    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

    Hey @LloydsBank does your customer database have a problem with short phone numbers? Cos the automated phone call to verify my husband's identity to let him login to internet banking isn't happening and he's been on hold for like 45+ mins at this point and he's freaking out

    @JeanDifford @LloydsBank @calvinrobinson That’s the problem with customer service. You never know how bad it is until you need it. In 35 years I have only need B’clays to fix one mistake & they were brilliant. As a committee treasurer for one year Horse lot were absolutely abysmal.

    Dear @LloydsBank - I’m trying to open an a/c for a 13yr old. You’ve asked for proof of ID online - but the link doesn’t work - says we should ‘change device’ or go into my local branch. Branch hours are 0900-1500 mon-fri. School hrs are 0900-1500 mon-fri. Do you see the problem?
