    @mcknut @Zarch1972 @AskNationwide I'm hoping the agile export on days like today will help counteract the higher import costs. Underlying issue is high gas costs and high proportion of gas used to power the grid at the moment, combined with low wind. Had a year or two of good prices due to low demand.

    @dracos @AskNationwide Yeah I've had it before where Nationwide changed my credit card and I then couldn't access all the history. Part of the reason I hardly use it and now primarily use another which has a nice cashback rate.

    @AskNationwide when will this payment issue be rectified? I was sent money at 12:28 and I still haven't received it. I am getting message saying outgoing payments are delayed but what about my incoming payment. I hope everybody changes banks after this! Ridiculous

    @AskNationwide @mickhogg Delay? How longs this delay for an incoming payment? Delay suggests it’s processing. But from what I understand the system is down, meaning it’s frozen, rather then delayed?

    @AskNationwide this is beyond a joke! No official statement just crap generic responses from an overstretched customer service team. People further up the chain need to get their heads from up their arses and tell us the customers what is happening!!!! SIMPLY NOT ACCEPTABLE.
