    @AskNationwide Hi CS. After the week of stress level 1000 due to you withdrawing your offer, my solicitor has just received a mortgage offer from @Halifax within 3 Working Days; using the very document you refused to use based on guidance and not law.

    @AskNationwide No and I have spoken to the issuer Manchester City Council who can't cancel and issue a new one because they said you have cashed it with barclays. Called your call centre, call was answered by a branch they can't even speak to the cheque processing team have to use messaging.

    @AskNationwide Banked a £4k cheque, you rejected it saying it was rejected by the bank of Manchester City Council, and they say you cashed it. 3 calls no one has a clue no one calls back. Awful service once this is sorted I am moving bank

    @AskNationwide it’s been 5 working days and I still haven’t got my card or able to use my internet banking. Can someone explain what’s going on cus it’s a joke and not a funny one

    @AskNationwide So now NW say it's rejected, council and their bank say it's cashed so they can't cancel and reissue it. Awful systems and service.

    @rockdaddy70 @AskNationwide I’ve just asked them this as well. I thought @AskNationwide were there for customers. The savings rates are really poor in comparison to others. Come on savers need help as well #InterestRate

    @AskNationwide But you ensure the base rate change DOESNT have any impact on savers by not passing it on. You’re no better than the energy companies, rake in additional profits while the customer suffers.
