@AskNationwide Ok. My bad. Full marks to the very patient person on the phone however we didn't fix it. After the call I remembered I'd frozen that card a few weeks back. Unfreezing it fixed the problem. If it's possible to break things I will. Sorry!

@AskNationwide are your internet banking services working normally? I've been trying to make a faster payment it says the request has been received but then is sending the money back as a correction.
@lv your ‘breakdown cover’ is truly awful. My husband has been waiting 5 hours in the cold for you to get to him despite being told it would be under 2 hours. Will be cancelling our @AskNationwide accounts and finding alternative cover.
@AskNationwide There's no point in that, as I'm not switching browsers before knowing the problems with the current one.
@AskNationwide I cant get an answer, can i walk into a branch and ask someone to help?
@AskNationwide And yes it was a flex account. Your website also states you can withdraw cash in a branch, so if things have changed please advise and we can remove all family accounts from you and find an alternative that provides a friendly counter service
@AskNationwide how is your fraudulent helpline only list and stolen? What on earth is the point? Horrendous! (And you compensated me twice already for horrendous customer service) now I have an issue you can’t/ won’t help
@AskNationwide Exactly what I said happened!!! So to bank £30 worth of one demonination coins takes 5 trips to go into one account - when Covid is rife? Ridiculous. He had my card, why not at least take £5 more for my account? I have health issues so we take precautions.
