@AskNationwide This is a joke, inconvenience doesn't cover it when waiting on a salary. Your mistakes are not only causing late payments and fees but also preventing people getting food etc This all causes significant stress and anxiety that you are to blame for, where's your support for that?

They keep saying about DD and payments going out but they wont if the account holder does not have the money. Its a mess and i would not expect it from @AskNationwide Its a let down to Members

@AskNationwide How about it just not happening every month on everyone's payday??? That'd be super helpful! Obviously your "fixes" don't work because it keeps happening, so how about telling people exactly what the issue is instead of fobbing us off like you usually do!
