Me: I've been having problems with online card payments. @LloydsBank: Yeah, we blocked it, one of the transactions looked iffy. Me: That was a week ago, why didn't you tell me? @LloydsBank: Meh, we figured you'd give us a call eventually.

@LloydsBank Hi Tony. Is this 7 working days or just 7 general days? Because if it’s just the 7 general days then this should be in my account today/tomorrow but if it’s 7 working days I will need to call. Thanks.

@jonniespence @LloydsBank I don't think you understand the problem. Lloyds changed the settings on accounts to turn off password checking. The password is still there but it isn't being used unless you find out how to turn it back on.

@DanopticXO @anthslife @LloydsBank But they defaulted customer accounts to allow login without the password and just 3 letters from your memorable information. That's weaker than any password.

@LloydsBank very disappointed today to find out that you will not be participating in the new banking hub in St Annes on the Sea. Older and less able customers now have to get themselves to Blackpool or Preston. Not good and definitely not good customer service.

@LloydsBank Hi Sanaa, I've been trying for the last couple of hours on two seperate phones, so it's unlikely to be my phone or a local issue. The error message is 'Something went wrong, we couldn't start your chat. Please go back and try again'.

Two dreadful things about @LloydsBank bank abysmal customer service is a) automated voice tells you you can do things on the app that you actually can't (it's why you're calling them in the first place and b) having been on hold 20 mins, says call will be answered "shortly".

LLOYDS APP SHAMBLES @LloydsBank managed to turn online banking into a raffle where nearly half a million customers got a peek at someone else’s finances. Open the app to check your balance, leave with a stranger’s transactions, account details and national insurance number. Just the sort of premium service that really says trusted high street institution. The bank says an overnight software defect caused the chaos, which is a way of admitting someone fiddled with the wiring and half the country briefly thought their money had gone on a car they never bought. Customers were left panicked, confused and wondering whether they’d been hacked. Lloyds responded with goodwill payments averaging about £38 each, which apparently is now the going rate for accidental identity.. This is the magic of modern banking. Total convenience right up until your app starts freelancing as someone else’s wallet. The regulators are now circling, the bank is very sorry, and the rest of us are once again being asked to trust the same people who cannot update software without turning basic banking into a national farce. @LloydsBank @jatroa Having access to, and seeing full details on screen, are completely different in Lloyds eyes, so there’s no need to report a breach now

@LloydsBank Lloyds bank, you have locked me out of my account for 2 months and refused to send OTP to my address to unlock my account. All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.

@DavidWebbTweet @LloydsBank Your statement: “Lloyds bank have changed their internet banking system. You no longer have to enter your password to log in! This is a major security flaw in the software update”. How is this a major security flaw ?!?!?!
