    @AskNationwide Can u please give us awaiting wages etc a relevant update? "Working on it" isnt really an acceptable answer for ur customers at this time of year. People are very worried. Specific updates is the bare minimum u should be providing! #Nationwide #Chaos

    @AskNationwide My payment has never been later than 00:15 arriving in my account, and the volume of tweets about this suggest there is a problem. I have bills that I've stayed up late to pay tonight, I'm just going yo have to hope it's there and I have enough electric on the meter to find out.

    @AskNationwide 1st of the month and you IT systems are not working again, can you please get this sorted so I can transfer monies to my savings accounts. @TheFCA @MartinSLewis
