@AskNationwide That's who ive spoken to after 69 minute call yesterday told her system is down and today they have to email someone who will take 2 working days to give some simple information. It's simply not acceptable customer service for something thats cost Β£375 to be done

Dreadful dreadful service from @AskNationwide. Already over time scales for returning home buyer survey to us. Ask for details so we can chase ourselves and get told another 2 working days for someone to respond meaning well over max limit of time.

@MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide Why would they reward someone who just has an account and pays no money in? You are not a good customer for them. Otherwise the whole country would open one to get the free Β£100.

  • Sparky2504
    Chris (@Sparky2504) reported

@AskNationwide This is exactly why I’ve now taken my 3 accounts to NatWest. Nationwide are so behind with the times with their procedures & systems. NatWest can usually fix everything online without having to call them. People don’t have time to call companies & wait on hold for ages anymore!

  • financefraz
    Frazer Grant (@financefraz) reported

@AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the Β£100 payment though

@AskNationwide Now that Virgin Money is full part of Nationwide why can't I access your ISA rates as a Virgin customer? e.g 1 year fix 4.5% Virgin is 4.22%

  • jbtrance
    Jordan (@jbtrance) reported

@AskNationwide I've tired calling the bank now 3 times today and everytime I've got through they can't hear me... I know it's not the phone as I've used 3 different phones. Is there a problem on your end ?

  • MARKAFN
    Mark (@MARKAFN) reported

@AskNationwide when a Fix rate bond has matured and if it is left to turn into an instant access maturity bond account can I then just add money to it and treat it like a normal savings account?

  • shellbills
    Michelle Bills (@shellbills) reported

@AskNationwide why is it when my card payments go through drop onto my statement then stay in pending caused my account to go into a minus to be told by an advisor nothing we can do have been advise it are aware of this issue was told 24 hours ago it would be fixed within 3 hour

  • ItsOnlyStubbsy
    Firetrapdiva (@ItsOnlyStubbsy) reported

@AskNationwide That'd be great if you didn't delete people's accounts from the app & tell them to go in branch if they want money, but they're housebound & calling up gets you passed from department to department with no actual solution. We'll be moving banks as soon as this issue is resolved

@AskNationwide 7 weeks down the line and still have not registered my 90 year old grandads power of attorney as nationwide know nothing about Scottish law. Will be going to financial ombudsman on 8th week.
