@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

@LloydsBank How does cashback actually work on my credit card? How am I meant to access it or benefit from it? It seems the balance just builds up, and I can only receive it when I close my account? (Which is a perverse incentive for a loyalty programme to offer!)

@LloydsBank I followed all the instructions in the automated text you sent to try and unblock the card. That made no difference. I used the automatic chat message service but there was no reply. I rang today three times today but have not managed to get through. 2/
