@LloydsBank how can I switch my joint account to you? Do I have to go into a branch? Website suggests both need to attend in branch. Surely that cannot be necessary in 2022?

2. In the case of a credit card, no big deal. But in the case of a debit card, in this example @LloydsBank will always block the card. You would think that a bank that writes secure banking apps could empower customers to remove the lock using the app
