@AskNationwide I am currently a very long standing Nationwide customer. Will be going into my local branch on Monday to make a formal complaint. ‘Amy’ was extremely quick to lecture me, but very reticent now.

@AskNationwide Great switching service; thank you. One area could really improve, though: please try to send card reader in time for switch in future (or make alternative verification available), as now I can't pay from my account online or in mobile app as it hasn't arrived yet.
