@LloydsBank Funny, I got an answer as soon as I tweeted 🤔 I’m trying to close my sons accounts with you as there is no way to change the order they appear in the app and his is at the top of my app and my current account is way down the list. Only way seems to be to leave unfortunately

@LloydsBank Ive tried for over a week to contact lloyds by phone, app, texts and the message us say error. I need a number for lloyds card insurance but keep getting put through to long waiting times and wrong departments, can anyone help!?!?

@TwiceNightly @LloydsBank @zavvi_cs They said it needed authorising but I just kept arguing by who? Actually it was sorted quicker when I tagged my credit card provider in on one complaint - even though it turned out they wouldn’t be able to help for a few more weeks
