    @AskNationwide My payment has never been later than 00:15 arriving in my account, and the volume of tweets about this suggest there is a problem. I have bills that I've stayed up late to pay tonight, I'm just going yo have to hope it's there and I have enough electric on the meter to find out.

    @AskNationwide Can u please give us awaiting wages etc a relevant update? "Working on it" isnt really an acceptable answer for ur customers at this time of year. People are very worried. Specific updates is the bare minimum u should be providing! #Nationwide #Chaos

    @AskNationwide So people who work full time in order to get a mortgage are unable to get through to the mortgage team about their mortgage… because they are busy working full time. Got it. Not your fault but the phone line customer service is the worse I’ve come across

    @AskNationwide The forward trace was logged by NatWest to contact you. I have a reference for this but their problem is that nationwide is not responding. 7 phone calls and I still cant reach your fwrd tracing team on the phone. They need to call me before 4pm. Its an absolute joke.

    @AskNationwide How do I do that. Getting into contact with anyone is impossible. I don’t have time to be on hold for an hour at a time I work full time

    @AskNationwide hi, you’ve put the fraud block on my cards and haven’t sent me the text, trying to ring to unblock but after 30 mins x 2 still no answer!
