Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

Given how many times they’ve left customers in the lurch with this problem happening again, you’d think they’d train their staff better in trying to descalate issues
