@AskNationwide I just opened a FlexBasic account and saw today (after using my card in error) my account was showing -£5.10. I quickly transfered £10 in to bring it back over zero, but a) will I be charged for this and b) can I turn that off so I can't go overdrawn? Thanks.

@AskNationwide Bring your antiquated processes into the 21st Century. You closed down my account without notifying me, meaning I have nearly £8k in an account I can’t touch, all because you can’t grasp that I live on a boat

@AskNationwide The chat option is nowhere to be found, there is no blue chat button at the bottom of the screen, I sent a secure message instead. You really need to fix that, though, the description is useless if it only repeats the payers name, rather than displaying the payment information.
