    @AskNationwide Ok. My bad. Full marks to the very patient person on the phone however we didn't fix it. After the call I remembered I'd frozen that card a few weeks back. Unfreezing it fixed the problem. If it's possible to break things I will. Sorry!

    @william98024502 @AskNationwide No they don't have a problem. My error was entirely my fault for forgetting I'd frozen the card.

    @AskNationwide any plans to change the online banking format again? The new one is awful, I hate that it’s missing a running total, and when I switch back to the old version it’s now horribly formatted and I have to swipe around to see the full details.

    @AskNationwide The website and banking App no longer have a chat facility. 2 out of 3 ways to get in touch have been removed.

    @AskNationwide i tried to open an isa with nationwide, but it always asks for an account number. Im not a nationwide customer though. Do I need an account before I can open an isa?

    Very concerned by @AskNationwide handling of my account. Very disappointed with Nationwide. A payment was blocked, no clear reason was given, and my online access was restricted. Because my phone is also locked due to a work-profile issue, I’m left unable to access my banking...

    @AskNationwide how long till I am able to unfreeze my card? Currently needing to use my card and it’s saying that I I’m unable to due to a technical issue. This is causing me a lot of issues
