@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank @AXA having exactly the same issue with axa! Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! Worst company of 2023 award!

@LloydsBank Also, just downloaded the app and entered my log in details. It said it would call me to enter the security code. No phone call so it failed … can’t even sign into the app.

@LloydsBank Really disappointed with the customer service. 6pm got a notification about a card being used on my account for a fraudulent payment. Called the fraud team and 2.5 hours later on hold I’ve had to eventually put the phone down.

@LloydsBank i used a service called My lost account, because i thought i had 1 when i was young but couldnt remember any details, i had a respons 2 months back saying you guys had found a dormant account in my name and i would recive a letter within 28 days but i havnt had 1

@LloydsBank Hi, hoping you can help. I transferred my mortgage to a fixed rate earlier in the month & have just received a letter to say my mortgage payment is going up in September? Was previously on a variable rate with you but new deal is meant to start September?
