Tony Brett (he/him) (@tonybrett) reported from Oxfordshire, England@AskNationwide Ok. My bad. Full marks to the very patient person on the phone however we didn't fix it. After the call I remembered I'd frozen that card a few weeks back. Unfreezing it fixed the problem. If it's possible to break things I will. Sorry!
