    @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    @LloydsBank I plan to change my name. website has acceptable proof “Deed Poll Statutory Declaration” Can I confirm deed poll doesnt need to be enrolled, as that isnt specified; & failing that, a statutory declaration made in front of &formalised by solicitor will be accepted?

    @LloydsBank my debit card was blocked by the bank today while I was trying to make an online purchase. I waited an hour and a half on hold on the telephone before speaking to someone who assured me the problem was fixed. It is still blocked. I am not happy to say the least!

    @LloydsBank Resolved now thanks. Problem was access to website via a bookmark / previous browsing history. Never been a problem before for me but apparently a major issue for many customers according to your Helpdesk.

    @LloydsBank been trying to talk to your customer service everyday, the entire week but impossible to get ahold of! On hold nearly 1 hour now as of 11.40pm, it says “particularly busy”…when will you ever pick up?
