    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

    @LloydsBank Ridiculous hold times for fraud help! 1 hour and 12 minutes at last count - can't hang up because you've randomly blocked my card. No chat, and customer services can't help - wonderful.

    @LloydsBank @MsOirishEyes Mine was 1hr38 on hold then a further 35 mins having my issue looked into (much of that spent on hold too) - I absolutely can’t fault the guy who helped me…but 2 hours 13 mins to report an urgent fraud issue? 😬

    @LloydsBank +44 1702 278270 first. For 1hr and 20 min then hung up on. +44 345 300 0000 for 45 mins then cut off. Same number again for an hour and assured the problem was solved.. it wasn’t. Then the same number again for 29 mins only to be put through to another hold stating an hour hold.

    @jkc887 @LloydsBank There are issues with teansfer payments. The Mirror newspaper done a article.Lloyds stating no issues is not true. Many banks having same issues I haven't been paid either.
