John Firth (@JohnFirth23) reported@AskNationwide frequently when using Nationwide App on iPhone, the screen freezes when trying to establish a connection. Resolution is to switch phone off/on but it’s a nuisance. I have also tried deleting app and reloading. Is this a common problem?

NicoleK (@NicoleK1508) reported@AskNationwide I've been doing that all day - they told me my original bank has to cancel the switch which is apparently rubbish - it has to be the bank that initiated the switch. I don't want to go on another chat to receive MORE wrong advice!!!! There must be someone that can help me??
