  @AskNationwide The new look website. It's much worse than the previous version. Please tell us we can keep using the better version indefinitely. The new one shows debits and credits in the same column, without the account balance afterwards. It's terrible.

  @AskNationwide very disappointed to find out this year I will not be receiving the fare share payment even though I have numerous accounts with you and been a loyal customer for many years. I now feel loyalty means nothing and will have to revaluate my position with you.

  @AskNationwide Oh, and by the way, the last time I phoned @AskNationwide for help, I was on the phone for nearly two hours…and even then, failed to resolve the problem
