    @AskNationwide My payment has never been later than 00:15 arriving in my account, and the volume of tweets about this suggest there is a problem. I have bills that I've stayed up late to pay tonight, I'm just going yo have to hope it's there and I have enough electric on the meter to find out.

    @AskNationwide my mother if disabled and needs help in transferring money around. We pay stuff in for her and occasional card withdrawal but given she may need to move larger amounts for ongoing care costs how does she set me up to do this on her behalf?

    @AskNationwide Yes any payments through websites will not work. Your call team did everything they could to help but had no way of escalating the problem. I've just moved my bank account to you and this is not great first impressions other than your team were polite and as helpful as could be.

    @AskNationwide hi I’m having serious problems with my online banking. I’m unable to log in via app, says my details are incorrect. Try and log in via website and it says my record is unable to be found??

    @AskNationwide can you please say why you had to feature bottle feeding on your advert during hunted tonight. You may as well have just said we promote bottle feeding. Many of us health staff struggle to normalise breast feeding and this doesn't help.

    @AskNationwide Hi. Can I make a suggestion please? A 2nd query I had was answered far faster using your text chat service which I didn't initially know was there. I think you need to make this good option more prominent than it is just now. Maybe a pop up on the main account page?

    @AskNationwide I am not questioning that, I am wondering how, in an increasingly cashless society I can get money transferred to her care home account when I am unable to access internet/telephone banking without my own account nor am I able to physically visit the bank during its open hours.
