I have experienced problems with my weekly online shop, ticketmaster and all PayPal payments. I placed an order with an online retailer that went through, and a second order that will not process.

@LloydsBank This is yet another irritation in the endless saga of problems with Lloyds online banking. There's a page within your online banking called "What's new in online banking" but I'd guess that most customers don't need 'new' features, they just want basic reliability and stability.

@LloydsBank Thanks. I've just told my mother to ring Lloyd's and I spoke to the guy on the phone. He couldn't find the cheque on the system and said he couldn't stop it either, telling me to go into branch. My mother is unable to go anywhere at the moment so this is impossible.

@LloydsBank issue with verification codes by text to US cell numbers. Keep requesting code to be sent and nothing ever arrives. Phone number is correct in system. Can’t move forward without code. Very frustrating!!

@LloydsBank Debit card, I’m calling through my app. I’ve finally spoken to someone now and been told it can take up to 45 days to resolve. Now I’m on hold to customer care but I really don’t have time to hold much longer
