@AskNationwide yesterday (Monday) and today (Tuesday) my partner held for 90 minutes to talk with somebody urgently about her ISA. On both occasions, when the phone started ringing it was cut off. How does she get to talk to customer service this week?

Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

The past few months it's always been issues, whether throughout the night or during the day, systems down for maintenance etc.. I've had enough now, time to move on

@AskNationwide Oh hi Sam, nice to hear from you instead of Clare 👍🏼this is quite possibly the wore case scenario for people depending on money paid I'm for gas/electric, baby food etc !! After 22 years with you, recently your service has been poor, e.g maintenance, service issues etc 1/2
