    @AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

    @AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

    @AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

    @AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

    @AskNationwide Hello. I think there's a problem with the deposit slot on the external machine at your South St Andrew Street, Edinburgh branch. I've had a cheque and notes returned, bunched up, twice over the last 2 weeks.

    Well @AskNationwide conveyancer's have sent out deed paperwork for us to sign to agree to mortgage by post 4 times since Xmas & still not received. Got it by email, but no access to a printer

    @AskNationwide is the worst bank to help a customer who is in need of there help. I am closing all my accounts when I get to the bank next week. My mum is terminally ill and you keep putting up barriers for me to get even a balance for her pension service

    @AskNationwide I’ve done a complaint. I am but has restrictions. My mum has spoken to nationwide giving full access. I’ve got 3rd but still won’t give me just a balance on the account so I can pass to her benefits as they been stopped. I’ve waited for a week for a statement been sent home
