@mcknut @Zarch1972 @AskNationwide I'm hoping the agile export on days like today will help counteract the higher import costs. Underlying issue is high gas costs and high proportion of gas used to power the grid at the moment, combined with low wind. Had a year or two of good prices due to low demand.

@dracos @AskNationwide Yeah I've had it before where Nationwide changed my credit card and I then couldn't access all the history. Part of the reason I hardly use it and now primarily use another which has a nice cashback rate.

@AskNationwide I've just opened a NW Online Saver which is opened and operated online. Why have you emailed to say I will soon receive a Welcome Pack in the post? When I questioned this, you say, it's 'in case I cannot access the Internet' !! Come on NW - wake up and save paper!

@AskNationwide hi, my friend tried to make a payment to a charity acct that i administer + got a warning about 'no refund' if he went thru with it .is this just a standard precautionary check? as it is, he made the payment last year (annual subs) with no problem. can u advise?

Big thanks to @AskNationwide for refusing my payment to @GAMEdigital today (despite confirming it through app yesterday), thinking it was fraudulent. Double whammy with GAMES pretty appalling customer service, probably costing me my ps5 pre order 👍🏻
