@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank is ur app down as I need to access my account but it’s not showing my account details keeps saying can’t show some of your info and my balance is saying n/a
