    @AskNationwide @bbex007 Well it went out my bank yesterday but wasnt in my wifes nationwide account. Its not back in my bank today so Ill check if its in hers yet. Never heard of this problem before. Good job I still had enough money in mine to get food with otherwise we'd have gone without yesterday

    @AskNationwide I applied for my mortgage 6 weeks ago and there was a failure in my documents being uploaded, despite me sending them multiple times. I've had my valuation and you have everything you need, yet still no update on my application or help from your team!

    @AskNationwide so I need money for rent and because of the payment issue that happened recently I haven’t received my pay, which means I’ve had to borrow money to pay rent. I shouldn’t have to call up my employers and apologise on behalf of my bank. Embarrassing

    @AskNationwide EXTREMELY AWFUL SERVICE! Trying to get through to a manager about a mortgage completing TODAY. Query not responded to since 1st October, called and chased daily. Home in vans and can’t exchange/complete due to you abysmal service!! How do we talk to a manager?
