    @leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

    @AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

    @AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

    @AskNationwide Ok I will try again tonight. Maybe the lady I spoke to who said they the offer department leave at 5pm was trying to have an early finish. Not good customer service at all. I work full time, I cannot go to a branch unfortunately.

    @AskNationwide my DD for my Nationwide Hom ins has not been collected on the 1/3/22. I’ve just been informed that the payment was rejected! I would not cancel my home ins policy without reason and the funds are there to collect. getting frustrated with NW issues, pls respond asap

    @AskNationwide No I’ve had my phone for several years and the app several years too. I’ve not removed/reinstalled. I’m just suspicious that its not genuine. My husband can access his app fine (similar setup to me)
