@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

@LloydsBank if you’re not going to let your customers do basic things via app/online that all your competitors can then at least provided a decent in person service, stop closing all your local branches and making your staff redundant

@LloydsBank just tried calling you to talk about this fault on travel money and your robot said ‘we don’t offer this service over the phone’ and then hung up on me! So what do you want me to do? Broken app and robot hangs up on me if I try and help and tell you about it. #switch
