@AskNationwide what's going on with your customer service? 6 weeks to get a response to a complaint, which you have apparently investigated without speaking to the complainant (which apparently, is impossible even in this connected world). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@AskNationwide We last spoke to your team over an hour ago after a 30-minute hold (taking time on hold to hours over the last 48 hours). Two days taken off work. Freezing young family. The service is so bad it is genuinely insulting to my family.

@AskNationwide I know you’ll continue to hide behind your emails but to you understand how serious this issue is? My mother moves into a retirement home in a matter of weeks. If Nationwide continue to cause delays to my application I’ll be homeless and will have no alternative

@AskNationwide Yes there was a note to say it was closed that day but that doesn’t help me as a full time working customer who had rescheduled meetings to get there as it’s not open on a Saturday or later in the afternoon!
