@AskNationwide please can you reinstate your secure messaging service. Webchat is painful. It’s time consuming and on most occasions has not resolved the issue. Secure messaging was time as efficient and nearly always allowed me to sort things out without having to call.

@AskNationwide 1 Aldgate, London EC3N 1RE The machine is pretty much always out of service in the evening. Your staff are amazing at the branch. And try to help as much as they can . This is after the branch closes. why was E3 & E12 closed?
