I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

He sent again and his app said £62 was gone and now his app saying nothing has sent.

If anyone was to pick up my phone after me they would have access to my bank details. This is a MAJOR security flaw with the app, swiping it closed should close it.

Since I have done this, I can’t move money from this account or see any of my statements. Says “technical error” and with the statements says “please try again later” can you please look into this?
