@AskNationwide Ok. My bad. Full marks to the very patient person on the phone however we didn't fix it. After the call I remembered I'd frozen that card a few weeks back. Unfreezing it fixed the problem. If it's possible to break things I will. Sorry!

Have never once in my life had this issue with anyone but NW. but of course the king of banking here everything he says should be taken as gospel. Get lost dude.
