Carole Pearson (@CarolePearson13) reported@LloydsBank Hi, just called customer services to get the address to post a cheque to as too big to pay in via app & doing this for a housebound relative. They were unable to advise of any other method of paying in a cheque apart from going to a branch or the post office. Really?

After 3 consecutive instances, despite me having to call them to unlock my bank account and asking them to whitelist the exchange, I decided to just work with @RevolutApp . No issues whatsoever, so far.
