    @leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

    @AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

    @AskNationwide I have a problem.. I need to access my savings account, however my local branch closes at 2pm every day and closed at weekends. I’m a teacher so it’s impossible for me to get to branch at any point but I need to access my account.

    @AskNationwide Yes, that worked, thank you. Of course I needed to totally re-register and find my card & my (not used for a year) card reader "Battery Low" ! but it worked. Good job I have finger-print login because anything else would have defeated me.

    @AskNationwide Hi, I have a mortgage with Nationwide, and also have online banking set up, however when I log into my online account I can't manage my mortgage or see anywhere, up until now I have been using the Nationwide website to arrange payment.
