    Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

    @AskNationwide yesterday (Monday) and today (Tuesday) my partner held for 90 minutes to talk with somebody urgently about her ISA. On both occasions, when the phone started ringing it was cut off. How does she get to talk to customer service this week?

    @AskNationwide Problems are occuring again. Transferred into my account and from a 3rd party, still not showing. This is happening with other people right now too. Sort your selves out because this is an absolute disgrace.

    @AskNationwide And that is fantastic it’s working but the fact some people went nearly 24hrs with this situation is not good and then to have very little communication from anyone over it again not okay. I presume everyone affected will be compensated for this?

    @chrisquinn44 @AskNationwide Like that will ever happen. For a bank that claims to be all about the customer we don't exactly see many genuine benefits

    @AskNationwide I cannot do a transfer credit card to my NW credit card account since Friday last week just say technical error. Spoke to you today on the phone they said go into a bank they can do it..so your system is still down??

    @AskNationwide Bullshit. You're not sorry for inconveniencing your customers at all. You told me today that you'll block my card whenever you feel like it, you've no obligation to inform me & you couldn't care less if I'm left stranded. You're a joke - I'm an ex customer. #customerexperience
