    @AskNationwide My payment has never been later than 00:15 arriving in my account, and the volume of tweets about this suggest there is a problem. I have bills that I've stayed up late to pay tonight, I'm just going yo have to hope it's there and I have enough electric on the meter to find out.

    @AskNationwide Can u please give us awaiting wages etc a relevant update? "Working on it" isnt really an acceptable answer for ur customers at this time of year. People are very worried. Specific updates is the bare minimum u should be providing! #Nationwide #Chaos

    @AskNationwide Hi nationwide I’m not happy as a customer or partner as you say it of 15 years and as someone who has been eligible for the £100 payment 2 years running I’m now not eligible I have a flex account and I have a flexclusive saver but the only thing I don’t have is a mortgage

    @AskNationwide so I opened an account 4 days ago and I got the confirmation email saying it's open I received my in today but still no card I can't use my account number to login via the app and it keeps saying something is wrong.

    @AskNationwide You make it sound like we have options, however I wanted to keep to having a savings book not a card and your doing away with that option. What's happened to listening to the customer ?
