@AskNationwide OK - Thanks for your prompt response. I am a UK member but unfortunately I do not have a UK mobile number. I only have an International roaming mobile number that I use through out the entire world. How do I over come this problem? Thank you.

@AskNationwide We have already spent 15 minutes explaining that if you dont’t recognise government documents that we have you are asking for the impossible. And yet someone is going to continue repeating the tosh?

@AskNationwide The issue is you not accepting government documents with my NI number on them. You don’t recognise the paperwork I have and ask for an item that you can’t even name. And yet we have to reapply. Why would we continue and then apply for a mortgage.

@JustLiz1804 @asda @AskNationwide It’s deffo an Asda issue I think, they do it to me when I fill up to and I use a different bank. Think there’s a sign by the pumps which say that they will do this if you use the pay at pump feature. Only way around it is to pay in the shop I think.

@AskNationwide had a mortgage complaint logged since 29th which is ongoing. No one has called back. I’m getting passed from pillar to post causing untold stress, spent hours on the phone to you and no one will help resolve our issues. Absolute joke.
