@LloydsBank Hi, I know it's not instant reply, but the automated reply just shuts the chat down saying there is no one available. I wouldn't mind if the message sat there until someone was available, it's understandable that people would be busy.

This week I have lost about 4 days on hold for two of the largest companies I the country. @LloydsBank your phone service is awful, after 30 mins waiting your advisor tells me I’ve come to the wrong area. He then shoved me back into the automated system to start again. #rubbish

@superdrug Honestly I have DMd you so many times it’s a joke not bothering again. Stop pretending you’re trying to help! @LloydsBank do not take this long to refund money. If you truly refunded on the 17th it would have been back the next day. Stop trying to keep my money!!

@LloydsBank Answer your phone calls. Internet banking not working. 4 transfer errors already...no online chat, no call back facility. Stop hiding behind the worn out "we're experiencing extremely high call volume right now" and get your customer service levels up to scratch 🤬.

@Macka7 @LloydsBank Same issue. They've had nearly two 🤬 years to sort out home workers but still seem to be hiding behind the usual Covid "we experiencing exceptionally high call volumes" as a way to fob us off. Internet banking not working at the moment 🤬
