    @AskNationwide My payment has never been later than 00:15 arriving in my account, and the volume of tweets about this suggest there is a problem. I have bills that I've stayed up late to pay tonight, I'm just going yo have to hope it's there and I have enough electric on the meter to find out.

    @AskNationwide I have just spent 2hours in nationwide Birmingham City centre the staff have been great but I think having an anxiety attack for an hour in the branch and still not being able to access my benefits is wrong I had to leave to stop getting worse
