    @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    @LloydsBank @MsOirishEyes Mine was 1hr38 on hold then a further 35 mins having my issue looked into (much of that spent on hold too) - I absolutely can’t fault the guy who helped me…but 2 hours 13 mins to report an urgent fraud issue? 😬

    @LloydsBank Hey, restarting the device didn’t make a difference but deleting one of the apps removed both and then I just reinstalled it again, all is good now. Must have been a glitch in the matrix. Strange! Love the app by the way 👍
