@LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank Your app on my android phone is so unresponsive. I have to hit the app with my finger to get it to start, no other app has this problem. Plus 9/10 times it does not recognise my finger print and I have to password. Barclays app is fine.

@LloydsBank How can you close an acc after an investigation b/c you say the fraudulent transactions were made by them? They were fraud. Your "cust service" staff are rude to this person on the phone when he asks for help & say he has to repay immediately even though he is on ssp.

@LloydsBank why are you virtually impossible to get hold of? Hold on for 10 mins to get local branch number, then they don't pick up anyway, guess I'll take my £500k mortgage elsewhere?

@LloydsBank I really really want to scream right now. You block my online payment for car hire, get me to call a fraud number and then I am kept on hold now for over 15 minutes. I have lost the car hire price as it has timed out. UNACCEPTABLE
