    @AskNationwide Already spoke to a team member a few weeks ago she said 100s of people are calling to complain about the same error. Do i actually need a form if i have power of attorney over my mums fianances surely a firm is for family who dont have poa

    @AskNationwide It's just an image that says "We couldn't process your payment you need to contact your bank to find out why. Once you've spoken to them please come back." I have spoken to customer service numerous times and they just say it's blocked on O2's side and send me back to O2.

    Hi @AskNationwide I moved money into my savings account about 5 hours ago from my current account and it’s still not there. The money has come out of the current account. Is the app having problems? 😬
