    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    @LloydsBank Trying to report a fraudulent transaction. Have been holding for 36 minutes. Interestingly, I have spoken with 2 people, both put me on hold, then after a minute, the system has put me back in the queue twice. Is your process for reporting fraud broken?

    @LloydsBank Yes. All they kept saying, rudely, was why didn’t he ring last night. He tried but it was 11pm and the line said it was closed, so he rang this morning and has gotten nowhere with no support. Shops shut soon and my daughter needs milk and food

    @LloydsBank I 100% understand you can't diagnose my specific problem via Twitter - I'm waiting in a 30+ minute phone queue right now. However, if you tell me "we have some sporadic system problems from overrunning tech work" then I can hang up and get on with my day.

    @LloydsBank I was a victim to fraud last night because of a scam on your own website, finally get through to you on the phone today and you won’t help me? I’ve lost all my money, have NO food in the house, can’t get to work tomorrow and have a two year old!
