@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

@LloydsBank you’ve shut down the entire internet banking on a Saturday night, I cannot access my finances and I cannot get home. There’s GROUPS of people having the same problem next to me. Unless you’re going to reopen the whole thing, you cannot help.

Lloyds bank suspended my account again! Spend anything over a tenner and they think there is suspicious/fraud activity. Worst customer service ever, don’t even bother to make a customer courtesy call. Now I’ve got a 30 minute wait time to speak to someone, morons @LloydsBank

@LloydsBank You really need a way of contacting you from the website that does not involve telephoning - some comments on services require more than a person on the end of a phone 1/2

@LloydsBank Phone line long wait time, then cut off. Online banking is not #accessible - verifications cause issues, unclear instructions. If the person is not tech savvy this causes stress and mistakes. They wanted to check accounts /move money - they shouldn't have needed support for this.

@LloydsBank It would be great if I was able to get home first so I could charge my phone; 40 minutes on hold is not so easy with an old android. If my battery dies whilst on hold then I'll be left without a phone to call help and no knowledge of whether or not you have frozen my card.
