@LloydsBank I put in a dispute online for a transaction that was way over agreed amount. No response from lloyds, no help or acknowledgement. Called 3 times & waited fir 75 mins before giving up. Poor customer service!!!

@LloydsBank Using my debit card, platinum if that makes any difference? Called the number on back of card each time and get transferred all over until someone understands. It’s a communication issue between sage and yourselves since the new security updates.

@LloydsBank Hi, I’ve noticed over the past few days app notifications have been coming through really slow and delayed and are no longer instant. I got several alerts this morning for things bought yesterday. Apple wallet alerts are instant.
