    @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    @LloydsBank Neither, you contacted me about suspicious activity on my card. Called fraud operations and was told I need to cancel my current card and get a new one. Froze it through the app but to order a new one abroad I have to get through to your consultants which seems near impossible.

    @LloydsBank I haven't written a cheque in years and don't have my cheque book. I need to write one now. Is there a way to issue a single cheque? The app allows me to scan cheques I have received but it would be nice to print one out

    @LloydsBank I have spent endless amounts of my time trying to call but I am not prepared to stay on the line 30mins + to speak with someone over £0.01 PaulR . This is not my error it’s LLoyds so someone needs to contact me and sort it

    Also every customer that @LloydsBank responds to help has been Caucasian I tweeted them 2days ago & within those days they continuously ignore my request and answer people with the most recent tweets purposely skipping mines. I have screenshots which I will also be reporting.

    @LloydsBank can you please stop harassing me for £0.01 on a credit card that was paid off and supposedly closed Months ago !!!! After 30years + banking with you this amongst other poor customer service is why I have left !
