@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

@CET_UK @mrsv1997 @AskNationwide Customers should not be being asked to DM you so details can be “passed on” - we know that process doesn’t work. A customer has no heat and hot water when temperatures are just above zero. A member of Customer Relations should already be on the phone arranging an emergency appt.

@AskNationwide Been trying to switch to you since 26/11 - all I’ve had is problems. Delayed for 3rd time with issues your end. Switching was supposed to be easy and completed within a week. 3 weeks later and still no closer, having to ring you weekly. Regretting my move now.

@AskNationwide I need to make a formal complaint. I STILL cannot log in despite opening an online account. Both passcodes by post don't work because I get an error saying "no email or phone number registered on your account". They ARE on my account!!!! I'm sick of this.
