    @AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

    @AskNationwide I’d rather have retained the travel insurance than having the realistically nonexistent chance of winning the draw to be honest. Oh well - incoming new customer to either Santander or First Direct - not settled on which yet.

    @AskNationwide The email says 8 weeks to review that doesn't even day resolve. Financial onbudsman gives a 45 day turn around on these cases. Also made dispute with bank of scotland same day and they refunded me immediately while review ongoing. Much better customer service

    @AskNationwide Can you clarify if I can obtain a card for an already applied online at home instant access saver issue 9 account ? It is now open but no card has been issued. Can I just go in to branch to obtain a card for this account ?Or do I reapply by appointment in branch.

    @wallacepgames @AskNationwide My account wasn’t locked, Support was not doing anything over 30+ days since first reported.All access denied I couldn’t access it, I was so confused not until someone referred me to Multitask_support on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help
