@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

@LloydsBank That appears to be a code/block on that app but not why. I use it regularly as part of my commute so need to know if an issue. Other bank cards working fine with the app.

Banks often receive a bad press and it is usually justified. However, I can’t fault @LloydsBank ever since I have been a customer. I avoided all banks between 1996 and 2016 because all I had used were awful. Lloyds though, great bank, great staff, in branch and on the phone.

What the **** is it with giving banks money 🤷1st @creation_uk now @LloydsBank 40 minutes to get through to support then 20 minutes to online support 🤬 NOT A GOOD TO NEW CUSTOMER
