@AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

@AskNationwide phone insurance included with a flexplus account is AWFUL! Made a claim back in June, have had nothing but trouble! Been broken and shoddy phones! From my experience, stay well clear!

@AskNationwide I had a security warning on a payment and sought advice as strongly recommended. Four advisers were cut off and failed to help me at all. Absolutely useless.
