    @AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

    @nevadahillon @RazSyed @AskNationwide I'd rather it be rejected and just returned the original bank, at least it would be usable in one of my accounts then. I can only imagine the amount of chaos this has caused up and down the country.

    @APxx77 @AskNationwide @ComputerWeekly They have to have a clue, it's just they're not willing to share publicly. It's frustrating as heck for sure, but I have not doubt there will be a crisis response team working with techs, senior managers and vendors. It will be a powder keg of pressure and frustration.

    @AskNationwide you have told us what we cannot access but not why ? someone must have an idea how long this will take to sort? you have few branches and most of them all close by lunch time so it’s not like I can get into a branch can you please give us a bit more info please

    @AskNationwide what is happening with payments?? It’s just not good enough to message your customers and change your phone service to advise “payments to and from accounts are delayed”!! Without giving a time scale. How long is it an hour, a day a week? Issue proper information
