@AskNationwide yesterday (Monday) and today (Tuesday) my partner held for 90 minutes to talk with somebody urgently about her ISA. On both occasions, when the phone started ringing it was cut off. How does she get to talk to customer service this week?

@AskNationwide If you are 'here to help' - why does your chosen insurance surveyor @CCLtd_ never answer the phone to deal with subsidence cases? They've confirmed the claim but appear to be deliberately dragging it out in order to slow down claims. Presumably Nationwide has asked them to.

Great, problem with current account card blocked, contacted @AskNationwide on 23rd, assured new card in post but DD's, cash transactions would be ok just no online payments - rang for help as a DD declined this morning, closed for holidays 😡😡
