    @LloydsBank your banking app is woeful. I reset my details and then once all done and ready to log on, it tells me that it’s logged me out and my payment hasn’t been made. I haven’t managed to log in to make a payment so how does it work that out? Frustratingly awful.

    Glad I don't bank with @LloydsBank any more - shame to see that their grade of service hasn't improved since I closed my account a decade or so...

    @LloydsBank @stephenkeeler I could understand reinstating a smaller fee but how can an increase from zero to £21 be justified? I can't think of another service industry where this huge increase would be acceptable @LloydsBank

    @LloydsBank Have an error code - 9200089: 103: Sorry, we can’t update your settings right now, try again later. The app tells me that my payment hasn’t been made and I should check my statement. I’m trying to log in for the first time.

    @LloydsBank please help i am trying to do a transfer from my savings account to my USA account and it's asking for a cot code due to a vac tax. Our account was dormant so we had to reactivate the account through Access Trust bank
