    @AskNationwide Can u please give us awaiting wages etc a relevant update? "Working on it" isnt really an acceptable answer for ur customers at this time of year. People are very worried. Specific updates is the bare minimum u should be providing! #Nationwide #Chaos

    @AskNationwide My payment has never been later than 00:15 arriving in my account, and the volume of tweets about this suggest there is a problem. I have bills that I've stayed up late to pay tonight, I'm just going yo have to hope it's there and I have enough electric on the meter to find out.

    @AskNationwide Can someone please get back to me about my complaint? This is ridiculous now and I’m out of pocket. I was advised 30’working days for a payment send in error o be recovered. Today is day 20 and nothing. The treatment I’ve face by your company is appalling. #worst

    Why is it that @AskNationwide needs a card reader in 2025? Even on mobile when I have to use my fingerprint twice to login to my phone and then the app 🙃

    @AskNationwide latest app update no longer allows payment to credit card with 'zero balance', despite a large pending balance! Also there's no longer a total shown for the pending balance. Such backward steps, not customer-friendly. 😭 Please put things back the way they were!
