@LloydsBank can anyone at Lloyds tell me why I pay for a platinum service. A total of 3. 5 hours on hold for the insurance you offer and I PAY for. No excuse but terrible customer service. Will anyone help me apart from your last comment telling me to stay on hold? Woeful service

@LloydsBank Also please note that the info on the back of your cards is in white text on a grey background- hard to read but impossible given you have impressed the card details on the other side- so you cannot read the helpline numbers on the back !!??
