@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank Morning, that's becoming another problem as your phone line is not free at all & it's utterly expensive from where I stay now. Is there a live chat or specific email address that I can reach out to?I'm disappointed with the way my case was handled via phone, not helpful.

Sick to death of @LloydsBank stopping my 86 year old mothers card and closing her account with out explaining the problem. Left with £5 and no idea what is going on. No one to speak to, crap service. @MartinSLewis @laurencereed

Update @LloydsBank my son has spoke to the fraud team over the last couple of days and they have got a name and monzo account that the money has been transferred into but they said they can’t help so he has had all his money drained from his account. Shocking

Hi @LloydsBank , I'm trying to log into internet banking and apparently your website is sending an invalid certificate. I have tried to access it on my PC and my mobile, on wifi and data, and I cannot. What's up with that?
