    @AskNationwide I have started a chat - no response. I have called but the 20 min wait and the CS will have gone home. YOU as CS should raise this issue: YOU have implemented an update in the app which is wrong! It needs fixing ASAP !

    @JohnHann0404 @AskNationwide Good there are some decent companies about who do care about customers old and new.Hope nationwide get loads of business by swimming against the tide and not caving in to pressure.For older generation not savvy enough to do online it’s a big help and they also have the social bit

    @DC_1873 @AskNationwide They said it was a fault in support and trying to fix it which differs to what this support page is saying. Told me to wait in the rain rather than walk home. Full complaint will be sent and then closure of account
