@AskNationwide So, just have a quick question… you guys are saying “Nationwide fees and charges will be refunded” but the problem here is the fees the people are expecting are not from you. Will Nationwide responds for all this fees?

  • chrisjlye1 Chris lye (@chrisjlye1) reported

@AskNationwide If we (customers) had a delayed payment inbound caused by external issue when we raised it with you I'm sure you'd ask when is it going to be sorted. So when u r the cause of the delay its only fair u tell us when it'll be resolved or at least an indication if today or tomorrow!

  • cmin2getcha cmin2getcha plays (@cmin2getcha) reported

@AskNationwide when are you fixing these payment issues? Really is getting ridiculous now, this is affecting millions of people badly, get it sorted asap

  • EamonnDevaney Eamonn Devaney (@EamonnDevaney) reported

@AskNationwide any chance of an update with the payment problem. I think it’s disgusting you do not message us advising of a problem but message instead about payments that might be missed because there is not enough money in account

  • Jabondie Jessa (@Jabondie) reported

@AskNationwide All well and good that direct debits and standing orders are working properly but we need our money to pay them!! @AskNationwide Sort this issue out!!! It's happening far too often.

  • Sam_Mayo_Mason Sam Mayo Mason (@Sam_Mayo_Mason) reported

@AskNationwide This is a joke, inconvenience doesn't cover it when waiting on a salary. Your mistakes are not only causing late payments and fees but also preventing people getting food etc This all causes significant stress and anxiety that you are to blame for, where's your support for that?
