    @AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

    @AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

    @leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

    @AskNationwide Android banking app not allowing transfers between accounts for 2nd times this weekend very poor service surely a big company should ensure this doesn't happen after it went down in Friday should have sorted it properly!

    @AskNationwide Yes it is up to date and no I am not uninstalling the app. I am literally trying to sort my banking out, fix my car, and work. I haven't got time to ***** about signing up all over again

    Can anyone recommend a bank they good decent customer service from? Is there such a thing? I've been with @AskNationwide for too long now and their service is absolutely dreadful.
