@AskNationwide yesterday (Monday) and today (Tuesday) my partner held for 90 minutes to talk with somebody urgently about her ISA. On both occasions, when the phone started ringing it was cut off. How does she get to talk to customer service this week?

Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

@AskNationwide If you are 'here to help' - why does your chosen insurance surveyor @CCLtd_ never answer the phone to deal with subsidence cases? They've confirmed the claim but appear to be deliberately dragging it out in order to slow down claims. Presumably Nationwide has asked them to.

@AskNationwide Hi, having a problem making online payment from Coop bank to my NW credit card. It gets returned to my account immediately, using details I've used ok for years. I can make a payment from same account to my NW flexaccount with no problem. What's going on?!

@AskNationwide Thanks Liz, it’s regarding Early Repayment Charges in relation to when I pay my mortgage each month and when it expires. I have also tried using the chat function on the website and appear to have been disconnected from that too.
