    @AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

    @AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

    @AskNationwide Hello. I think there's a problem with the deposit slot on the external machine at your South St Andrew Street, Edinburgh branch. I've had a cheque and notes returned, bunched up, twice over the last 2 weeks.

    @AskNationwide hi both my partner and I have not been able to log in using the app for 4 days now. We can log in through the website. We don’t have any joint accts both iPhone 12 users up to date on software updates

    @AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

    @AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

    @AskNationwide Into a betting account. I’ve tried different bookmakers but I’m getting an error message each time. It’s a relatively new card so wondered if that was the issue.

    @AskNationwide I spent 50minutes waiting to talk to someone they said 2 things then they went. Can you get someone to contact me ASAP please as this is poor customer service.

    @AskNationwide 1/2 I see you are ending free travel insurance for your Flexi Account customers on 31st December 2021 & I believe this is because the Covid cover makes it too expensive for you to provide. So you think it is OK to penalise is more during this terrible pandemic!

    @AskNationwide i was just completing an application for a joint flex plus account. Website directed me to call a number regarding travel insurance. Tried 4 times, cut off each time, no relevant option to select. Maybe a sign to go elsewhere...
