    @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    @LloydsBank I've been on hold now for 45 minutes trying to get someone to deal with an issue that is preventing me purchasing train tickets for work. How much longer am I going to have to wait, and will @LloydsBank cover the now doubled ticket price as a result of this wait?

    @LloydsBank How does cashback actually work on my credit card? How am I meant to access it or benefit from it? It seems the balance just builds up, and I can only receive it when I close my account? (Which is a perverse incentive for a loyalty programme to offer!)

    @LloydsBank I followed all the instructions in the automated text you sent to try and unblock the card. That made no difference. I used the automatic chat message service but there was no reply. I rang today three times today but have not managed to get through. 2/
