    Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

    @AskNationwide yesterday (Monday) and today (Tuesday) my partner held for 90 minutes to talk with somebody urgently about her ISA. On both occasions, when the phone started ringing it was cut off. How does she get to talk to customer service this week?

    @AskNationwide Rang that number, couldn’t help, transferred me to fraud dept, couldn’t help, transferred me to another dept and it’s still going to take 3 weeks at least to resolve. How do you expect me to pay my bills?

    @AskNationwide I got an email last week saying a regular payment had failed. I checked the pay't method on the Co's website & it was a card I knew nothing about. I have just received that card 9 DAYS LATER. Why they were given details of my new card so early & without my consent?

    @AskNationwide This is shambolic. You say you put a notification on the app yesterday that ppl wouldn’t have access to their current a/c for half of today?! That’s not notice! This is exceptionally poor comms and not an emergency. Where’s the contingency plan for customers?

    @AskNationwide Whats the point as everyone has the same issue not me, why not just do the decent thing and tweet that the maintenance is causing card problems, rather than make out that its us thats causing the problems

    @AskNationwide no it's not ok that I have no access to my funds until Sunday midday! My money went into my savings account and I need to transfer it to my current account to withdraw cash. I literally have 0 in my current account!

    @AskNationwide She can't access livechat as you deliberately blocked her account. That's the whole point of the complaint, to get to the bottom of what on earth is going on!
