@AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@AskNationwide @HairyMonkeyGor1 There is your problem, working with an organisation that elevates the rights of males over and above those of females. It makes you company look misogynistic.

@AskNationwide I support what you are doing re. Mx, but can I ask why you require a title at all? My business of 20 years has never asked for title as we don’t need it. What is the business reason for requiring a title? Wouldn’t it be more inclusive to not need to give one?

@AskNationwide @elniedunne As a long-term Nationwide customer I am saddened by your tweets from last night. And if you think a majority of your customers are with you on this one, I'm afraid you have serious misjudged people's feelings about this.

@AskNationwide @HairyMonkeyGor1 I have an account with Nationwide, I will be reviewing this now. As a ******* and ex-Stonewall supporter I try very hard not to use organisations that support them as they make the life of women and LGBs a misery. Appalled that Nationwide support Stonewall. #StonewallOut

@AskNationwide @HairyMonkeyGor1 Please don’t. I’m a customer, and so are my children. I don’t want to bank with organisations that hate women and work to remove our civic protections. #StonewallOut
