@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank totally appreciate the need for security, but app not working and then telling me I’m using the wrong access code when I’m not, leading to 5 day wait to access my money is not cool at all. Especially when there’s no branches. Really need to rethink.

@LloydsBank can you help please. My Mother has fallen for a scammer and given out her card details. She can't get through to you on the phone and is pretty useless online.
