@AskNationwide Written to head office and complained and have been treated terribly, no customer service whats so ever.Not what I would expect from Nationwide, especially when the advertising line reads, Nationwide on your side ??? What a joke that is.

@AskNationwide Sender has been asked over and over... its my boss, and it's left my account... he did it December 30th, we then had two banking days of your systems being down, since then 5 different stories, been told its on there as a lending g transaction , and still nothing

@SteveDu48539969 @AskNationwide I rung up about that according to the person I spoke to there was no issues with payments that day but we all no there was including twitter alot of people didn't get paid till 9am when there payment was due at 12am.

@AskNationwide I’ve tried live chat and by telephone and there hasn’t been any fraudulent activity or any unusual activity on my account. I’m caring for elderly parents, working full time and now I’m expected to find time to change all my card details on shopping sites etc.

@AskNationwide 60 quid is that it? whilst holding hundreds of pounds days before christmas from my first ******* job. my money went through on the 31st. I let my family and boyfriend down and all i get is 60 ******* quid???
