    @dracos @AskNationwide Yeah I've had it before where Nationwide changed my credit card and I then couldn't access all the history. Part of the reason I hardly use it and now primarily use another which has a nice cashback rate.

    @mcknut @Zarch1972 @AskNationwide I'm hoping the agile export on days like today will help counteract the higher import costs. Underlying issue is high gas costs and high proportion of gas used to power the grid at the moment, combined with low wind. Had a year or two of good prices due to low demand.

    @AskNationwide support?! Your support is a joke! The way you treat long term customers is a joke. I tweeted 3 weeks ago about an issue, told to raise online complaint & here we are, 3 weeks later & no reply, nothing. Nationwide doesn't care about it's customers, it cares only for their money

    @themortgageworks @AskNationwide @NationwidePress I have been trying to get hold of 'the mortgage works' a division of #nationwide for 2 months. Impossible! They don't answer... there is no contact email or number. Poor service! Maybe I should stop my payments?

    @AskNationwide To unblock the pin which has been blocked. Do not need to reset the pin number, just need to unblock the account ASAP. Your website / portal does not allow us to notify you anymore to advise of travel for possible card use. Your website advises fraud team 24 hours a day

    @AskNationwide you do Phil, all companies have a Director of Customer Service/Experience, that the Senior Management team will report to, who feedback what the Managers/Team Leaders are doing. All i'm asking for is a name please? I no longer have confidence in the Complaints team. Name please?

    @AskNationwide @outeraquarius Iโ€™m suffering the same issues and itโ€™s not as if your developer team havenโ€™t had at least 4 months of betas in their possession for testing, in order to get ready for it โ€ฆ Amex, Barclaycard etc apps are all working fine ๐Ÿ™„

    @AskNationwide since installing iOS16 on Monday, my Nationwide app is taking around 20 secs to get to FaceID when before it was almost instant. Using 70Mbps broadband so no issues there โ€ฆ you had at least 4 months of betas to prepare so whatโ€™s the issue?
