@AskNationwide There seems to be nothing secure about messaging&contact systems. All I& other members need is our decent& honest, Nationwide Building Society back, fair and square, with accurate and proper customer service complying with all financial rules regulations and LAWS.

@AskNationwide Your online banking is not working. Log in come up and then goes to page not found and then straight to Fraud and security page. Never happened before so it must be a glitch to your online banking. Thanks

@AskNationwide had a mortgage complaint logged since 29th which is ongoing. No one has called back. I’m getting passed from pillar to post causing untold stress, spent hours on the phone to you and no one will help resolve our issues. Absolute joke.

@AskNationwide why are you excluding existing customers with a 1 year triple access account that has variable interest rates from the interest rate increase that you are applying to new accounts. This is bad business ! You advertise that this is the family bank.

@JustLiz1804 @asda @AskNationwide It’s deffo an Asda issue I think, they do it to me when I fill up to and I use a different bank. Think there’s a sign by the pumps which say that they will do this if you use the pay at pump feature. Only way around it is to pay in the shop I think.
