Been to town to pay a cheque into @AskNationwide but the machine couldn't process it. Yes I had it the correct way up. Although I did try it back to front and upside down too, just in case. So infuriating. Going to post it off now. More expense and inconvenience. Cheques. Pah!

@AskNationwide You'd be more convincing if you didn't come out with the same old excuses as on your last tweet. Or maybe it was the last but one; I've lost count. I *only* use Twitter when other approaches fail. You cd resolve the problem using the info I provided. Will you? Over & out.

@AlixTraynor2 @AskNationwide Customer service is not what Nationwide are interested in - the CEO is not interested in serving customers. Consequences do not matter to this badly run organisation. It’s not run for members

@AskNationwide are Nationwide aware what poor service their customers are receiving from @TheAA_UK? 6 days since reporting, car still not collected. Poor comms misinformation and an organisational disregard for customers? Doesn't seem to sit with Nationwide's customer philosophy.

@AskNationwide It's not about a claim, it's about EMERGENCY COVER. You know, electrics, 100s of litres of water everywhere. We've already spent HOURS trying to sort it without any help from Nationwide, the company I pay to help. 1/2

@AskNationwide With this in mind any chance that NATIONWIDE may not pass further rate rises on to mmbrs with mortgages as you’ve increased my mortgage with 9 rate rises this yr, are unable to help me with an alternate product & you’re not obliged to pass these increases on, it’s not mandatory!
