@LloydsBank @Allianz customer for nearly 30 years and when in need of my home emergency cover you let me down. Five phone calls all with promises to call back none received. Sat with no heating or water and with children in the house. shameful.

@LloydsBank are a joke, over an hour spent speaking to 3 different departments to call one last department for them to tell me my account isn’t under their control and hang up. Awful customer service wouldn’t recommend.
