@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

@LloydsBank Hey Guys, just wondering if you know why my car finance agreement doesn't show in the Lloyds app? Is there not a link to my current account/credit card etc? I have to log in every time online in browser to see my balance/make overpayments. Cheers!

@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank You sent a test asking us to call you. We have been on hold being told you expect to answer our call shortly for over 40 minutes. How long do think is “shortly”. Does 24/7 customer service refer to how long customers have to wait before you answer the phone?
