    @AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

    @AskNationwide That makes no sense at all what is the difference between me requesting it on the app or in a phone call? Your secure app v me giving all the security details over the phone? CS is about providing the customer with a pleasant journey not jumping through hoops to suit your systems

    Been to town to pay a cheque into @AskNationwide but the machine couldn't process it. Yes I had it the correct way up. Although I did try it back to front and upside down too, just in case. So infuriating. Going to post it off now. More expense and inconvenience. Cheques. Pah!

    @AskNationwide Yes, but theirs work and they don’t randomly stop your card working while you’re abroad. Not your fault, but it’s my money and I’d like to spend it when I want to spend it! Thanks for responding so promptly.

    @AskNationwide your service is shocking - your interest rates are abysmal and I can’t move my money because your card reader doesn’t work. Are you going to make up the interest I’m loosing while I wait??
