    @AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

    Go **** yourselves @AskNationwide, seize all my accounts whilst I’m at work with no notice or access to my own money and no way of getting to a bank all week due to the job I do, resulting in me having no funds for food and supplies for work ! … Close all my accounts now !!

    @AskNationwide hi. Who would like to contact me to help track down the phone operator who has just been disgustingly rude to my wife on the phone? Just wanted to ustand why our app or web has stopped showing our current account after years of it being visible. Wait to hear.

    @AskNationwide Why am I unable to receive payments? I can send them fine and transfer money between my savers and normal account but when I try to receive money it doesn't work and the websites I withdraw from just give me errors, also purchases arent deducting my balance

    @BigDarthMarti @AskNationwide 🤔 how bizarre. Their systems must be really slow, they’ll all be deducted at some point as there are authorisation codes but it’s annoying in the meantime
