Been to town to pay a cheque into @AskNationwide but the machine couldn't process it. Yes I had it the correct way up. Although I did try it back to front and upside down too, just in case. So infuriating. Going to post it off now. More expense and inconvenience. Cheques. Pah!

@AskNationwide That also didn’t solve my issue. It’s clearly something to do with my phone (12 Mini) as my Daughter also banks with you and it doesn’t happen on her iPhone (11)

@AskNationwide need a new card. App won’t let me get one because the address is wrong, log into the proper site to change address…. But the address is correct on there. Baffling.

@AskNationwide My Personal Loan - irregardless of that, the Website states your Hours are 8am-8pm Yet the 2 calls I’ve just made and the 2 different Options I’ve tired the automated lady tells me the Offices are closed and ends the Call.

@AskNationwide Been told the application is via a video call so now my son will have to take a day off work !!! Not happy tbh I don’t feel NW have been particularly helpful despite being told we would receive support every step of this process.
