Lorna (@lozunicorn) reported from Dumbarton, Scotland@AskNationwide My payment has never been later than 00:15 arriving in my account, and the volume of tweets about this suggest there is a problem. I have bills that I've stayed up late to pay tonight, I'm just going yo have to hope it's there and I have enough electric on the meter to find out.
-
Kells (@sparkly_ace) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@AskNationwide Can u please give us awaiting wages etc a relevant update? "Working on it" isnt really an acceptable answer for ur customers at this time of year. People are very worried. Specific updates is the bare minimum u should be providing! #Nationwide #Chaos

Tamara G (@wacgirl) reported@AskNationwide Thank you I will. I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? Either be fully online or don't say you are.
-
Mind Crypto 🍥 (@MindCrypto_) reported@BeardyInvestor @AskNationwide This is ultimately an FCA overreach (Nationwide was fined £44M in Dec,25) which in-turn means; it's about protecting the bank's money from having to refund yours later. Over regulation and lack of autonomy for the customer. Annoying!
-
Jonathan Leigh (@LeighJonathan) reported@AskNationwide Nationwide say the website changes are in response to customer feedback. I'm a customer and I was not asked! The new online account format is appalling: the transaction type, description, and reference are not visible at a glance. Please leave the old format as an option.
-
Jul8 (@Jul806223479) reported@AskNationwide Are you having issues right now? I have tried to apply for a new product both on the app and desktop site and I get error messages.
-
Neil Jeffares (@neiljeffares) reported@AskNationwide Just had the most frustrating experience with your chat system. Extremely slow. After 25 minutes explaining simple question you simply cut me off. All because you have a daft system requiring me to have a card reader to close my account with you
-
Susan Jarvis (@AttonSusan) reported@AskNationwide Is this a continuation of the technical issues being experienced all over the long Easter weekend? I have several accounts with Nationwide and have never been cancelled due to "the results of [your] final checks"! (Whatever they are...)
-
Tom Morgan (@twmorgan11) reportedSome absolute golden UX fails from @AskNationwide trying to report a lost card. 1) 'Please have your credit card to hand to report your lost card'. 2) 'Please insert your card into your card reader to report your lost card. Don't have a card reader? No problem.'
-
Charlie Muggins (@onemrmuggins) reported@AskNationwide have made a complete hash of my mothers #powerofattorney No access to any funds over #easter Can’t wait for the members annual conference! #fireworks
-
Barry O'Neill (@BCJONeill) reported@AskNationwide Maybe you could just pass it on for me in true customer focused tradition Nathan?
-
lisa (@lisa98715214) reported@AskNationwide 7 weeks down the line and still have not registered my 90 year old grandads power of attorney as nationwide know nothing about Scottish law. Will be going to financial ombudsman on 8th week.
