@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

@LloydsBank After not being able to get through on the phone I go to make an insurance claim online, it tells me I can do this via my bank login. I do, follow the link after logging in, and then I have to re-enter all my information. What's the point of going via IB login? Poor.

@LloydsBank Last week as I hadn’t received the pin told it was resent and would take 5 days to arrive still hasn’t. It’s been the most awful painful process. I’ve got payments to make and can’t because of Lloyds !

So @LloydsBank ...Radio advert tells me "pop in to chat if you have a problem"... REALLY? I DO have a problem, you've just CLOSED our bank in Cardiff. The nearest is 30 minute drive and £7 parking. Hang your heads in SHAME.

@LloydsBank If you just answered the phone in customer services it would be easy !!! There are issues with our suppliers in China and that’s another week without product being delivered to UK as can’t get hold of anyone
