    @AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

    @AskNationwide Hi Lauren. It's a mortgage account, no card reader however. All I am asked for is cust no, DOB, passnumber (received already by post) and code via sms. All input correctly, but everytime is met with a message stating there has been a technical error.

    @AskNationwide Logged complaint your your mobile insurance and they said they will not do anything! Total Shock, when I get back to you NBS, you send me back to them, absolutely disgusting service I get from your large establishment, feels really like all you banks are no different

    @AskNationwide My mum doesn't know what is best for her and doesn't want to sign over power of attorney as she doesn't understand she is mentally incapacitated. A mentally incapacitated person cannot sign over power of attorney it is a court decision which doesn't help us in the here and now.

    @AskNationwide My mum doesn't understand she has lack of capacity so is trying to remain independent with my support. All I wanted was someone to call her and run through security and check her account hasn't been fraudulently used. When I rung NatWest with same issue they were amazing.
