    Dreadful dreadful service from @AskNationwide. Already over time scales for returning home buyer survey to us. Ask for details so we can chase ourselves and get told another 2 working days for someone to respond meaning well over max limit of time.

    @Emzlifetank @AskNationwide I’ve just raised a query about this via the Online Bank Em, as I’ve been expecting the £50 Cashback as well. The Terms & Conditions state that they will advise customers via the NBS website if the offer is withdrawn, but the link included in the Ts & Cs opens an unrelated page!

    @AskNationwide So you pay Stonewall for it's misinformation.. Oh dear. You do realise that they are responsible for creating huge issues in this country amongst gay, *******& straight communities? You do realise that Gov companies and businesses are ditching them because they have gone awol?

    Hello helpful @AskNationwide. Yesterday I called the nationwide call centre regarding issues with my app. They said they would get back to me but they haven’t yet. I wonder if you could see how long it may be? As I need to pay some bills!

    @AskNationwide The issue is less to do with not being called back and more to do with no evidence showing in either account of a £200 transfer. The sending account balance is short the £200.

    @AskNationwide Yes I wish to raise a complaint as nationwide dealing with RSA means you have lost this customer as they’ve proven I’ve been paying insurance to you for nothing!

    @AskNationwide No! This IS the 2nd card. Not moved for 30 years. First card arrived after 1 month but by then had been cancelled. Been a customer for over 25 years. Have all my money ******* in Nwide. The card company are obviously lying to you on ETA. V unhappy. This delay may cost me.
