@AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

I’m now sat waiting stupidly not able to do as planned for today (Christmas stuff with family)…. With my money 😳 Maybe compensation is in order to your customers

@AskNationwide Here to HELP? Really? Well today we can't receive wages into #nationwide accounts. Truly and utterly useless service right before Christmas. I suspect you will be losing many loyal customers.
