    @AskNationwide yesterday (Monday) and today (Tuesday) my partner held for 90 minutes to talk with somebody urgently about her ISA. On both occasions, when the phone started ringing it was cut off. How does she get to talk to customer service this week?

    @AskNationwide @datliz I have done this twice now and the only reply you get is to change the reference in the online banking module. That is not a solution to the problem. We need the option to be available in the app. This is going to be a dealbreaker if not sorted soon. @AskNationwide #slowservice

    @AskNationwide I’ve had a problem with my account since early Nov. After 7 conversations (in branch & over the phone) I’ve been reassured it’s solved after each. It still isn’t & I’m so unimpressed, plus the inconvenience it’s caused. Where do I make an official complaint?

    @AskNationwide so you wouldn’t resolve your error in chat - told me to phone. After 20 minutes paying for the call you cut me off. I already have a complaint form in but I need you to sort your error today please?

    @AskNationwide I think the staff at the Glasgow Shawlands branch may need some training. As if the service isn’t poor enough with the branch shut on Mondays and for lunch, the branch closes and doesn’t put a notice up to say for how long.

    @AskNationwide shocking service. Initiated our switch to you months ago and still not happened. No communication at all. Constant excuses as to why switch has t happened. Awful service, not the best first impression.
