@AskNationwide If you are 'here to help' - why does your chosen insurance surveyor @CCLtd_ never answer the phone to deal with subsidence cases? They've confirmed the claim but appear to be deliberately dragging it out in order to slow down claims. Presumably Nationwide has asked them to.
@AskNationwide yesterday (Monday) and today (Tuesday) my partner held for 90 minutes to talk with somebody urgently about her ISA. On both occasions, when the phone started ringing it was cut off. How does she get to talk to customer service this week?
Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

@AskNationwide Concerns?? You don't think that's happened? Your goons have categorically stated there's no wrong doing by merchant even though service wasn't received. I have stated this clearly, you still think this warrants a different concern being raised? That's just condescending!
Somewhat disappointed that even though I've been a @AskNationwide customer for a few years, I only got £100 of the switching bonus instead of £125. I've sent a private message so will see what they say.
@AskNationwide It seems to have been over 7 working days for my switch to have been completed? Had a text last Tuesday, saying switch was done. Why so long?
@AskNationwide Thanks Sherrie. In this climate of huge amount of scams etc. , it's a bit of a worry. Should I call the fraud team just to make sure no one was trying to access our accounts in the branch? CCTV would show it was not us.

@AskNationwide I just opened a FlexBasic account and saw today (after using my card in error) my account was showing -£5.10. I quickly transfered £10 in to bring it back over zero, but a) will I be charged for this and b) can I turn that off so I can't go overdrawn? Thanks.
