@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

Hey @LloydsBank give your staff in Lewisham a massive shout out for being awesome! They were great. And give them a better process for unblocking accounts than having a customer wait on hold for an hour in the branch.

@LloydsBank Yes Lee. I called yesterday as my son passed his driving test in the afternoon. However there’s an “error on the validation of my policy” so they can’t make any changes until that team are back at work on Monday

@LloydsBank I am trying to move my direct debits and standing orders to a single account. I went into branch but was told it couldn’t be done, I’ve tried the app and your website but have been repeatedly told to go to branch. There’s been a 20minute wait .. continued 1/3

@LloydsBank terrible customer service at Caterham Lloyds bank today. Lady behind the counter made a mistake then accused me of making the error. I repeatable myself 3 times. She should not be at the front end dealing with customers.

@LloydsBank Hi Delina, yes it was sorted eventually. Very simple. It was the talking to that was the issue and being treated like an idiot when it was clearly her mistake. I didn’t raise it as a complaint in the end as taking too long on your website, hence tweeting.

@LloydsBank Thanks for responding. I wasn’t aware it was a last minute closure which explains why the opening hours on website don’t match. It was the second time this week I’ve sat in traffic to get to that branch so a bit frustrating. Hope nothing too serious and branch reopens soon
