@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Terrible that one has to fight like hell to speak with a manager. In my view most people don't ask for a manager unless they are getting nowhere with the customer assistant. Disgraceful service and it's not just Loyd's Bank either. Natwest are the same.

@LloydsBank ...and implementing u2f security key ,(like Yubikey or Solo Tap), would make it even more secure! Why don't you allow customers to use the strongest available weapon against phishing? I would like to think you care about customer's security, don't you @LloydsBank ?

Along with the fact the 'LSG' seems to be some form of 'shell' company for Assurant, making it seemingly impossible to complain directly to them, and @LloydsBank taking no responsibility for their chosen partner.
