Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

After about 10 attempts it to worked - didn’t change anything - same background, same lighting etc etc. It just decided to work . its just very annoying and I know others who have the same issues

My credit card is supposed to protect me against fraudsters yet its next to impossible to get you to stop a payment. No contact info online for HUMAN interaction. I NO LONGER TRUST YOU WITH MY MONEY!
