    @mcknut @Zarch1972 @AskNationwide I'm hoping the agile export on days like today will help counteract the higher import costs. Underlying issue is high gas costs and high proportion of gas used to power the grid at the moment, combined with low wind. Had a year or two of good prices due to low demand.

    @dracos @AskNationwide Yeah I've had it before where Nationwide changed my credit card and I then couldn't access all the history. Part of the reason I hardly use it and now primarily use another which has a nice cashback rate.

    @AskNationwide my online banking app hasn’t been working for a week now. It just says there’s an error on your side and says to restart. I have updated my phone, deleted and reinstalled and updated the app. At this point I’m considering moving banks.

    @AskNationwide thanks for locking me out of my bank account for 2 weeks then telling me i have to wait another two weeks to have my case reviewed simply sending money between my accounts and you freeze my money, i will be deleting my account as soon as you give me my money terrible customer service, you should be ashamed

    @AskNationwide How long does it take for someone from your Bereavement Team to respond - It's been 6 weeks since I've heard anything despite uploading all necessary forms / documents & visiting a branch in person so they can copy forms etc but still no response. It's terrible!
