    @AskNationwide good morning. I closed my current account today and it has gone. But I can still login to the app and I am still a member. I want everything closed including my membership so that it appears closed on my credit report. How do I do this? Thanks.

    @AskNationwide This is a non-answer. Employ more telephone operators out of your massive profits and stop giving your customers ****** service Last night at 5pm the wait-time was 15mins Whatever time of day you ring there's almost no difference There should be no wait-time at all

    Trying to get an issue resolved with @AskNationwide. I have tried about 6 times, to call without success. I have been on hold now for 45 minutes. Unacceptable.

    @AskNationwide Can you tell me Why my instant access isa is only showing a return of 0.16 interest rate where as the bank of England base rate is over 1.5 percent
