Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

@AskNationwide If you are 'here to help' - why does your chosen insurance surveyor @CCLtd_ never answer the phone to deal with subsidence cases? They've confirmed the claim but appear to be deliberately dragging it out in order to slow down claims. Presumably Nationwide has asked them to.

@AskNationwide yesterday (Monday) and today (Tuesday) my partner held for 90 minutes to talk with somebody urgently about her ISA. On both occasions, when the phone started ringing it was cut off. How does she get to talk to customer service this week?

@AskNationwide can we have a chat? Whenever I go to my Telford branch I'm always steered towards the "self help machine" even when thier are cashiers free. It's getting quite aggressive now. Even when I say, "I like going to a cashier" (1) #accessibility

@AskNationwide Oooh, not cool today. First poor service in 4 yrs... Being hung up on by an agent after 12 minutes of waiting. Its too early to be dumping calls. If they said "can I have a couple minutes to type notes up" I'd have said of course... I'm surprised the call dumped.
