@LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank please fix your personal banking app. Keeps saying can't start app. Got full Internet connection and was working an hour or so ago. Very frustrating and at a time I really need it. Down detector has reported a massive spike in issues too.

@LloydsBank @Marcfasting Shocking isn’t it? And yet they continue to close down high street branches at pace, 50 minute wait times to speak with someone on the phone and now unreliable online digital services too. Unacceptable.
