@AskNationwide Not used an ATM for many months. As someone clinically vulnerable it's something I avoid. I don't have Apple Pay either. Thank you Karen for your help.

@AskNationwide Buy yhe time she sets up the account and then goes on the phone it times her out, and she has fdone it three times and has now given up , it's the phone number thats the problem

@AskNationwide we have been waiting since 8th Jan for a FlexPlus insurance claim to be reviewed. Being told we are still in the queue and it 'might' be looked at in the next week. Poor service as we are well over £1000 out of pocket.
