    @AskNationwide Tesco took money for a delivery yesterday that didn't turn up they have issued a refund but says it takes 3 to 5 working days it was for essential food I need refund urgently

    @AskNationwide I’ve tried speaking to your customer service and although we had everything in to you within a week of applying for the mortgage we are still waiting after over 3 months. My advise to anyone looking for a mortgage, don’t use @AskNationwide if you want to move within 5-6 months.

    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide is the pass number the same for both the website and the app? I had to set up the app as new on my phone. It didn’t happen like this last time I changed my phone, I don’t think

    @AskNationwide @paulinec33 Payment were working up until 5am this morning there is obviously an issue @AskNationwide - can this be sorted ASAP - this is very unreliable in the run up to Christmas
