    Hi @AskNationwide, why is the Paym service ending? Was probably one of the most useful services you currently offer on current accounts.

    @AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

    @AskNationwide hiya, how long do I need to wait for money to be returned to my account from a pending transaction placed on 31st Jan for the Bodyshop at home? Do I need to contact consultant support for the refund or do you just do a ‘refund’ straight back into my account?

    @AskNationwide I’m flying out to the US tomorrow and I’ve forgotten to inform Nationwide of this. I don’t have any of my banking details with me me (I’m not at home) & I can’t see how I can do this on your mobile banking app. Are you able to help a very stressed out customer?

    My solicitor asked #themortgageworks for a settlement figure on a property on 20th July. Today is 1st September!! It was promised within 20 working days - today is the 30th working day. The company that owns them @AskNationwide seems happy with such #badcustomerservice.

    @AskNationwide Will this number be able to help us with UCB queries? We have already spoken to customer services twice a day for the past 2 weeks and they say they’ve processed the request, never do and refuse to put us through to a manager

    @AskNationwide I need to produce payment receipts monthly. How can I do this on the app. I don't have access to a computer so app is my only option. I can see other online banks have this feature but I can't find it on yours. Please help. Ta. X

    @AskNationwide You know what absolutely infuriates me... Waiting 20 minutes to speak to someone, they cut you off (accidentally?) and don't call back. This should be the absolute minimum effort put into customer service. Especially when it relates to a switch. Not a good start.

    Hugely disappointed with @AskNationwide .... usually their customer service team are excellent The guy on the phone, just now, simply lied to me and generally didn't have a clue Funny because the guy in the complaints team was brilliant
