    @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    Me: I've been having problems with online card payments. @LloydsBank: Yeah, we blocked it, one of the transactions looked iffy. Me: That was a week ago, why didn't you tell me? @LloydsBank: Meh, we figured you'd give us a call eventually.

    @LloydsBank Is there a reason why online (only) transactions from a VISA card are declined? It's not a lack of funds, security, or exceeding limits issue. Is this related to Amazon no longer allowing VISA?

    @LloydsBank I disagree, John. The text says: "we'll have the option to give you your statements and correspondence in Internet Banking instead of by paper". To me that says @LloydsBank have the option, not the customer.

    @LloydsBank left stuck in the middle of nowhere as this bank obviously has no clue about the direct debit guarantee..paid out DOUBLE agreed amount, refunded it then with no notice took money back.. no petrol … stranded with a vulnerable 9 year old … what customer service !!!!!!
