    @LloydsBank No I have only today been made appointee for my brother and the care home he is in needs his fees as he lost capacity and can't access his money so I have to try access his money to pay them wat he owes his benefit payment go into his account to he can't access them

    @LloydsBank your customer helpline is not taking calls and the online messaging service only has an automated assistant answering basic questions but not able to refer me to an actual person. Can I email anybody? Understand you’re busy but really need help.

    @LloydsBank In branch but at machine. The letter on return said payee was unreadable - was a printed, clear cheque. The machine was not working correctly. HMRC cannot arrange a faster payment because of the logistics it takes to cancel a cheque and have multiple departments check for fraud.

    @LloydsBank Made a silly mistake this morning & transferred money to the wrong account. Customer services were simply brilliant with the help they provided. Thank you.

    Extremely let down by @LloydsBank Printed cheque from HMRC apparently couldn’t be read by machine. No one willing to help in branch. Now waiting 6-8 weeks for cheque to be reissued after your failing. Thanks for putting my family in a financially precarious position

    @LloydsBank it's a common thing among my friends. we have access to the account but we don't see the pension and the money. I could until last week.

    @LloydsBank Google pay not working and cannot use my card on Just eat or Domino's. Error code OR-IDL-09. Had to use PayPal In the end! My account has plenty of funds so that's not the issue. Has made ordering dinner a real pain in the proverbial.
