Camilla W (@CamillaWatkins_) reported@AskNationwide I was in contact with them but apparently Nationwide decided that it was acceptable to opt me out of the text alert service that I have been using the entire time! Nice that you think you can change my personal settings. Can't wait to move to a company that care about customers!
-
Baby Gromit ❤️ (@littlesmoochy) reported@AskNationwide do i have to pay in to my help to buy every month
-
Guy Leech (@guyrleech) reported@AskNationwide Thanks but doesn't explain why the text said just high balance & mini statement alerts were being disabled, which I don't have a problem, & yet I had been opted out of the low balance ones too which were working. How many customers will this have affected & won't realise/check??
-

-
T Davies-Barnard (@TDaviesBarnard) reported@AskNationwide "just need to click on... " Thank you Nationwide for creating MORE WORK for me to do on a Thursday morning. *I set up* text alerts. Myself. Me. Because I wanted them. Now I have to contact customer services to fix something that should be working.
-
Dark Cognitive (@chrisdark) reported@AskNationwide As someone who is disabled and unable to work, however in receipt of a guaranteed for life monthly payment from the Scottish Infected Blood Support Scheme, would you accept these payments for a mortgage?
-
T Davies-Barnard (@TDaviesBarnard) reported@AskNationwide Now the "contact us" chat is asking me if I want to set up text alerts through the app that isn't working for setting up text alerts. Perfect. "Just" perfect.
-
Colin Smith (@colindsmith) reported@AskNationwide given your systems have gone down and I don't know if my switch has been actioned, could you confirm that you will honour the offer? Or am I punished for your systems issues (accidental or deliberate)?
-
Colin Smith (@colindsmith) reported@AskNationwide conflicting messages about your online mortgage switch service from each interaction. confirms my suspicions that you've pulled down the system as your customers are in the midst of a switch. just be honest so we can call time on a 20 year relationship
-
Jack (@Jack_Fe11) reported@AskNationwide The internet bank is not working (tech diffs) probs everyone logging in to try to re-enable texts. I was able to use the app to re-enable mini statements, high balance alerts and even more annoyingly - low balance alerts! You even didn't tell me it was disabled??
