@AskNationwide Because it’s not the amount stipulated on your website for existing customers. I’ve been given the new customer amount…

  • ChrisConway
Chris Conway (@ChrisConway) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

  • rl_chris_higham
Chris Higham (@rl_chris_higham) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

  • jshield1988
jamie shield (@jshield1988) reported from Wallsend, England

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour Of labour you are the most reasonable leader of the last decade hands down. I do see the inflation crisis however is there a better way of improving living standards (incl. energy costs) that does not involve affecting future investments nor spending more tax payer money?

  • mikemadjik22
    Madjik2 (@mikemadjik22) reported

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour Hey, global energy wholesale has been down for the last 2 months. The UK are the only ones governed by litteral crooks, which allows these companies to keep ripping us off. I dunno, spending the money to renationalise, control our own bills and any profits can be used here

  • TRAGEDYOFGLOUC1
    TRAGEDY OF GLOUCESTER. (@TRAGEDYOFGLOUC1) reported

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour Did you ask to borrow £30 billion for your fuel bill shareholders protection racket Starmer? Oh no, stupid me, you've decided to ransack £60 BILLION from the working person's pay packet havent you. Well done, thanks for another Labour con.

  • JanRadovic
    Jan Radović 💙 (@JanRadovic) reported

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour If you REALLY wanted to help the electorate, you would be demanding re-nationalisation instead of this pathetic, meaningless, unhelpful drivel. Even your soundbites are dull, and carry no authority or real concern whatsoever. Cross the floor where you belong. #RedTory

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour Your "plan" is an extremely expensive temporary fix. Nationalisation is a cheaper and permanent solution.

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour Any help should be properly targeted to those that need it most ... millionaires etc don't need help with their fuel bills.

  • krish72
    Krish (@krish72) reported

@AskNationwide since Friday "We have a technical problem and are doing our best to fix it. Please try again later." always happens at the end of setting up and paying a new payee from my FlexDirect a/c. I've tried daily, following every step precisely (including card reader).

  • marksmi60533366
    mark smith (@marksmi60533366) reported

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour Sick of hearing what you would do if in power, do something now, do something for working people, stand with them, stop bowing to your pay masters, your weak

  • krish72
    Krish (@krish72) reported

@AskNationwide ... however the app has actually now set up the payee and I had a text confirmation, but now requires the card reader to make first payment, and I get the same problem at the end again

    Frankie Five Angels (@dio_five) reported

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour What an awful tweet! People have been going to banks for hundreds of years asking for financial help - it's why banks exist - you total numpty!
