Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

@AskNationwide yesterday (Monday) and today (Tuesday) my partner held for 90 minutes to talk with somebody urgently about her ISA. On both occasions, when the phone started ringing it was cut off. How does she get to talk to customer service this week?

@AskNationwide Kind of sort of hugely unacceptable!!!! Are you going to contact every customers bill collected and tell them that the reason people's bills are late is because of an "issue" this has been going on for weeks now, it's ridiculous so sort it out!!!

@AskNationwide Mine was HSBC. They said the trace can take 4 days and then if it’s a HSBC error it takes 20 days to get the money back, if Nationwide (which we know it is) it could take even longer. We cannot afford to be without this money, it is a huge chunk of our income.

@Daveyboylyon @AskNationwide Same date as ours from HSBC. Ridiculous the responsibility is being placed on customers and other banks to fix this. We could be out of pocket for a month and unable to pay any bills.

@AskNationwide It was then I was told it wouldn’t be credited to my account until the next working day by 6pm (so Monday 10th Jan). It’s not really on to be told conflicting information. 3 days is quite a difference. As per the Direct Debit Guarantee it states; 3/

@independencekat @jessyjensen @AskNationwide Sadly Herbie died. He was all set for hibernation (hedgehog house in the garden), he turned up 1 evening 1 of eyes was completely shut & he could barely see out of the other. The RSPCA were brilliant & got him to a vet he had eaten rat poison so had to put down. 😢
