@dracos @AskNationwide Yeah I've had it before where Nationwide changed my credit card and I then couldn't access all the history. Part of the reason I hardly use it and now primarily use another which has a nice cashback rate.

@mcknut @Zarch1972 @AskNationwide I'm hoping the agile export on days like today will help counteract the higher import costs. Underlying issue is high gas costs and high proportion of gas used to power the grid at the moment, combined with low wind. Had a year or two of good prices due to low demand.

@AskNationwide I can't log into my account online either through safari or chrome. Is this linked to the problems noted on your website, or something else? The app appears to be working, but I can't do what I need to through that.

@AskNationwide Mel, contacting me via letter is not the issue. It’s actually a complaint that doesn’t need 2 MONTHS to be resolved!? How would you feel if that was you as a customer? It was a fault on your end from the start. If I don’t hear by end of today I will close my account.

@AskNationwide This has not helped. I agree that it feels like a browser problem, but I have not previously had any problems, and it is odd it is the same on safari and chrome. I will try restarting the Mac and see if that helps.

I have had the worst experience with @AskNationwide . I logged a complaint a MONTH ago and my complaint is still not resolved. As a new customer, this makes me want to close my account and move elsewhere. Doesn’t seem like they care for new customers!

@AskNationwide Why is it taking so long to get our mortgage offer sent out? Told last week just needs someone to approve and send the offer. We're past the 5 working day timescale and everyone I speak to just says it should be today, try tomorrow?! We have to give notice Monday!

@AskNationwide @EnglandFootball Serious question nationwide my in laws went to try and get an appointment to open an account they were told we don’t do appointments and just pointed to a pc, they don’t know how to use a pc. How can you help them open an account with you?
