Been to town to pay a cheque into @AskNationwide but the machine couldn't process it. Yes I had it the correct way up. Although I did try it back to front and upside down too, just in case. So infuriating. Going to post it off now. More expense and inconvenience. Cheques. Pah!

@AskNationwide reading that there isn’t a problem with direct debits and standing orders. That’s great, money can be removed from my account but the fact that my salary hasn’t gone INTO it WILL cause issues as my mortgage payment happens tomorrow

@PippinHustler @AskNationwide I’d also like to know how long, I’ve just transferred £1700 and it’s now missing as hasn’t arrived in my account! This is happening far too often. Absolutely disgusting service.

@AskNationwide @daniellebxtch_ If my money is not in my account in the next hour, you will have to give me some kind of financial solution, as I have a vets bill to pay this morning, and have nobody I can borrow money from. After that, I'll be closing my account. You are literally the most awful people.

@AskNationwide Another blackout!? It’s not good enough. The cost of living is worrying enough atm & once again my monthly salary is sitting, well- I don’t know where! It’s delayed apparently. How long will it last this time and when are you going to stop just patching the issue?
