Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

Jeremy Osborn (@JeremyOsborn5) reported@AskNationwide Hi. When I create a payee I usually include the Invoice number as the reference. When I go to pay the same payee again I cannot edit the reference so I have to create the payee again risking errors. Can that be changed please?

All customers would then move as it would be cheaper and that would force the top earners to reduce costs and pay out less in dividends and boss bonuses.
