    @AskNationwide It's android obviously. I have done that I have un installed it and re installed it twice now. So naturally I have the most up-to-date version. Still throwing up the same error message though.

    @AskNationwide A question if I may? Why would a new bank who are trying to boost their social media presence choose to block a potential customer if they've had zero dialogue with their Twitter account? Thanks in advance.
