    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

    @LloydsBank I am having issues accessing my bank account (online I am in a stuck in an usual loop with activation codes) and have had to resort to twitter to get in touch with you as the branch cannot resolve and you have no customer facing email address. Please DM me.

    @LloydsBank - your website isn't working on Chromium based browsers (Chrome, Edge, etc. version 99.0.4844.51). It gets stuck on the page asking to trust device after entering 2FA code (which I always decline). Replicated on both Windows on MacOS. Please fix.

    @LloydsBank can you please tell me who I address a complaint to. You have returned an Important cheque due to no mandate. When I ring the contact number on the letter I get cut off. Very unhappy customer.

    @LloydsBank Ridiculous customer service and outdated processes and Internet Banking. I am still unable to change my address after 2 years despite calling and sending letters. I am sure the next step will be to send you a carrier pigeon and a parchment. Long life to @RevolutApp!

    Good afternoon @ASA_UK Are you able to help? @LloydsBank offered 10% cashback when using @Esso_GB app.. Due to a failing with their app I was unable to claim cashback. I understand this to be false advertising, especially pertinent due to the current cost of petrol.

    I have been using @LloydsBank for over 2yrs and I have never had any down time on their app but @UBAGroup bank app is so so ****** and unreliable. I have not been able to carry on my daily business ! I will be moving my business account to another reliable bank

    @LloydsBank I can give Laura a call but the problem is I have been going back and forth between branches and customer services today. No one can give me the answer why my accounts blocked. I will fully cooperate and provide any anything @LloydsBank requires to help unblock my account.
