@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

@LloydsBank Thanks so much Caroline for the speedy reply, I didn’t think anyone would be on at this time and had intended it for the morning! I’ve tried switching Wifi on and off to no avail but I’ll try online banking via the website. I mainly use the app though so would love this to work.

@LloydsBank Hi Lynne. Thanks for very impressive response time. No changes at all in circumstances other than we are both 1 year older. Allianz just said that was the charge! A 100% increase is totally unjustified. And to think I spent all my working life at Lloyds.

@LloydsBank I keep getting an error message when trying to logon to the online banking app saying there’s “technical issues” and to try again later. This has been happening all day, can you please tell me when the issue will be resolved? I’ve tried logging in and out a few times.

Very disappointed with #LloydsBank as client raised a major business banking issue on 21 Dec and still not resolved or had any explanation. Very poor service as client also messaged Charlie Nunn and no response! Anyone else having issues as crippling the small business affected?
