    @LloydsBank Yes, I do have access to manage his accounts. your colleagues went through various security questions with him and he gave them permission to talk to me on his behalf. They asked me to send over documentation of letters that he had received.

    @LloydsBank help.Son turned 16, young saver removed from parent online banking.son registered for online banking, savings account has just been suspended, cannot be unsuspended unless we go into branch with ID etc. No lloyds in north Scotland.son has lost all his b'day money

    @LloydsBank I love calling my bank via the app for a specific issue and being told that I’ve reached the wrong department 3 times. Like, I’m in credit card support in the app, call you and it’s wrong or the person doesn’t know what I need. Got there in the end, but really :(

    @LloydsBank I can't recall, it's definitely not been used in the last 3 years. The ISA is with Paragon - we can change the linked account details (that the funds would be withdrawn to) but it's a lengthy process so we are trying to access the Lloyds account instead

    @LloydsBank I have the account and sort code of a Lloyds account - but can't track any other details and phone line system says they aren't recognised. I need to withdraw money from a non-Lloyds ISA linked to this account, can you help?

    @LloydsBank hi there I’ve tried to use my debit card to pay for two separate transactions today, one on vinted and another online as it states transaction refused by bank. I have more than enough funds in my bank so wondering if there’s an issue? Online bank seems absolutely fine

    @LloydsBank It seems to have sorted itself out now, I tried everything, hard rebooting phone etc. but to no avail, anyway, thanks for your response. I’m fully working again.
