@AskNationwide yesterday (Monday) and today (Tuesday) my partner held for 90 minutes to talk with somebody urgently about her ISA. On both occasions, when the phone started ringing it was cut off. How does she get to talk to customer service this week?

Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

@AskNationwide Switched my long-standing Monzo account for the £175 offer. Met all terms incl. 2 direct debits (clearly visible, one charged £70). After days of reassurances, denied due to “timing”. Unfair & frustrating start as a new customer. Account : 05188976
