@AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

@AskNationwide I have been calling you all day. Your automated service is like a robot getting it wrong over and over again. Then when she finally gives up there is a recorded message saying you can’t take calls, no reason, no alternative offered. Massive #customerexperience fail

@AskNationwide my son reported the issue within minutes of being able to (they also deleted his banking apps and stole his SIM card after they drugged him). He has waited patiently for two weeks for you to “decide” about refunding him.

@thealexfreed @AskNationwide Strangely unwilling to honour your obligations when money is stolen from your customers. It’s like they are robbed twice. Once by the thief. Once more by your fraud team who refuse to help.

@AskNationwide I ordered new cards in my married name, but they have all arrived in my maiden name! How can I fix this? I had waited over 30mins on the phone to order these!
