@AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

@AskNationwide ,son told to take his phone to Apple by a member of flex plus Ins team -his phone is not working correctly. price to repair/replace £519.00, he called Flexplus to be told No! you now have to send it to us. Why make him go to Apple only to be told this! #flexplus

and if its not that then its a systemic issue and that really needs to be addressed. It clearly wasn't addressed when i had this issue before. I'm guessing i'm not the only one having problems with @AskNationwide
