@AskNationwide Hi. Yes I've had email confirmation, just a bit concerned as last time I needed to confirm the transaction with Nationwide as it was Amazon Canada but a lot more money. I presume if there was an issue with Nationwide I would have heard by now?

@AskNationwide Kept eye on the account, took Conways advice to call back after 6, in the number I was speaking to him on, called at 18.02, after being told it was open till 8.... lines closed, please call back during normal opening hours ... fantastic service 👏

@AskVirginMoney No, problem with my payment due to @AskNationwide outage on the 4th. I just needed to get Ridhwaan on the phone who helped me! #employeeofthemonth He's given me the email for customer relations to forward my nationwide correspondence to so I can have my 0% reinstated. 🤞🤞

@AskNationwide Hi again, I've done that and while I can log in, I cannot transfer anything. I've also now downloaded the app but get the same error message. This has been going on for days meaning I cannot use or manage my own money...

@TSB can't access my account on the iPhone app, just says to try again later. Is there a problem? And don't lie like @AskNationwide have done recently. Just admit upfront if there's an issue with logging in.
