    @AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

    @leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

    @AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

    @AskNationwide Card keeps being blocked, 1 out of every 2 online transactions i get a call to confirm its me if i miss the call i have to spend 2 to 3 hours on hold trying to get my card unblocked. Customer service is useless still waiting for a call back 9 days after complaining

    @AskNationwide Worst bank ive known. 6pm and you cant speak to an advisor? 6pm its 2022 come to the future fucksake. You need a pinsentry for your online banking. Passnumber Customer number Account number Sort code fucksake only want to change my mobile details!!!

    @AskNationwide You said we'd get a text when complaint registered. This hasn't been received either. So now we have to wait for royal mail when they have massive postal delays is that what you are saying? This level of service is simply unacceptable.

    @AskNationwide For GDPR I’m not going to publicly discuss what I need to talk about, as a bank I’m sure you understand that. In the DM conversations I am being told to call the mortgage department, which is what I’ve been trying to do, and why I am complaining. So…. Not much help really…

    @BlondeHistorian @AskNationwide It’s so strange how people can be so oblivious. I once had to make a complaint because I had made an appointment to go into the bank and the staff member told me I had to use phone banking. I explained several times I was deaf but he just said he couldn’t help and walked off.
