    @AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

    @AskNationwide You obviously are having issues because payments / transfers keep getting declined. Typical on a day when bills etc have to be paid !

    @AskNationwide Do you actually have a live social media team or is it just chat bots? Either way the copy Pasted replies are a joke as there is yet again clearly an issue impacting nationwide. Owning it and acknowledging it nets you better pr than acting like the iraqi information minister.

    @AskNationwide Do you have a status page for known issues. I can't transfer payments today to someone I know and have transferred to before. Payment is then corrected and returned.

    @AskNationwide Last working day of the month and my outgoing payments are being delayed AGAIN. You clearly have a system problem but don't seem to able to address it. Been with you for 30+ years and never had such repeatedly poor service. Why should I stay with you?
