    @AskNationwide can you help me please because I'm getting nowhere with @ubereats_uk They took the money from my account then cancelled my order and it's actually cleared my account today which I'm really annoyed about

    @AskNationwide would it be possible to be notified either by email or the app every time the account holder's debit card is used for a transaction? It might help cut down on the amount £££ lost through fraudulently used cards as stolen cards could be stopped sooner.

    @AskNationwide chat service has to be one of the worst. Constantly crashes & wipes previous discussion so you start over. Hope you do something about it soon and make it fit for purpose! Having to make calls because chat is so poor wastes valuable time.
