    @AskNationwide it was supposed to be completing day for my partner to buy her new house, but because your systems aren’t working she is now having to find other accommodation unless this is sorted by 5 pm, is there a line where you can sort this asap.

    @AskNationwide customer service is shocking. My elderly, disabled widowed mum has been scammed and you’ve refused to do anything. Your advisor was very patronising and his attitude stank. This is why I moved to another bank myself and have advised mum to do the same!

    @AskNationwide Your bot is so broken that you need me to NOT talk to it if I want to get any actual help? And when it puts me in line is it just going to hang up on me again? Look I know you’re just doing your job but you can understand that this is unacceptable, right?

    @AskNationwide I've spoken to customer service via the chat on the banking app too and they are just as little help! Who can I talk to that can actually help me get my money back please after your ATM failed and took my deposit with no proof?

    @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Go talk to the manager at the bank not here. Not everything is for social media and public consumption. The bank will probably DM you and ask to do same. What happened to offline problem solving?

    @AskNationwide Your app is not working. Internet banking is not letting me in without said app. And I tried that number earlier only to be given the runaround by your automated service who wanted to ask the same set of questions for eight minutes

    @gondo_nicole @AskNationwide Thanks but that’s not what their website says, also he has been accepted and the uni had provided the relevant codes to open his student account. There was absolutely no reason why it couldn’t be opened so this is incorrect

    @NevadaBHillon @AskNationwide I had same issue last month. Awful service ended uo changing banks. Go to chase bank. Excellent service
