@AskNationwide regarding the payments issue, can you advise if a payment into my account dy a third party would be queued or simply refused? I need to know so that I can arrange for this money to be paid into an alternative account if refused by Nationwide. Unhappy new customer.

@APxx77 @AskNationwide @ComputerWeekly They have to have a clue, it's just they're not willing to share publicly. It's frustrating as heck for sure, but I have not doubt there will be a crisis response team working with techs, senior managers and vendors. It will be a powder keg of pressure and frustration.

@AskNationwide surely an ETA on when I can access my money, this is gonna bollocks my family's xams right up if yous don't pull your fingers out ASAP, and by asap I mean this day. Bad craic this so close to Xmas.
