@AskNationwide My friend talked to them earlier too just to see what they’re like and they wanted bank transfer payment same as me. I would just appreciate any help and hopefully my money back, I’ve been cheated from my birthday money so I can finally treat myself.

@AskNationwide Hi, trying to do a balance transfer but for three days the app has said there’s technical issues. I went in to branch they said they can’t do balance transfers in branch. I don’t know my telephone banking password so I can’t proceed on the phone. Can you help?
