@LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank bloody ridiculous 2 weeks, 3 hours on the phone and still can’t change my phone number to access my account!! Promised a pin through the post two weeks ago still haven’t received!! Only want to change a phone number for god sake😡😡😡

@LloydsBank @LloydsBankBiz I spoke to 3 members of staff at the call centre today and none of them were able to assist me but they incessantly gate keep to not put calls through to Business Managers. What do I need to do to get service from #LloydsBankBiz please?

@LloydsBank I get this message from online banking re credit card: "Unfortunately we can't retrieve the account information you've requested right now." I can see no problems on your status page at the moment. Is this a known issue?
