    @AskNationwide Ok. My bad. Full marks to the very patient person on the phone however we didn't fix it. After the call I remembered I'd frozen that card a few weeks back. Unfreezing it fixed the problem. If it's possible to break things I will. Sorry!

    @william98024502 @AskNationwide No they don't have a problem. My error was entirely my fault for forgetting I'd frozen the card.

    It makes no sense why your service at @AskNationwide Bilston branch was to stop him from opening an account even with the right credentials. I am glad that he didnโ€™t just walk away and in fact when this was raised at the main branch they were shocked with the treatment he got!

    @AskNationwide hi i havenโ€™t been able to see outgoings transactions in app, i assume since midnight, service say itโ€™s ok so is the app just being glitchy?

    @AskNationwide So get Fraud alert that's not fraudulent, app closed down on me, 55 mins waiting on phone, drive to branch they can't help, back on phone 35mins ๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿ˜ค fuming #complaint

    @somersetlevel @HalifaxBank They have useless customer service. Dumped them years back and shifted to @AskNationwide and never regretted it.
