Absolutely disgraceful service from @AskNationwide this morning. Their system took two payments for rent, one of them was completely absent on the online banking system and the earliest they can fix their mess is a week. Absolutely laughable, I will be swapping to another bank.

@AskNationwide Hi, no I topped up my Electric on the 5th of May and a second payment of £15 was taken out. I contacted my provider and they said wait 14 working days which I did now they asked for your email/fax to resolve the issue
