How can you decide to block a payment to HMRC ? the automotive service at HMRC did not recognise my version of my postcode so I tried again and nationwide blocked my card!! You refused this as the mot had expired and it was not on a driveway and not legal to drive (although it was!). But you were prepare to do it if I paid.. this is not service!

Ive used on android for years and last week stopped working eventually after 5 days of trying things got it working again and after 2 days now no longer working again?
