@AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

Go **** yourselves @AskNationwide, seize all my accounts whilst I’m at work with no notice or access to my own money and no way of getting to a bank all week due to the job I do, resulting in me having no funds for food and supplies for work ! … Close all my accounts now !!

@AndrewG37241723 @AskNationwide Nationwide Building Society has finally responded with no action, no sympathy, no solutions and asking me to waste Ombudsman time. Normally customer are right but on this occasion they have not taken any of my concerns seriously! She must thinks I had a bad dream! Waste of time!!

@AskNationwide why can't a customer services representative unlock my pin after I've been on hold over 20 minutes? Why is it acceptable for said customer services representative to then hang up when I asked to register a complaint? I knew we should never have opened an account!

@dianepickup @AskNationwide Unfortunately doubt it’s a nationwide issue. My mum banks with them and whilst her Child Benefit went in today her PIP hasn’t. Appears this has been an issue for people since late last week :(

@joelycett I phone @AskNationwide this morning to be told that we are locked out of our current accounts until we can contact this specific team on Monday. We had no feedback to our reply on Monday last week and they have just blocked them. We have no access to our money
