Underlying issue is high gas costs and high proportion of gas used to power the grid at the moment, combined with low wind. Had a year or two of good prices due to low demand.

This has been confirmed on the phone it’s YOUR error. But it’s now on our credit score. So many promises and non kept. The worry and stress you are causing is wrong
