    @AskNationwide Hi. For your switching offer, in my old account that I want to switch to Nationwide I have two direct debits to switch but they are new and as they haven't been paid yet show their amount as "£0". Would this cause a problem for the switch offer? Thanks.

    @a7med7amoud @AskNationwide Yeah there must be doing it on my partners and she’s on public beta and it seems worse. Doing it on my 15.0 but that’s fixed with a restart 15.1 deffo broken.

    I know modern banking includes in house machines and apps but you need to remind your front staff CUSTOMER SERVICE including manners comes before anything. @Barclays @AskNationwide

    Almost all our devices stolen whlile on honeymoon and @AskNationwide insurances requires you send forms in via post. In 2021. Way to be customer friendly.

    @AskNationwide your new iPhone app is great, but I constantly need to restart it in order to login (gets stuck on blank screen). Is this something you’re planning to fix in a future version?

    @AskNationwide When a customer provides proof from the organisation Which and that is ignored by Nationwide a live chat as suggested really does not cut it at this stage

    @AskNationwide This is more unnecessary hurdle requiring a customer to write a letter and post it instead of being able to email it. It seems not really on the side of the customer
