  @dracos @AskNationwide Yeah I've had it before where Nationwide changed my credit card and I then couldn't access all the history. Part of the reason I hardly use it and now primarily use another which has a nice cashback rate.

  @mcknut @Zarch1972 @AskNationwide I'm hoping the agile export on days like today will help counteract the higher import costs. Underlying issue is high gas costs and high proportion of gas used to power the grid at the moment, combined with low wind. Had a year or two of good prices due to low demand.

  Defo time to move accounts from @firstdirect to @AskNationwide. Went to my local post office—issue with their machine. Then local HSBC doesn’t accept cash & pointed to a branch in Reading! 🙄 Nationwide actually invested in a branch here. Tell me why I should stay, FD? 🛑👇

  @AskNationwide have been unable to transfer any money out of my account for 10 days. Always getting an error message- have been on live chat 3 times and nobody able to fix this issue This is not good enough. I will have bills bouncing from another account if I cannot transfer

  @AskNationwide It was a simple query. Some people can't even do simple tasks. Quit your job and let someone else do it that actually wants to help customers. I don't need to call up and give my blood group, star sign, favourite colour etc for you to tell me whether you use 1st or 2nd class mail
