@LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

.@LloydsBank you are the most inaccessible bank. I would not recommend you. It has taken a yr to sort out our charities bank account. I will look to find somewhere better to bank. You make it so difficult to talk to someone. Shocking service. Thumbs down Thanks for nothing.

@LloydsBank My phone is almost dead I equally I’m not dressed for this meeting wasting my taxi fare and time just sitting without no solution .lloyds bank is not a good bank for customers they are highly slow and not secured ,they don’t care for their customers at all .I wouldn’t advice

@LloydsBank am trying to be a Good Samaritan and report an unsigned debit card found by my flat. But your automated phone system will only talk to a customer & the advice of pressing * and 0 doesn't work. So what am I supposed to do?
