@LloydsBank Hi! So I’m currently in the process of getting my account sorted and then had a page appear with all acceptable forms of proof of identity and address, however I can’t see that page any longer and it included some more things that the other page… any help?

@LloydsBank If she took another loan to pay it off would you keep the same apr? Of course you wouldn’t, you’d milk as much interest out of her as you can. She always said to me as a loyal customer what a good bank you are. Clearly she was wrong and she’s seeing it now

@LloydsBank @stephenkeeler I could understand reinstating a smaller fee but how can an increase from zero to £21 be justified? I can't think of another service industry where this huge increase would be acceptable @LloydsBank

Give up with @LloydsBank internet banking. App works fine, notwithstanding I have entered username and password correctly having written them down every time says they’re not recognised. Very frustrating.
