  • smsm1 Shaun McDonald 🇪🇺 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@smsm1) reported from Ipswich District, England

@mcknut @Zarch1972 @AskNationwide I'm hoping the agile export on days like today will help counteract the higher import costs. Underlying issue is high gas costs and high proportion of gas used to power the grid at the moment, combined with low wind. Had a year or two of good prices due to low demand.

@dracos @AskNationwide Yeah I've had it before where Nationwide changed my credit card and I then couldn't access all the history. Part of the reason I hardly use it and now primarily use another which has a nice cashback rate.

  • AndrewG37241723 Andrew Griffiths (@AndrewG37241723) reported

@AskNationwide This is simply not true - you tell lies and deliberately provide bad service. It’s time for a change at the top with a new board who are customer focused and honest.

  • Joeparker23_ Joe parker (@Joeparker23_) reported

@AskNationwide I’m having issue downloading pdf Adobe file on my current account but when I download it doesn’t say anything it’s been going on for 2 days? How much longer will it get sorted out?

  • BecsApp7 Becs 💙 (@BecsApp7) reported

@AskNationwide Hi, I think I’ve spotted a fraudulent transaction on my account. Are you able to help please?

  • angelsincognito Lucinda (@angelsincognito) reported

@AskNationwide fun maths question! If I pay £200 a month into an instant access saver with a 5% interest rate, and make 0 withdrawals, why have you paid me £38 for the whole year? And why do all your agents insist that nationwide never offered a savings account of more than 1.3%?

  • JanetBa37291905 Janet Barlow (@JanetBa37291905) reported

@AskNationwide @soozachu Ridiculous that I can't change reference in the app, so have to set up a new account each time, other bank apps in the family don't have this problem

  • KelloSimpson Kelly S (@KelloSimpson) reported

@AskNationwide I have a limited access saver account but only have access this with the book and have to go to the branch to deposit money. Can I open up a online banking account for this kind of account? So I can put money in more easily and will I have to get rid of the book?

  • jpswade James Wade (@jpswade) reported

Turns out @AskNationwide decided to tell @HSBC_UK to close down my account over the Christmas period during @RoyalMail strikes, and now can’t do anything about it. Useless.

  • Jessica_Baileyx Jessica Bailey (@Jessica_Baileyx) reported

@AskNationwide I think I have my customer number and passcode. Do I need anything else? Because I need to be able to use it without having to wait for anything to come through the post

  • JerryGe42936313 Shaun Gee (@JerryGe42936313) reported

@AskNationwide Criticism not aimed at twitter team, just your greedy processes that are slow to raise saver rates but QUICK to grab mortgage rate increases. SKIPTON increases its saver rates much quicker to help its customers in these tough times.
