Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

@AskNationwide are Nationwide aware what poor service their customers are receiving from @TheAA_UK? 6 days since reporting, car still not collected. Poor comms misinformation and an organisational disregard for customers? Doesn't seem to sit with Nationwide's customer philosophy.

@AskNationwide Yes and they transerfed me to the dispute team who hung up on me again so I'm not happy with the service at all I'm definitely going to be taking this further no if no buts enough is enough

@AskNationwide I had someone set up as a payee on my account, and they seem to have randomly disappeared from my account. I’m pretty sure I did not remove them, so i’m really confused about whats happened…any help?
