    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    Me: I've been having problems with online card payments. @LloydsBank: Yeah, we blocked it, one of the transactions looked iffy. Me: That was a week ago, why didn't you tell me? @LloydsBank: Meh, we figured you'd give us a call eventually.

    @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

    @LloydsBank Hi Tony. Is this 7 working days or just 7 general days? Because if it’s just the 7 general days then this should be in my account today/tomorrow but if it’s 7 working days I will need to call. Thanks.

    Really crap customer service from @LloydsBank - I can't even get into a telephone queue, just get a "we can't take your call today, ring back later" and get cut off.

    @LloydsBank honestly work from home is not working for you I have had the misfortune to have to call you a couple of times since COVID last March and the average wait time is 40 minutes and that is because of suspicious activity What a shower

    @LloydsBank This is ridiculous. After a 30min I got cut off while the issue was investigated with another department. Was told I would be contacted when resolved. I can’t get through on your phones. Why am I now not getting the promised call back???

    If @LloydsBank decided to go down the same route as @Barclays, I promise my account will be closed the same day and moved to a bank that doest dictate to me where I send/spend my money!

    @LloydsBank @GambleAware Hello, I am a victim of trade fraud from China. I sent $3360.50 to your bank customer (the scammer). The other party did not perform the trade business and cannot contact him at present. We have kept all the evidence. Can we recover our remittance?

    tried to buy something online and @lloydsbank asks for a security code that they text me but it never arrives. Been to actual bank, phoned bank, tried other websites. Bank can’t help, says I can sort it by banking online. Will do, and long overdue, but forced to bank online?
