    @AskNationwide yesterday (Monday) and today (Tuesday) my partner held for 90 minutes to talk with somebody urgently about her ISA. On both occasions, when the phone started ringing it was cut off. How does she get to talk to customer service this week?

How about you stop virtue-signalling stuff like this and sort your failing IT systems instead. Absolutely fed up with being let down by you. Mutuality doesn't seem to work for me at least...

    @AskNationwide What the hell is happening with Nationwide banking. Surely not another computer issue??? I am getting all sorts of messages in my account that cheques are clearing but I never deposit cheques!! I had £45 pounds in my account from an unknown source today and now it

    @AskNationwide Yea and all my payments were showing, I didn’t have any problems using my card. I’m going to call customer services now to discuss closing my accounts

    @AskNationwide I'm having issues with your banking app. Every time I open it, it gets stuck saying "connecting to nationwide". I've had this issue before and usually reinstalling the app fixes the problem however it's not helped this time. Is there anything else I can try?

    @AskNationwide when will the issue with pending card transactions be sorted 17 hours now and still not rectified beyond ridiculous I do t want an automated reply just sort it out already looking at different banks

    @AskNationwide this is an absolute piss take your site down yet again all day, I’m now overdrawn cos payments have come out of my account and you’ve authorised them when I should have had a payment incoming which you’ve now blocked, worst bank ever
