    @AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

    @AskNationwide despite carefully filling in the relevant forms and providing certified proof of ID, my daughter hasn’t been able to access her CTF! This shouldn’t be so difficult! (Would also be keen to know what EXACTLY we did wrong!)

    @AskNationwide Yes, searched everywhere so resorted to the telephone ! Sorted ! But , helpful lady on phone couldn’t help me locate it online - tried Products & Services to no avail !

    Huge lesson learnt - NEVER trust European break down cover via a bank. We pay for cover with @LVviews via @AskNationwide - broke down FRIDAY in France - waited 5 days and have just been told it could be 3 WEEKS before our car is now sorted. It's a broken hose!

    @AskNationwide iPhone 8 Plus with 14.7 latest software. Have already tried your suggestion deleting and reinstalling still same issue.
