I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

@Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

@AskNationwide How long before you provide an update as to when the issue will be fixed, some info is better than no info, you haven’t provided any updates at all , surely by now you must have an estimate as to when you will be able to resolve

@AskNationwide Completely at ease using your internet banking service, including the security of needing a card reader. I'll never use your mobile banking app for security reasons outside your control.
