    @AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

    @AskNationwide I have text alerts for when my joint account goes under 0 but never got one so my mortgage payment bounced and didn't know until a week later is this feature broken?

    @leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

    @AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

    @AskNationwide Its not a generic query, so you will not be able to help. It still isnt showing so I would say that there is something wrong - it doesnt show on your complaints page either.

    @AskNationwide @GrahamWilson999 He shouldn't have to "raise a complaint" you should be automatically giving all your customers compensation for this, waiving all bounced bill charges and really bending over backwards to fix the issue and compensate customers!!!!

    @AskNationwide I am on the telephone now with number +44 1604 680000 and so far have been past to 3 people (Kieran, Sandra, Laura) ...now I am waiting 20 minutes. This is why telephone credit goes so quickly when I telephone. Laura has now helped me and changed the way I login. Now I can login.
