    Trying to make a claim on my @LloydsBank account and 20 mins to get through to speak to someone isn't great service! Hung up in the end. Poor!

    @LloydsBank Hi, for some reason my card stopped working on Google pay. Contactless gets denied and Google pay link just says no funds available. Is this an issue with Lloyds or Google? Thanks

    @LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

    @LloydsBank call wait times are rediculous, 3 days trying to order a new card. (Not letting me on the website and cant go into store as have covid) I pay for a platinum account for this type of piss poor service 🥴🤐

    @LloydsBank I changed it today and no I’ve not received the card yet obviously, is there anyways I can check what address the card is being sent too though as I think i had my old address down and have now changed it. And yes I do have access to the app

    @LloydsBank Hi Paul. Thanks for your reply. This error reads: 9300046: Sorry, we can't complete this request online. Then it links the telephone number to call. I've battled with this account for ages and would like to close it. Please advise if there's a way to do this other than calling?

    @LloydsBank Very disappointing to be told that I cannot remortgage with you despite being a customer of 7 years. I have two existing mortgages and never missed a payment, to be told you could only lend me 20k rather than 140k. utter waste of time.

    @LloydsBank you urgently need a human phone department to help elderly people who don't do the internet! I've now been on the phone for 5 hours with you trying to help my mum make an urgent transaction and it's still not done! This is appalling service.

    @LloydsBank That would be super if someone actually took the call. The automatic message always says that the lines are busy I don't get why u prefer 4 everyone to read message on Twitter instead of having a live chat service. I will use my Monzo account, problem solved
