@AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

@AskNationwide been trying to make a payment on my argos card for several days but can't because the nationwide page pops up and refuses to let me click continue after inputting the verification code. Could you please fix this issue before I ended going beyond the deadline????

@AskNationwide advised by Asda my refund needs to be released by the building society as they processed it on 10th Sept. They’ve given me a transaction number to provide. Help!
