  @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

  @LloydsBank 1 1/2 hours on hold and then get cut off. An hour yesterday. An elderly relative card blocked and no call/help. Bored of you now.

  @LloydsBank I tried to open an account from mobile phone but encountered an error while uploading my ID. I tried many times with different browsers and devices. It always shows "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later".

  @LloydsBank I have raised a complaint. I have ordered the card 3 times as mentioned earlier. But as you know it is not a customer’s responsibility to order a card the banks sends it. Tbh you are not helping at all. Might be easier to get off twitter and look at complaints raised online.

  Hi @LloydsBank This morning a cashier pulled down his trousers and unleashed an outrageously liquidy blow off, rich in egginess. He barked: “If you can guess how many eggs are in that one Barry I’ll pay off your mortgage” I correctly identified 14 and was awarded £100,000.
