    @AskNationwide Ok. My bad. Full marks to the very patient person on the phone however we didn't fix it. After the call I remembered I'd frozen that card a few weeks back. Unfreezing it fixed the problem. If it's possible to break things I will. Sorry!

    Unable to make a small SEPA payment the one time I actually want it to work. Chat agent was useless told me there might be a glitch. Seriously @AskNationwide is this the level of support for a core business function?

    @AskNationwide what have you done to the website and transaction view, its awful please go back to the old view. Who ever is the UI developer and signed off on this needs to get a grip.

    Last year @AskNationwide gave me Β£50 as a thank you Today they sent me an email telling me my account has been closed!! WTF!!! What about the money, including the Β£50, I have in it?????
