    @AskNationwide I have had the worst experience with Nationwide today. Words cannot explain how disappointed I am and the way my case has been handled. Logged a formal complaint ref NBS7575250 but I am struggling to figure out why I should stay with the bank. Awful 😞

    @pollymacnicol @AskNationwide I had a problem with my TSB account for a few days too ... had set up a Standing Order from current account to account that pay bills from that didn't transfer for 2 days - then Pension credited a day early. Some weird ****. Hope everything OK and all best for tonight & 2022 x

    @_amyyma @CET_UK @AskNationwide I'm having the same issue. Waited 30 hours for a water leak on the stop tap and it's been botched and leaking again and now being told it will be days as nobody available to fix. I'm going to be asking for compensation for stress and days stuck home waiting for people to arrive
