@AskNationwide yesterday (Monday) and today (Tuesday) my partner held for 90 minutes to talk with somebody urgently about her ISA. On both occasions, when the phone started ringing it was cut off. How does she get to talk to customer service this week?

@AskNationwide @mckernan_paul I can assure you they haven't been! I'm due to receive a transfer from a Nationwide Account & the money hasn't yet been received. The same payee has reported other issues with your end, insofar as the confirmed payment date is now showing on his account as '24 December 2021'.
