@AskNationwide Is there yet another problem with payments today? Are they being made and just not showing on the app, or are they not being made?

  • Yippers Amy (@Yippers) reported from Bristol, England

@AskNationwide Hi Lauren. New customer alert. Don’t quite have everything yet but there is no mention of a passnumber on any docs so assume this is created using a card reader?

  • alexjbooks AlexJ (@alexjbooks) reported from Bristol, England

@AskNationwide Hello, my Dad is panicking, was expecting his pension early due to the Bank Holiday and nothing has gone in. Are you behind on processing payments or should he call the pension service?

  • will_hartshorn Will Hartshorn (@will_hartshorn) reported from Hardwicke, England

@AskNationwide it was supposed to be completing day for my partner to buy her new house, but because your systems aren’t working she is now having to find other accommodation unless this is sorted by 5 pm, is there a line where you can sort this asap.

@AskNationwide i need help from an actual with a fraud case, how do i go about this without wasting 2 hours speaking to a robot?

  • anarchy4angels Me (@anarchy4angels) reported

@AskNationwide Nationwide are demanding multifactor authentication and all the other companies are saying it shouldn't be needed. Due to banking regulations changes but it's left to customers to sort out and trail between Nationwide and other companies. Presumably it is a system wide problem...

  • CreamyAngles CreamyAngles (@CreamyAngles) reported

@AskNationwide Thanks for trying but its too late. Your response is appreciated though. All my accounts were closed because I tried to help a lady politely from exposing herself at work. Her indecent exposure was intentional and her manager seemed to like it. Kilburn branch

  • HelenLucy6 Helen Lucy (@HelenLucy6) reported

@AskNationwide not a query but I just wanted to applaud your fraud team. Had a major panic over a transaction I know I didn’t make. The staff member sorted everything so quickly, cancelled any future payments, my card & issued a refund within 15 minutes. Best service I’ve had!

  • catlouisevine Cat (@catlouisevine) reported

@AskNationwide my wages haven’t gone into my bank today but have been released from my employer. Is there an issue today and when will it be resolved please?

  • BelleStarrC BelleStarr🌟 (@BelleStarrC) reported

@personneltoday @AskNationwide HR dept take note. " Employers should take advice from lawyers, rather than interest groups.” Also, because they disown you when the **** hits the fan.

  • charlescawley9 charles cawley (@charlescawley9) reported

@AskNationwide Was the ignorance about apostrophies from their PR department? The US ideologial lie ignores the importance of luck. Of course hard work and ambition are usually essential, but luck is a necessity. The deserving unlucky deserve help- but not if you deny luck.

  • BradSha91042047 Chester Bucktrout (@BradSha91042047) reported

@AskNationwide Hardly or you would support savers by fairly increasing interest rates. Many years ago, the Nationwide used to be an excellent Building Society. It did what it was good at, being a Building Society. Now it's just another virtue signaller which excels at another type of BS.

  • LondonGirl801 SuzyDay (@LondonGirl801) reported

@AskNationwide Your mortgage customer service is just awful. I have been told it could be up to 3 months before my mortgage query is answered. Beyond poor!!

  • Zachary__reeder zachary f reeder (@Zachary__reeder) reported

Just to let people know @AskNationwide give you warnings on your account if you threaten legal action over them not providing the services they stated. Bully tactics and a half , issue was bad enough to give us compensation over so obviously we would of had a court case. ABYSMAL.
