@AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

@AskNationwide Because it’s not the amount stipulated on your website for existing customers. I’ve been given the new customer amount…

@AskNationwide @AskNationwide I regret that I joined nationwide, I feel annoyed that I have rated nationwide with 1star rate. Why freezing your customers accounts and why your taking so long to resolve customer's issues? Why you do have very poor customer services

@AskNationwide Thanks, but your customer service team aren’t working now, so seems a little pointless.

@AskNationwide Virtually every time I login to my account it just logs me out. I have phoned to complain and told we will sort it. Please confirm when you will actually sort it. Thanks

@AskNationwide I understand that. You miss the point. My point is why an account opened in March cannot now have the new rate applied to it rather than make a loyal customer close it and open a new one?

Absolutely appalled to hear poor customer service daughter received from @AskNationwide ISA for buying first home was closed online but hadn't worked according to branch. Rep on phone hung up on her when she phoned for help :(

@AskNationwide in March I opened a triple access ISA with you at 0.85%. Your latest triple access is now 1.35% but I have to close my old account and open a new one to get this rate! Why don’t you just increase the savings rate on existing Isa’s or are you hoping we won’t notice?
