Shocking service from the ‘peoples’ bank. Never been over my over draft. Don’t live in my overdraft have 3k a month go in and you’re doing this. How can you even be allowed to do it. Your advisor was very patronising and his attitude stank. This is why I moved to another bank myself and have advised mum to do the same!

We'll be moving banks as soon as this issue is resolved
