    @leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

    So now it’s @TSB whom told my mum today they have no idea where her money from her isa is when she transferred over to a @AskNationwide There is going to be a issue and I hope this can be taken care of ASAP. Andrew

    @AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

    @AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

    @AskNationwide Yes, that's what I don't like. Much better to use local garages thereby helping the local economy and also providing a much quicker service in my experience.

    Very disappointed to learn that @AskNationwide is changing its breakdown service away from using garages local to the breakdown. I liked the fact that they were supporting small, local businesses.

    @AskNationwide I tried calling but again the automatic operator voice isn't very clear. I can't pop into a branch as there isn't one nearby and I'm currently working from home.

    @AskNationwide mortgage overpayment issue in DECEMBER 21 still not resolved as promised spent last hour trying to contact somebody absolute nightmare, and not even my fault, suggest more staff are employed ASAP.
