@AskNationwide your website says Mortgage General Enquiries from 8-5 - so why, at 08:15, does it say ‘phone back during normal hours’ when I call?????

David Booth (@2SmoothBooth) reported
@AskNationwide Triple Access account closed today. Used my ISA allowance with Santander. Unfortunately missed out on their 2.75% eSaver as I made the mistake of waiting for you to increase your savings rates. Will be moving the rest of my savings elsewhere this week! Thanks for nothing!

Tom Adams (@Suprised_Toast) reported
@AskNationwide Ah shame, seems bit silly though as it's a win for everyone and you'll basically make the money back within 18 months or lose a customer to another bank. Odd one that. Thanks

Kenny Higgs (@kennyhiggs) reported
My bank is offering £200 to people who switch their accounts over to them. I've been a customer for 10 years (2 savings accounts, current account & mortgage) and if they've got plenty of money sloshing about I think they should pay me £200 to stay. How about it @AskNationwide?

@AskNationwide We recently wrote to let you know you have money in an account that is currently restricted. To access your money, just give us a call on 0800 085 3607. Can't reply to your text and no one answers the phone , enjoy my money

@rach_driver @AskNationwide Sorry to hear this. The people working in banks etc have no clue how their system really works. Linked in with the birth certificate fraud it really is an evil set up. Interest on your own money, yikes.

@kennyhiggs @AskNationwide There's very little reward, if any, for being a loyal customer these days.

@AskNationwide I’ve tried it on my phone and on two different browsers on my laptop but still has the same technical problems message.
