@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank if you are having problems with your systems why isn’t the website system status saying as much, customers need to be kept in the loop, not just told everything is ok when clearly it isn’t lol
