    @AskNationwide yesterday (Monday) and today (Tuesday) my partner held for 90 minutes to talk with somebody urgently about her ISA. On both occasions, when the phone started ringing it was cut off. How does she get to talk to customer service this week?

    @AskNationwide can you please explain why my travel insurance claim still hasn’t been settled? It’s terrible enough that I’ve waited 4 months but what’s worse is that 3 people I was due to go with and on the same booking have the same flexplus

    @AskNationwide It has been over 5 working days now and I've not received any response on online banking yet. And yes, this is due to me not having a nationwide current account. Online suggests my ONLY option is to go into a physical branch which don't have the best opening times, plus COVID...

    @AskNationwide The lady on the phone said I’m sorry but I cannot help you as I am on the credit card department . She then processed to state that the line I would need to be transferred to are in fact closed and will open Monday at 8am.

    @AskNationwide Hi, I feel very disappointed in your service. I've filed a complaint about being unable to transfer money from an ISA and had 0 response. I find it shocking that the ONLY way to get access to my money is to go into a physical branch during a pandemic... #covid

    @AskNationwide hi I am trying to call Nationwide Bank but numbers are ridiculously changed and it cost money and the number is not free anymore,I send through Western Union money to my family and I done log in to confirm but was cancelled, why??? This is not the first time

    @AskNationwide I have a problem.. I need to access my savings account, however my local branch closes at 2pm every day and closed at weekends. I’m a teacher so it’s impossible for me to get to branch at any point but I need to access my account.

    @AskNationwide They couldn’t help me at all due to them only dealing with credit cards and the line they would transfer me to being closed on Sunday. So now I have no money whatsoever.
