@AskNationwide I’ve never come across a bank that always fails or always down, banking supposed to be easier especially for the vulnerable, your services are terrible trading to transfer money is a nightmare I will be looking at another provider if u don’t sort it out

@AskNationwide Whenever I’ve had to use openbanking/truelauer/confirm a payment previously, it used to auto open in the app to allow me to do this. Last few weeks though I’m having to log in to my online banking each time. Do I need to change a setting or something?
