Underlying issue is high gas costs and high proportion of gas used to power the grid at the moment, combined with low wind. Had a year or two of good prices due to low demand.

She just kept repeating "I hear what you're saying" but had no solution. I await a manager call back still, though I'm not holding my breath anymore.
