    @AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

    @AskNationwide For my disabled kids finishing school and college. You leave us stressed to high heaven all day as we don't know how long we are being left like this when I already have a stressful role at home. Saying you support sunflower lanyards doesn't even touch the sides .

    @AskNationwide Other Banks also have high levels of inbound payments, I don't believe they are experiencing any issues. Seems to be a regular occurrence lately, whats going on???

    @AskNationwide I assume the payment issue has not being resolved then? Twice in a few days both time shopping and orders failed to be paid for where can I send a complaint as the previous agent said I can not complain! As its a banking issue #needsbettercustomerservice

    @AskNationwide fantastic I'm so glad standing orders and direct debits are working normally so they've been able bounce straight back, I'm assuming I can claim all incurred costs of returned direct debits, late payment fees etc?

    @AskNationwide @SkylarrosePhil4 That service status update was written 2 hours ago. When will this problem be fixed? Honestly this is a shambles. Its unfair to people who have no other means. I need access to my money to buy shopping. I have a child at home. Its completely unacceptable
