How do we know you've not received funds and they are sitting in some suspense account somewhere?You need to sort on a case by case basis urgently

@AskNationwide have lost us as a customer purely on the fact they can’t sort the re-accruing issue of handling there members payments in and out of accounts so decided to go with @StarlingBank instead who I am sure will be able to do better! #Nationwidebank
