@LloydsBank I think I’ve been put through to the fraud prevention team and am now on hold for them. I’m not cross with the individual staff who I’m sure are working hard, but structurally it can’t be right that customers wait this long?

@LloydsBank Yes she has spoken with the lloyds team who asked her to speak with premier underwriting who were less than helpful. I think its fairly clear that there are major problems for lloyds to address. Do you not agree?
