    @AskNationwide I have been calling you all day. Your automated service is like a robot getting it wrong over and over again. Then when she finally gives up there is a recorded message saying you can’t take calls, no reason, no alternative offered. Massive #customerexperience fail

    @AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

    @BigDarthMarti @AskNationwide 🤔 how bizarre. Their systems must be really slow, they’ll all be deducted at some point as there are authorisation codes but it’s annoying in the meantime

    Definitely switching banks after this ordeal. Every year for the last 6years @AskNationwide can see I come to Uganda for a length of time, I even tell their staff. But each and every bleeding time they block my card. I think they enjoy making me suffer.

    @AskNationwide You have no choice to give me my money back And set up a payment arrangement as the fca and the financial ombudsman clearly state. You cannot leave a customer in hardship

    @AskNationwide hi is your website working? I think it might be down? Your sent me my house insurance renewal but I can’t sign in, can’t reset password, can’t create account, everything I put my correct details in it says their wrong or the confirm buttons don’t do anything

    @AskNationwide Once the customers financial position is clear, we’d expect the bank to propose a solution. There is a range of measures a lender can take to help.
