@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

@LloydsBank I went in to a branch on Wednesday and a member of staff contacted the Platinum team and spoke to someone who said I would be contacted with 48 hours. But nothing. I pay for a service I'm not receiving. If I had serious accident abroad it would have cost me la fortune.

@LloydsBank I want an answer to 1 question. This seems too much for your call centre. I was re-directed 3 times & then cut off (on purpose I suspect). I have to pay for these calls and go through the same security questions each time. Someone should have answers. BAD SERVICE

@LloydsBank I’ve already spoken to your complaints department who, rather than address the issue, tried to fob me off with £50 “for the inconvenience”. “By your side, but only when convenient and/or profitable” would be more accurate.

@LloydsBank @R27488535 I've been on the phone for 4 hours trying to get in touch with the dispute team and fix a mess Lloyds created for me. Why do you keep 3 cards registered on my name active, one of them was reported stolen, and one god knows why was issued? Disgusting service
