    @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    @LloydsBank your automated phone line for keeping an account open isn’t working. You have to press 1 to keep your account open. It is not recognising when I press 1. I’ve done it three times

    @LloydsBank Over a week to answer and still in the queue . Terrible service. In-between all these tweets you could have resolved this matter. You asked me to call you and I pay Lloyds for the privilege not axa so your responsible in my eyes
