    @AskNationwide Can u please give us awaiting wages etc a relevant update? "Working on it" isnt really an acceptable answer for ur customers at this time of year. People are very worried. Specific updates is the bare minimum u should be providing! #Nationwide #Chaos

    @AskNationwide still no sign of interest increases to savings accounts, you increase mortgate rates quick enough tho! Still no increases since at least the last 2 BoE rises, why is that? Don’t respond with “you’re working on it” because so far you haven’t worked on anything!

    At 17.30 I called @AskNationwide breakdown service who use @TheAA_UK I'm still stood on the side of the road waiting for recovery. Unacceptable.

    @AskNationwide Taking in consideration I called again still no assistance ( cost of call £40) It's the end of the month with bills to pay and a child to feed. I have no access to my account

    @AskNationwide One of your staff spell the address incorrectly, as a result I have not received my card. I have very disappointed at the service given by nationwide. At this point I have lost all confidence in nationwide bank after being a member for over 11years.

    @AskNationwide mortgages have let me down. They have strung out the process of porting my mortgage for so long, that I’m about to lose my existing mortgage rate and lose a lot of money to them. As a busy working GP and single mum #disappointed
