I was advised 30’working days for a payment send in error o be recovered. Today is day 20 and nothing. The treatment I’ve face by your company is appalling. #worst

I can do it on my tablet fine but my phone literally only let's me tap in the first number and refuses to advance to the other two sections? Tried reinstalling, turning off phone. Was told my switch was successful and account will be credited as was all criteria done and ive had someone say opposite and go back and say no longer valid. You advertised it till the 4th march so any application before should be fine
