Dear @JustEatUK and @AskNationwide, my partner’s JustEat account was hacked and a fraudulent purchase was made, much to her horror. Nationwide says, this is a problem for JustEat; JustEat says it’s Nationwide’s problem. Either of you want to step up and help get her money back?

@AskNationwide your iOS app doesn’t seem to be working on iOS 16. Please can you confirm if it’s just me? Have deleted and re-installed app, but gets stuck at ‘establishing secure connection’ - thank you.

@AskNationwide Thanks - different WiFi network seems to solve it. It’s very slow (45 seconds to create secure connection) but at least it’s working.
