    @AskNationwide That's who ive spoken to after 69 minute call yesterday told her system is down and today they have to email someone who will take 2 working days to give some simple information. It's simply not acceptable customer service for something thats cost £375 to be done

    Dreadful dreadful service from @AskNationwide. Already over time scales for returning home buyer survey to us. Ask for details so we can chase ourselves and get told another 2 working days for someone to respond meaning well over max limit of time.

    @VirginMoney @AskNationwide She has done this twice already and called twice. She even made a complaint using your website form. It seems these emails are “service updates”. This new offer would negatively affect existing transfers. You don't mention that in these "service updates". Incredibly disappointed.

    @AskNationwide Quick question about the one-time login code for app & website. Not sure when it's being introduced but I'm going to the USA on Saturday, so can one time codes be sent abroad via SMS. I may be using a pay as you go phone, so will SMS codes work with that? Thanks

    @Claire_Edberg @MartinSLewis @AskNationwide The joke is that the staff are working inside even though the branch is closed, I've gone to the ATM and not been able to get any money out and another time couldn't get a mini statement because it was out of paper!
