@LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank as a lloyds customer I'm very disappointed that the new interest rate of 6.25% on the club account is not available for me as I've already opened one whereas FIRST DIRECT increased existing customers monthly saver accounts when they increased their rate.

Unfortunately @LloydsBank has blocked my account without prior notice, i have contact them they have told me to go to branch, i went to branch they told we cannot do anything you have to contact bank again contacting bank so on … trouble service ..

@LloydsBank it seems your complaints dept have issues answering their phones, i had a refund issued by ticketmaster on feb 2 to my old debit card, you couldnt find it, now seems you have sent it back but cant give me details when! useless! £306.80p lost
