Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

@AskNationwide If you are 'here to help' - why does your chosen insurance surveyor @CCLtd_ never answer the phone to deal with subsidence cases? They've confirmed the claim but appear to be deliberately dragging it out in order to slow down claims. Presumably Nationwide has asked them to.

@AskNationwide yesterday (Monday) and today (Tuesday) my partner held for 90 minutes to talk with somebody urgently about her ISA. On both occasions, when the phone started ringing it was cut off. How does she get to talk to customer service this week?

@AskNationwide I have complained & it’s been ongoing since May ! Your customer assistance teams don’t work weekends so I’m goosed again. Assured the problem was fixed but nope another blunder. Maybe if I used crayons & nice words someone would help!

@AskNationwide We have just made yet another official complaint but you give yourselves 5 working days within which to respond, at which point, the contract will have been rescinded and we will have lost a substantial amount of money. Please could someone actually look into this and deal?!

@AskNationwide They can’t help. The person who is dealing with it is not back until Monday. His boss is off too & no one else can help. In the meantime my 90 yr old mum with Alzheimer’s account is being mismanaged again!

@AskNationwide 40 years with Lloyds Bank no issues. Less than 6 months with Nationwide and my account is blocked for no reason. Now wasting time at Nationwide to unblock.
