@AskNationwide Ok. My bad. Full marks to the very patient person on the phone however we didn't fix it. After the call I remembered I'd frozen that card a few weeks back. Unfreezing it fixed the problem. If it's possible to break things I will. Sorry!

@AskNationwide Nationwide… as a UK bank why on earth are you replying to chat messages at 03:15! And when I reply do not contact me at night again, you send another !! I was told I had to switch notifications on to get the issues fixed. I did not expect you to wake me in the middle of night!

@AskNationwide I cannot access the internet banking app. I have deleted and downloaded the new version a couple of times and restarted my device, but no luck. The app says ‘technical problem’ but service availability is green. Can you help?
