Underlying issue is high gas costs and high proportion of gas used to power the grid at the moment, combined with low wind. Had a year or two of good prices due to low demand.

Nightmare.. ended up with the call handler saying if he requested a new book the book she is using will be cancelled.28 minutes .no result!
