    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank I am deaf and the pandemic basically shut me off from all services, I can't phone the gp, I can't do zoom meetings, radom people chose to call me out for not wearing masks, also have anxiety and panic disorder, the amount of abuse and judgement is unreal, all services are broken

    @LloydsBank It was reset, didn't work. Called back, it was resent again, logged in but it said no mobile is registered for extra security. Called back AGAIN and was told you have my number so not sure why an issue? Put through to voice ID, that didn't work either!!

    Genuinely thinking about changing my business banking to a different bank, purely because every time I sign in they make me use a card reader and it drives me absolutely crazy. @LloydsBank WHO on earth carries a card reader everywhere with them?! It's madness!

    @LloydsBank our debit cards were not delivered and somehow someone got a hold of them and withdrew money from our account. Not your customer centre telling us they’ve closed the investigation after deciding within how many minutes that it’s our fault.
