@Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

@AskNationwide The Nationwide Scam Protection Promise is that scams will be investigated within 35 working days. Its been 68 working days since I reported fraud by a Contractor and Nationwide have not started to investigate the case. Don't rely on Nationwide, report fraud to the police.

@AskNationwide after 20 years at nationwide I am closing all my accounts after the issues I’ve had this week. Now you are even blocking me from doing that and won’t let me access my money. It’s appalling.

@AskNationwide pathetic customers service. On hold for 45 mins.Finally got through. Lady put me on hold to check something and I said “whatever you do don’t cut me off as I’ve been waiting for ages”. Guess what. Cut off! No call back either despite having my phone no. Disgraceful
