    @AskNationwide I can rephrase, Karen. My card was blocked because you suspected a breach in security; I now have to wait 5 working days for a new one. I have no means of paying for anything. Do you always leave customers high and dry so readily? #Nationwide

    @leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

    @AskNationwide Thanks. Any news on how you are compensating customers for lack of funds? My husband couldn’t get to work and lost a days wage because it was too late to go in by the time the problem had been rectified.

    @Hickylm @AskNationwide I was recommended to @nicsaidatul they were able to successfully regain access back to my hacked account. They even work on banned, locked accounts. I recommend them✅
