@AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

@AskNationwide how long until this ‘technical issue’ is sorted?! You say Inbound payments are being processed but have you got a time scale? As many people have, still not received Pay and have bills, rent, food to pay for. I hope you will be compensating.

@AskNationwide This issue has happened on an alarmingly frequent basis when customers are expecting salaries etc. It is not good enough Nationwide. You need to get your act together and find the source of this frequent issue! Unacceptable!

I just got a small payment my mum tried yo send me this afternoon as I was so stuck, but the larger payment I was sent this morning still hasn’t arrived now I’m worried I’ve waited all this time and there is an issue with it
