    Why is @AskNationwide STILL asking for EWS1 forms for mortgages for 4-storey buildings, despite guidance that they aren't needed, no cladding,remediation,or safety issues - but impossible to remortage or staircase. Owners of low buildings will not get these forms so we are stuck

    @AskNationwide When I try to login to online banking it says "Sorry we can't log you in at the moment" "We have a technical problem and are doing our best to fix it". Can you confirm if there's definitely an issue that is known and being worked on please?

    @AskNationwide My card keeps declining like what it seems many others... Last week waiting for incoming payments... I will be switching if we don't recieve a sorry we keep having problems gratitude payment

    @AskNationwide I know you don't want your appalling customer service ***** washing aired on social media, and you'd rather I was kept on hold on the phone while I wait for someone in a call centre to fob me off, so I'll give it a miss thanks.
