@AskNationwide it was supposed to be completing day for my partner to buy her new house, but because your systems aren’t working she is now having to find other accommodation unless this is sorted by 5 pm, is there a line where you can sort this asap.

@AskNationwide Have been on hold for nearly half an hour! Am getting totally fed up of Nationwide and may move everything to a bank with better customer service! Everything is such a trial with you these days and it used to be very good!

@classicsidecars @AskNationwide I would be wary of signing up with them recently I’ve had a very disappointing episode with them loyalty means nothing call centre staff just read the script on the screen no human interaction at all I ended up getting £50 compensation for the dreadful service 👎👎👎👎👎👎
