@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

@AskNationwide getting pretty frustrated this morning. Trying to take out a credit card with yourselves and your staff seem to be unable to pass me through to the correct team. I’ve gone to 3 different people who each pass me on to someone else who still can’t help!!

@AskNationwide My card has stopped working & I need a replacement. I can’t find anyway of doing this using online banking, so I have to phone. Your website clearly says your phone lines are open “7 days a week, 8am to 6pm”, but after going through security it says they’re closed
