    @AskNationwide Ok. My bad. Full marks to the very patient person on the phone however we didn't fix it. After the call I remembered I'd frozen that card a few weeks back. Unfreezing it fixed the problem. If it's possible to break things I will. Sorry!

    @william98024502 @AskNationwide No they don't have a problem. My error was entirely my fault for forgetting I'd frozen the card.

    @AskNationwide Why is your online banking so awful? Iโ€™ve been trying to amend a direct debit for days and it fails every time. I try to delete it and it fails. The absolute basics of managing my money are impossible. Sort it out please.

    @AskNationwide my current debit card expires on 31st, New card in my possession, some of my site updates have accepted the changes, others will NOT - until expiry has passed- is this normal?

    @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Very poor. He should have closed down his existing account, withdrawn funds and opened an account with a completely different bank followed by a letter to the complaints department.

    @MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide A lot of people took out ยฃ100 savings in every building society in the age of carpetbaggers trying to close them down, in the hope of a huge windfall.

    It makes no sense why your service at @AskNationwide Bilston branch was to stop him from opening an account even with the right credentials. I am glad that he didnโ€™t just walk away and in fact when this was raised at the main branch they were shocked with the treatment he got!

    @AskNationwide Iโ€™ve tried to change my address on my account multiple times but it keeps saying thereโ€™s a service issue. I donโ€™t stay at the address thatโ€™s on my account but I have received letters to my current address
