    Me: I've been having problems with online card payments. @LloydsBank: Yeah, we blocked it, one of the transactions looked iffy. Me: That was a week ago, why didn't you tell me? @LloydsBank: Meh, we figured you'd give us a call eventually.

    @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

    @LloydsBank Given that most of the working world has returned to a sense of normality, I find it poor service and a lazy attitude to still be operating at such a reduced service. We have chosen an alternative bank who were able to help immediately and open an account within 20 minutes.

    @LloydsBank the app is so frustrating and won't allow me to update my address - keep getting an error have tried multiple times and still not working. It won't allow me to do it via the website either. I don't have a branch I can go to. What can I do?

    @LloydsBank are consistently negligent in their business practices. Even when the Banking Ombudsman gets involved they are neither transparent, nor acting in good faith. They lose customer's financial records, Registered Mail they send to them, they are inept and incompetent.
