    @AskNationwide Ok. My bad. Full marks to the very patient person on the phone however we didn't fix it. After the call I remembered I'd frozen that card a few weeks back. Unfreezing it fixed the problem. If it's possible to break things I will. Sorry!

    @william98024502 @AskNationwide No they don't have a problem. My error was entirely my fault for forgetting I'd frozen the card.

    It makes no sense why your service at @AskNationwide Bilston branch was to stop him from opening an account even with the right credentials. I am glad that he didnโ€™t just walk away and in fact when this was raised at the main branch they were shocked with the treatment he got!

    @AskNationwide The app issue has been ongoing for the last fortnight. I've restarted my device, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it is glitches aplenty when verifying a payment I've made to a third party.

    @AskNationwide @RLHobs I agree with this.The app is awful and I have reported it several times, nobody takes a blind bit of notice. The IT people at Nationwide are useless.

    @AskNationwide Canโ€™t log into my mobile account since I got a new phone, called one of your guys like a month ago & he said Iโ€™d get a new passnumber in the post which never arrived. Now when I try to call, the ai doesnโ€™t understand the problem & eventually puts me on hold just to be hung up on
