    @sil @AskNationwide As a loyal Nationwide customer, this is why I have kept my @monzo account active, much easier, especially if the payee wants reference text per transfer.

    This is the week that @WhichUK needs to seriously stop tongueing @AskNationwide for freebies and downgrade this awful bank. Every time I try to pay a tax bill or anything over £1.99 online their wretched systems fail and I have to ask somebody else to pay it for me..

    @AskNationwide what happens when the person sent out to do an emergency repair hasn't actually repaired the problem? They said someone would be in touch but in the meantime, it's been raining in my bedroom. Thanks.

    @AskNationwide it is absolutely unacceptable to be on hold for an hour (first call) then get cut of by your customer service team and 25 minutes (second call) to again be cut off... My thoughts would be you clearly don't want my money...

    @AskNationwide Hi there I got a refund for a PayPal dispute I launched two weeks ago. The refund was paid into a card I had lost and I have no access to it anymore. Can you please divert the refund into my new card?
