    @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    @LloydsBank @SignlyApp cant sign in on the app or your website AGAIN , thats 3 times in a week , customers cant complain either as it takes 30 mins to even speak to someone.

    @Apple I would love to but it’s been about 2 months waiting for @LloydsBank as my card stopped working in my wallet, spent hours on the phone, new card tried and no feedback still not working 🤬
