@AskNationwide Tesco took money for a delivery yesterday that didn't turn up they have issued a refund but says it takes 3 to 5 working days it was for essential food I need refund urgently

@Opinutd @AskNationwide unfortunately Santander didn't meet my other needs, so I am basically stuck, because Nationwide haven't followed their own guidance. New build, no safety issues, low-rise, no chance of EWS1 being done - and yet still no mortgages.

@AskNationwide Dunno - but my app is working fine, I can log into that ok. And I’ve connected /reconnected this account to snoop and other things with the open banking thingymabob via my phone and not had to use browser OLB, app always been fine. Has there been a change ?

@AskNationwide i can't seem to make small payments online with nationwide account. Trying to subscribe to a podcast on a website but won't let me, however it will if i pay over ten quid. Had same issue when topping up lunch card at work. Only let me do over 10 pound?

@AskNationwide just a query, are we allowed to use the counters in branch because the staff definitely don’t seem to like you using the counter service even the machine is busy. Only wanted to pay in a cheque but the staff made it seem like it was a big deal??
