    Been to town to pay a cheque into @AskNationwide but the machine couldn't process it. Yes I had it the correct way up. Although I did try it back to front and upside down too, just in case. So infuriating. Going to post it off now. More expense and inconvenience. Cheques. Pah!

    @AndrewG37241723 @AskNationwide Nationwide Building Society has finally responded with no action, no sympathy, no solutions and asking me to waste Ombudsman time. Normally customer are right but on this occasion they have not taken any of my concerns seriously! She must thinks I had a bad dream! Waste of time!!

    @dianepickup @AskNationwide There’s anywhere from a few hundred to a few thousand people who haven’t been paid. Some of us have been waiting since Friday for our due pip. Those of us who are able to are calling DWP in the morning to complain and demand they fix it

    @AskNationwide Thanks for the reply. That sounds absolutely awful. Can't imagine carrying something round to deal with my account when I already have a phone. Something extra to pack on holiday. Just also found out that I can't pay in cheques with the app. I may have made a mistake switching!

    @dianepickup @AskNationwide Unfortunately doubt it’s a nationwide issue. My mum banks with them and whilst her Child Benefit went in today her PIP hasn’t. Appears this has been an issue for people since late last week :(

    @AskNationwide Hi, I have a pending Credit Card transaction that I think may be from a scam site. Thought I was buying PS5 but Trustpilot site reviews say this is all a scam. Can I block the transaction?

    @AskNationwide Hi, switch to you is imminent but have have absolutely no paperwork, no card and not even any account details. I know there’s a post strike but I’m shortly going to have an account that I have no access to my money from.
