    @AskNationwide My payment has never been later than 00:15 arriving in my account, and the volume of tweets about this suggest there is a problem. I have bills that I've stayed up late to pay tonight, I'm just going yo have to hope it's there and I have enough electric on the meter to find out.

    @davidrb411 @lovejmatic @AskNationwide Asking a bank to sort out their systems so that customers can do what they need to a few days before Xmas isn’t asking much. It’s asking for the service they are supposed to provide. This is a consistent problem, not a one off.

    Errrmmm @AskNationwide when will you sort out the payments issue!? Some of us have bills that come out of those accounts and cannot be doing up middle man explanations to the companies we pay bills to.
