After the call I remembered I'd frozen that card a few weeks back. Unfreezing it fixed the problem. If it's possible to break things I will. Sorry!

I joined nationwide as my sole current account and today I needed to transfer money urgently. The recipient was left stranded and I was left feeling embarrassed. This is pathetic.
