@AskNationwide Ok. My bad. Full marks to the very patient person on the phone however we didn't fix it. After the call I remembered I'd frozen that card a few weeks back. Unfreezing it fixed the problem. If it's possible to break things I will. Sorry!

@AskNationwide poor car hire service following breakdown. All sorted but I have to tavel 7 miles to collect car! Surely hire following breakdown should include delivery?
