@AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

@AskNationwide Hi Jake that doesn't really suit as I am working and that is the closest branch to me , do you have an update if so wine was in . There was about 3-4 people outside waiting and they weren't best pleased , one was almost in tears

@The_GayDivorcee @AskNationwide Contact centre are useless, asked for help in a branch and was made to feel like I was stupid.. had to do GDPR request for card dispute which was like a sledgehammer to break a nut, I’m just looking to switch out but not had chance. The payments fiasco was unbelievable.

@AskNationwide Ok so had the ame problem for absolute weeks Why wont my mums online banking work im trying to sort some money out for her If it goes on any longer I will instruct her to leave. At least 12 we Ok so had the same problem for absolute weeks
