@LloydsBank Trying to verify a debit card for Google Pay. App says it has to call the bank for verification. Have tried twice now. Been in queues for 1hr 15 minutes and 1hr 30 minutes last week. Impossible to get it set up.

@LloydsBank my card has been hacked, they rang me claiming to be you to stop somebody hacking it, they’ve now taken £1350 pounds out, money I don’t have. I am on the phone but no luck #whatisgoingon ;( please help

@LloydsBank Had to give up. Its ridiculous. Its school holidays and we cant stay on phone for hours. Money in account but cant buy anything again. Stupid setup. Lost customer !

@LloydsBank Yes she has spoken with the lloyds team who asked her to speak with premier underwriting who were less than helpful. I think its fairly clear that there are major problems for lloyds to address. Do you not agree?
