  @AskNationwide @Mollylou1988 Similar problem. Money transfer to another bank says it’s worked but over 90 minutes later hasn’t arrived. Something definitely wrong.

  Hi @AskNationwide is your system all down again? Been trying for the last hour to register for online banking for my Aunt and it will not accept the code you keep sending her! Tbh she has had nothing but grief ever since she applied for the switch from Halifax…

  @AngelaJ24625888 @MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide Well there are specific criteria I cba to try and repeat in here. It’s all on the website. You’ll have missed 1 element of it. With the current account you need certain numbers of transactions etc.

  @santanderuk Not only have you not opened your Leighton Buzzard branch today (and next weekend), your one outside cash machine is down. Thankfully the @AskNationwide is open and their machines are working.

  @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Very poor. He should have closed down his existing account, withdrawn funds and opened an account with a completely different bank followed by a letter to the complaints department.
