@AskNationwide Ok. My bad. Full marks to the very patient person on the phone however we didn't fix it. After the call I remembered I'd frozen that card a few weeks back. Unfreezing it fixed the problem. If it's possible to break things I will. Sorry!

@AskNationwide When is Nationwide going to allow direct debit cards to be used with Binance crypto purchases again (a UK regulatory issue last year) I understand i could still withdraw money from Binance, out into my Nationwide account! You should block transactions both ways, or not at all!

@AskNationwide never have I been more frustrated or disgusted with a banks communication my bank accounts have now been frozen for almost a week now with pretty much ZERO communication back from you other than the same email address which does not help or reply I NEED HELP NOW!!
