@LloydsBank 3 hrs in,now told to go to a branch. Trying to to payoff my mortgage with my savings. The mortgage is Lloyds, savings the same. 7 calls, cut off twice, on hold indefinitely x2, no call back, no way thru customer 35 yrs appauling #customerexperience @MartinSLewis

@LloydsBank so I phone up to open a new account at Lloyds, can't get to speak to the branch I want and the manager at Stockport can't be bothered to phone me back to make an appointment. 34 years working for Lloyds TSB when they actually wanted your business. Really bad, Lloyds.

@LloydsBank I've been trying to use my debit card to purchase something online. Keeps coming up needs further verification - nothing happens. Tried to call your line but at a 20 minute queue - too long. Is there a problem? Looks like I'm not the only one with card trouble!
