They've confirmed the claim but appear to be deliberately dragging it out in order to slow down claims. Presumably Nationwide has asked them to.

On both occasions, when the phone started ringing it was cut off. How does she get to talk to customer service this week?

Like when an insurance company helps itself to £100s from my bank account because they took a renewal payment a week before the renewal date whilst I was in the process of trying to cancel my renewal.

Matty M (@wanna_be_dj) reported@AskNationwide just received a letter from you stating you’re removing my overdraft and you’re giving me 30 days to pay it off??? Shocking service from the ‘peoples’ bank. Never been over my over draft. Don’t live in my overdraft have 3k a month go in and you’re doing this. How can you even be allowed to do it. Time to move banks.
