@AskNationwide the app and website says phone lines are open 8am-6pm Monday to Saturday, but trying to get through it says lines are closed. Chat doesn't work either. I was due my switch money 4th December and still waiting. What is happening please? I can't speak to anyone.

@AskNationwide I just don’t understand while you have one person behind the counter another, unmasked, is running up and down the queue instead of opening another counter! And to stop the queue snaking out outside in the cold we were huddled inside which is really not the action needed in a pan

@AskNationwide Don’t trust Nationwide they loose your money in transfer then do nothing to help and then have the audacity to charge a late fee when they have lost £3000 of my money

@AskNationwide Cheers Kerry. It looks like @TSB are the only antiquated bank who won't let me make a CHAPS payment online. A shame, as I enjoyed being a customer, but it's time to say goodbye and go modern!

@AskNationwide Thanks so much for doing NOTHING to fix the £3000 you have lost in your system. You even say you have received it but its not in my account and the details are 100% correct. 4 weeks now and I have no money!
