    @AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

    @AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

    @AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

    @AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

    @AskNationwide hi both my partner and I have not been able to log in using the app for 4 days now. We can log in through the website. We don’t have any joint accts both iPhone 12 users up to date on software updates

    @AskNationwide are the systems still down? I've sent a payment from my account to my Nationwide account that should go in as cash but it is not showing on the app

    @AskNationwide I'm afraid your 'chat with us' feature on the website isn't currently working (click the 'Chat with us' button and it disappears, then nothing happens - there's an error in the console about it). I've tried a couple of browsers.

    @AskNationwide Hello. So I have checked online. I’m not getting the error but the transactions are still not showing (at least 2 that are recent should be showing at coming ) and the statement of 1st May is still not available. When is that due to come out?

    @AskNationwide Hi Sherrie, no I understand. It just seems odd when it has a floor plan of at least 25meter sq and we all walk past each other in Tesco’s lol. I just want a very bog standard children’s account where she can get access to it using a cash card please.

    @AskNationwide is there any issues with standing orders being payed? I have been waiting for a mobile phone bill to be paid since Friday and my phone service has now been stopped because of this??

    @AskNationwide Well you aren't here to help. We were due to have a meeting with your mortgage advisor today and we haven't received the meeting invite and nobody has tried to call us. I had to take time off work for this call. Pretty disappointing and I imagine lost revenue for you.
