Been to town to pay a cheque into @AskNationwide but the machine couldn't process it. Yes I had it the correct way up. Although I did try it back to front and upside down too, just in case. So infuriating. Going to post it off now. More expense and inconvenience. Cheques. Pah!

Well don’t try to use the Nationwide switch service. Emails that their own guidance says are spam, no accountability, hours on the phone and after 13 days still no switch. IT terrible, communication abysmal. Worse than useless. @AskNationwide

@AskNationwide Yes it’s a mortgage application. They don’t give updates. They just ask for more info then reset SLA clock to 5 days. They wait another 5 days then ask for more info and reset SLA clock again. The latest SLA clock reset is for an IT fault! Nobody willing to help there?

@AskNationwide completely holding up my house chain, putting me under so much unnecessary stress. Absolutely no compassion from your advisors on the phone about it. Shocking customer service. I thought you were supposed to be the helpful bank for the people
