Neil Jeffares (@neiljeffares) reported@AskNationwide Just had the most frustrating experience with your chat system. Extremely slow. After 25 minutes explaining simple question you simply cut me off. All because you have a daft system requiring me to have a card reader to close my account with you

Chris Mollett (@CPFCmollett) reported@AskNationwide I have recently started getting statements for an ISA account however I was under the impression that I closed down all accounts with yourselves a long time ago. Your AI assistant is asking me to log in to online banking to receive help but I donβt have it to do so

Tamara G (@wacgirl) reported@AskNationwide Thank you I will. I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? Either be fully online or don't say you are.

Phil (@trollied) reported@Claire__McClean @AskNationwide You have a physical card with the number on. Apple Pay uses a completely different number that nobody has access to. You need to talk to the vendor that you did the transaction with & they will know how to refund you.

will east (@wileast) reported@AskNationwide I made two payments a couple of days ago which have come out of my account but haven't arrived at the payees account. Is there a known payment issue or is there a number I can call to check?
