We filled out the forms given by her branch and took them to our branch and now we have received this letter.

Matt G (@Icematt12) reported@AskNationwide Having trouble making payments to unsaved payees that automatically open the app to make a payment. Always gets a vague "Something has gone wrong" error message. Even paying my AmEx like I have done numerous times.
