@AskNationwide is there a problem with your website, it won't let me in! It's asking for pass code? Never had that before, have I locked myself out? Or hacked?

@AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

@AskNationwide nationwide app down - it just keeps saying it's sorry and appears to be experiencing a technical problem. Very annoying! Your service info isn't showing any issues. Can you advise?

@AskNationwide Logging a complaint doesn’t help me: Shower, use the toilet, cook, wash clothes, feed my dog. @AskNationwide Disgusting misinformation on your policy sales website. “Repair” doesn’t mean repair. Feels like fraud.

@AskNationwide NOW they tell me! On the website it just says you have to call.

@AskNationwide You are working for a corrupt and scared organisation. Scared that their very existence is being threatened. Corrupt through control over customers assets!

@AskNationwide Why are you preventing me from accessing my account online? Your online customer services people are as bad as the system which keeps saying it's experiencing technical difficulties. Please sort it out

@AskNationwide UK launders apprx £100,000,000,000 every year. The figure you cite is 0.015% of the total (less than margin of error). What in the world is "scams involving bitcoin"? Like when someone steals your bitcoin?

@AskNationwide Is there any chance someone can respond to my complaint that’s been ongoing for over 2 years? Your customer service and complaint handling is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

MAJOR disappointment with @AskNationwide insurance today. Paid for emergency home cover, offering 24hr, 365 day support for “repairs”. Apparently turning off the water supply to stop a leak is a ‘repair’. Feels like fraudulent marketing text on their sales website.

@AskNationwide But you ensure the base rate change DOESNT have any impact on savers by not passing it on. You’re no better than the energy companies, rake in additional profits while the customer suffers.
