@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

@LloydsBank Disgraceful company. Sort out also your Scottish Widows pension website. Thousands can’t get their pensions, wrong inf given because of failure to get your IT systems talk to each other. This is a big risk to all. How can anyone trust you.

@LloydsBank impressed with your customer service (dealing with a card purchase wrongly flagged as fraud) today. The big difference to other banks is that you answered the phone call promptly, both the original call and the transfer. PLEASE keep it up.
