    @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    @LloydsBank CW didn’t even try, they said it was a known issue at CW. Idk speak to them, it’s not really my problem as I’m not using them anymore. Just thought you should be aware that that is what CW are telling your customers

    @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank I have been with Bank of Scotland for over 30 years. I had the same experience and got so fed up that I moved to Starling Bank. Yes they give you an “are you sure?” but apart from that no problem. Sayanora BOS!

    @JamesDelingpole @Morvern_C_ @LloydsBank Wait till you try to buy steak in two consecutive weeks at the same butcher. You will be deducted points for buying meat bc it doesn't support climate change and deducted points for supporting same butcher bc it doesn't support stakeholder capitalism.
