@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank insurance claim, please help me? Aviva are claiming they never fixed my car, @minsterlawuk are being difficult. Need a conclusion to this mess after 23 months and no one is interested in helping me. Really not happy. Will never recommend either of you for insurance.

@LloydsBank I have sent you a DM I realise that AXA is receiving an unprecedented amount of calls all I need is an email address to make the claim however the website requires me to login/register I am unable to do so/register as my email and DOB not recognised

@LloydsBank I have POA for my parents accounts. I have set up internet banking with the required details but have not been able to access the accounts as you need a phone number. I have downloaded your app but cannot get further than the T&Cs. Problem your end or mine?
