@LloydsBank Made car insurance claim 17 May, been passed pillar to post, no repairs, given several different companies to phone, told today to phone a different company. Phoned to be told that the claim has to start again. Very frustrating, no one taking ownership. Please help.

@LloydsBank Two hours on hold to your Peterborough call centre because of a fraudulant transaction to be hung up on. Didn't even give the line a chance to improve. Absolute rubbish service. Pissed off is an understatement.

@LloydsBank Regarding your colleagues advice, it is to upload a written letter to request a change in phone number, to my phone number that you already have on your system and your bank keeps on quoting back to me! And the upload service is unavailable!

@LloydsBank terrible service from lloyds. Banked with them for 30 years + Have come to vegas and have had our card blocked without notification. Been trying to call them for 30 mins but cannot get through.
