They blocked my debit card while trying to purchase groceries (unusual spending) & couldn't unblock it. Told to go into branch 100 miles away with a passport. Moved to HSBC 😎

    @AskNationwide Not that easy because I answered the travel insurance questions that requires me to speak to the insurance company. Not happy as I want to open an account and so far your service has been poor

    @AskNationwide Complaint raised today although our mortgage advisor has raised previously, I really just need a resolution to the problem not lengthy complaints processes. An email address or someone ringing me would be far preferable?

    @AskNationwide my card works in shops when I'm out etc but is blocked on my subscriptions services that I'm paying for,keeps declining and not accepting the card when trying to fix and pay for them ????

    @AskNationwide Thanks Jo, no problem I just find it amazing this level or service with outright lies is acceptable to nationwide. The new business team seem to experience this often. If you guys don’t want to lend just say so rather than make excuses that doesn’t add up
