@AskNationwide is there a problem with your website, it won't let me in! It's asking for pass code? Never had that before, have I locked myself out? Or hacked?

@AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

There’s nothing more demoralising about queuing in @AskNationwide for 20 minutes because your damn machines aren’t taking cash deposits. Again. Or broken down. Are you going out of business? #PlymouthYetAgain

@AskNationwide That’s the problem. I am not part of the U.K. App Store as I now live over seas! For security reasons is not an excuse to isolate anyone who lives abroad- the whole point of the app in itself is to make banking secure for its account holders not lock them out.

Applying telephone service from @AskNationwide. Constantly being charged fees for an overdraft that’s non existent and transferred around the houses when I want to speak to someone to have issue resolved. 1.5hrs later and have not yet spoken to a competent human..

@AskNationwide Absolutely sick and tired of your Boris bloody Johnson bullsht excuses. Stop it. Just stop it, now. There were no staff on the floor. None. Don't you dare tell me it's down to Covid. Six people blundering about behind the screens. No floor staff. No awareness. You're a toy bank.

@AskNationwide please can you help me get your bank to unlock the £100 they are currently withholding just in case I put that much petrol in my car when the £10.01 I actually put in has been taken out already and my car wouldn't even hold £100 of petrol-well this week anyway?
