    Been to town to pay a cheque into @AskNationwide but the machine couldn't process it. Yes I had it the correct way up. Although I did try it back to front and upside down too, just in case. So infuriating. Going to post it off now. More expense and inconvenience. Cheques. Pah!

    @AskNationwide Your customer care must contact HSBC and check the status of the transfer. Instead they check within Nationwide system and says no money received.

    @AskNationwide on hold for 30 mins waiting to speak to someone , when I get connected no one is on the end of the line 😡😡😡 it’s either apps not working or people not speaking , had enough of @AskNationwide 👋
