@AskNationwide Queue for paying in cash machine. Yet cashier sits at counter with no queue. Refuses to serve anyone as the machine is the only way to pay in cash… What happened to customer service?

@AskNationwide Please sort out your pre-historic process for changing an address. Been on the phone for 30mins after checking on the website that I could do it over the phone, to then be told I have to go in branch to do this! Get in to the 21st century!🤬🤬

@KiaNFFC @adie_hull @AskNationwide It’s a security setting. Occasionally, a PIN is required to ensure the card is in the possession of the card owner. We were assured by card issuers this wouldn’t happen on public transport, but some banks haven’t implemented it properly. They are working on fixing it for bus use.

@AskNationwide Thank you. Just a little annoying as I had to transfer several hundred from my help to buy to cover the money that appeared in pending, so now I'm gonna have to transfer it back in over several months since I can't just do it when it goes back into my account 😩
