    Beyond frustrated @AskNationwide you call me, I call back you refuse to talk to me on the phone and say I have to send a message. I eventually send a message. 2 day turnaround your end. I don't know what is wrong with my account but I know this isn't customer service.

    @vanmoyles @HalifaxBank Please do it, I used to work for them and am so thankful I don't anymore - go with the @AskNationwide instead, though fully expect them to go down this woke rabbit hole soon!!

    @AskNationwide @KrisBurgoyne123 I managed to get it working yesterday by reinstalling but today it just comes up with the same error over and over. Passcode doesn't refresh so it's asking for the same 3 each time. Android 8 here.

    @AskNationwide hello, is there any way to stop a transaction from going through? Railcard have charged me twice for an application I couldn't complete due to a network error on their website....can the payments be reversed??
