@AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

3. @AskNationwide complete this weeks list, they’re now offering £100 for new customer who switch to one of their flex accounts. (Excl. Basic) Open new or switch into existing account, switch just include 2 direct debits and switch date must be within 10 working days.

@AskNationwide as usual excellent customer service today at Commercial Road Portsmouth branch. Unlike appalling @BarclaysUK. Reporting a death needs a sensitive response not a sulky public‘oh yeah right you’ll have to wait over there’. I left.
