Dreadful dreadful service from @AskNationwide. Already over time scales for returning home buyer survey to us. Ask for details so we can chase ourselves and get told another 2 working days for someone to respond meaning well over max limit of time.

@AskNationwide reading that there isn’t a problem with direct debits and standing orders. That’s great, money can be removed from my account but the fact that my salary hasn’t gone INTO it WILL cause issues as my mortgage payment happens tomorrow

Of course @AskNationwide are having problems again, money that was due in my account this morning hasn't arrived and I've got direct debits due tomorrow, time to switch banks I think 🙄
