A mentally incapacitated person cannot sign over power of attorney it is a court decision which doesn't help us in the here and now.

emily💫 (@emjanerx) reported@ignorance_dj @AskNationwide Been with them for almost 10 years, always fine until the last year. It’s been a problem every month. Payments not going in, but them allowing them out, putting you into an un arranged overdraft or occurring fee’s. Sadly, get used to it
