@AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

@AskNationwide This is more unnecessary hurdle requiring a customer to write a letter and post it instead of being able to email it. It seems not really on the side of the customer

@AskNationwide I would warn everyone away from using your mortgage services. I currently use you yet seeking my house for health reasons and been declined to port mortgage due to a financial risk when it’s a lower mortgage I’ve gone for. Service is a joke

@AskNationwide The latest letter from them is dated 23.9.21 but does not refer to the complaint. Their letters do not give the impression they have been read by a customer orientated person.
