    @AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

    @AskNationwide What will happen to my wages. They are due in my account tomorrow. If the payment is sent back I have to wait another month to get my wages. So what are you going to do to cover this issue

    @AskNationwide I just tried calling your bank . On hold for 45 mins then you cut me off. Mess me around with wages and you do that? I will be changing bank in new year. Absolute joke of a service
