On both occasions, when the phone started ringing it was cut off. How does she get to talk to customer service this week?

They've confirmed the claim but appear to be deliberately dragging it out in order to slow down claims. Presumably Nationwide has asked them to.

Is go twitter/facebook etc and ask if Nationwide is calling? Does your assistant stay on the line while the customer waits for a response?

Can't tell you how disappointed I am in Nationwide and it's management letting us all down again so badly again. Very very poor. A terrible advert for mutuality.

peter chamberlain (@Pdc1956Peter) reported@AskNationwide I received it about 10 minutes ago. Her bank Halifax were not able to complete the transaction because Nationwide were down yet again. Now Nat West today. Either you are all being hacked, or your systems are very precarious. Seems to be almost a daily occurrence now .
