    @facetheravendw @AskNationwide Same. I'm desperate to switch but nationwide keep blocking it as they want an overdraft paying off when they know I have PTSD and can't work as much as I used to and refuse to help me because that isn't "good enough"

    @AskNationwide - worst service, ever from a financial services org. Tried to cancel claim, multiple emails and calls to you. Passed from person to person. Nobody updated.

    @AskNationwide come on nationwide get your act together, not happy trying to resolve a query,cut off twice from internet banking,chat did not help, very very frustrating, been trying for nearly 3 hours !!!!
