    @AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

    @AskNationwide when can I expect a final mortgage statement as we have been waiting over 6 weeks now and we was told after 15 working days, just interested as we feel we have paid to much?

    @AskNationwide I have now been trying to download the Nationwide App to my phone since Wednesday and encountering problem after problem. Now being told 'encountering problems'! Want to transfer money to a different account. Shouldn't be this difficult surely!

    @AskNationwide why have you made it impossible for me to deposit cheques? You have closed my local branches and now this is the third time the Enfield branch has no envelopes. Customer for about 50 years, looks like time to change

    @AskNationwide Hi is their a payment issue fault? Because we tried both Nationwide cards and it was declined when putting in a @AsdaServiceTeam and then we tried my @RBS_Help and it worked their is something gone wrong with payments

    @AskNationwide Hi India, unfortunately the branch was closed at midday today, I run a pub business so I like to utilise the service out of hours. It would be prudent for staff for perform checks on machines at the start of shift.

    @TheAA_UK @AskNationwide @TheAA_UK You are contracted to recover our family and make us safe, provide transport accommodation and return to the UK. Still nothing. Hours and hours on hold. At 8am we and our children will be at the side of the road with all our baggage. HELP US.

    Last night @eGoGames_ took 999 Euros from my account when I gave them my PayPal details for ‘payouts’. PayPal were zero help but the wonderful @AskNationwide got me my money back. I was beside myself worrying about how we were going to survive. I can’t thank them enough.
