    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

    @LloydsBank Hi Colin - it just says the usual “confirm identity, put card ending in XXXX into card reader and select Identify”, the only other option says “Having problems logging in?”

    @LloydsBank My local branch is closed and I have to pay in cash today, is there anywhere else I can go? There is no post office nearby that can help either 😟

    @LloydsBank The phone company said the card is not valid, yes from the ATM when I wanted to withdraw cash they told me that the card is locked, even when I wanted to pay a deposit in my account the employee told me there was a problem

    Hey @lloydsbank - I'm like to cancel paying PPI on a credit card. Any mention of PPI in your automated phone system sends me to PPI complaints, who say they are unable to assist. Please help.

    @LloydsBank Very disappointed with you Lloyds, the first lady Maryam cut me off then told I cant change my address over the phone even though I did in January, I cant remember my memorable word as I never use your online service and as the mobile number is old I cant change my memorable word

    Hi @LloydsBank Looks like your appointment booking system is down. Tried to book an in-branch appointment in a branch which failed. Tried on the phone, that failed. Direct line to the branch wasn't answered. Just want to simply book an appointment!
