@LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

A comparison of insurers. I emailed @axainsurance. Response from person in 3 days. I emailed @LloydsBank home insurance. No response yet in 19 days and on the phone they tell me they *might* get to my issue in 28 days, if they have time. Don't insure with Lloyds.

@LloydsBank your service is awful. 45 minute minimum wait times, messaging response awful, bot hopeless. I just want you to verify my Amazon prime renewal. I have used my card and my husband’s and still nothing. 3 times I have messaged same info in 24 hours. Employ more staff.

@MartinSLewis #lloydsbank Customer service changed from 10 days to 30 days, mum recently died & we are trying to sort out probate, they haven't done a thing nor did they care when yet again we had to chase them up

@LloydsBank trying to help 18 year old access his savings acc but you’ve blocked transfers. He can’t go to the local branch as it is not open when he is not a school. Your phone service Is rubbish. Why can he access his current acc but not savings? Is it to stop people leaving?

@LloydsBank 35 minutes hold time and still waiting is not an acceptable wait time for any of your customers. Yet I am sure that if wanted a new Credit Card, open a new account or invest in some way the phone wait would be less that 5 minutes. Customer Satisfaction 0

@LloydsBank hi, the online banking app hasn't been working for weeks now, I've tried force stopping & reinstalling but nothing works. I now can't login on a Web browser either as I'm being told my user ID is wrong even though I know it's not. Can you help please?
