Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

For any customer I would have expected the basic banking function is to receive funds in the form of wages, pension etc and allocate to the correct account. If you can't manage that well!

People are unable to do anything, go shopping, buy food etc... Money was due in at midnight but we are still waiting on @AskNationwide
