    @LloydsBank Hi Tony. Is this 7 working days or just 7 general days? Because if it’s just the 7 general days then this should be in my account today/tomorrow but if it’s 7 working days I will need to call. Thanks.

    Lloyds Premier account customer just had the mortgage I started in Oct not complete due to conveyancer being honestly terrible @LloydsBank . Suggest you change your partners, the process was so laborious I let it lapse and renewed elsewhere.

    @LloydsBank the Phonebank helpline is absolutely appalling, you might as well close it down altogether. Is it not possible for anybody just to answer the phone instead of the annoying and pointless automated system?

    @TomWush @richard81091367 @LloydsBank I have used them & they're ****... the money constantly jams in them, if the writing isnt too clear on the cheque it can't read the numbers. Which is why I wanted a person to actually deal with it. I'm all for using machines to make life a easier but a person is best overall

    @LloydsBank @Happyengland79 Lloyds debied it on live chat today when i reported same issues even tho it stated so on the app some customers sre exoeriencing payment issues lied me down it wasnt real

    @LloydsBank Do you even understand the point? Ownership. Taking the problem and seeing it through to a solution. All you do is hand off between your different vertical processes. Bureaucracy at its best. Customer back of the queue.

    @LloydsBank I took out a new account within the time frame of the 200 pound switching bonus but it has opened an account and offered no access to the switching service. Can I resolve this in branch?

    @LloydsBank Yes. Call was answered at 58m and passed "to the right department" then answered again 54 mins later. Lady was did her best but basically can't help. Being without heating and water apparently can wait until tomorrow, hopefully before 15:31....

    @LloydsBank Cards from every other major banking institution are clearing without issue within the stadium, Lloyd’s are the only bank with any issue.

    @LloydsBank I don't think you are listening. I have spoken to them 5 Times. They don't get a resolution. They can't talk to the back office. They just send a message. They make promises and no closure Is achieved. Nobody wants to own the problem. Can you help ? Or escalate this for Me.

    @LloydsBank What can you do to help me with this outstanding priority? Your team said they would escalate this & ensure the payment was at the front of workflow today.The banking day has ended & we are in holiday season again. Another Lloyds bank fail.Another vulnerable customer letdown.
