    @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    Beyond fed up with @LloydsBank. Since Friday lunchtime I've been lied to, fobbed off + ignored. Do you think that's acceptable ? No, SM just do platitudes whilst you can't get through to anyone who might actually be able to help. As soon as I have my new card I'm switching banks.

    Help requested from friends & @LloydsBank Hive Mind; the mystery of one's credit card "Cashback Balance" eludes me; random numbers, but if you're YTD cash back is (say) £100, how does one apply it to one's credit card? Doesn't show up on statement and just grows each month; help?
