I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

Anna M (@JosiePixie) reported@AskNationwide Yes it’s a mortgage application. They don’t give updates. They just ask for more info then reset SLA clock to 5 days. They wait another 5 days then ask for more info and reset SLA clock again. The latest SLA clock reset is for an IT fault! Nobody willing to help there?

A reduced purchase price has now resulted in the original error repeating itself. 6 phone calls, many "escalations" 5 days later we're no further on. Avoid Nationwide mortgages like C-19
