@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank Thanks. I've already formally complained to Halifax over this and it's not going anywhere. GDPR requires you to provide all data held on individuals, regardless of whether they're a customer or not, all I think a DSAR is best here.

@mrianbillings @LloydsBank 'Customer Service' @LloydsBank is a complete misnomer. They are incompetent, inept and ineffectual in the face of their stymied, technocratic, bureaucracy. Even if you reach them they fail to comm between Depts. So don't think that speaking with someone will necessarily help you?

Banks often receive a bad press and it is usually justified. However, I can’t fault @LloydsBank ever since I have been a customer. I avoided all banks between 1996 and 2016 because all I had used were awful. Lloyds though, great bank, great staff, in branch and on the phone.

@LloydsBank Can you please tell me why you’ve decided to close my local branch on Saturdays, and also why you have removed the function to pay cash in at the cash machine. I work full time, and now I’m not able to get to the bank when I need to pay cash in! Very unhappy customer!
