@AskNationwide I understand what’s going on the issue is I have bills to pay and and apologising isn’t getting anything paid….. imagine the charges I would receive if I could pay the bank what is owed on time !!

@AskNationwide this is actually really unacceptable. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Legally, you have to provide customers with a time frame if the service is down, even if it’s just an estimate. So your generic copied tweets are not sufficient at all. Not good enough.

@AskNationwide claim that their Twitter is to "update you with Nationwide news" yet they're refusing to post on their about the fact that they have left their customers without access to banking, presumably as they know how bad a failure this is and how it makes them look.
