@AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

@AskNationwide is there reason so many of your branches are closing? My Nan's local (Leyton) has been there for years, now you are closing it down. What about the elderly and the locals who rely on that branch? Not everyone uses online banking or should be forced to.

@AskNationwide I’m a student I’ve been waiting on sfe from January nationwide keeps rejecting therefore I’m in rent errors etc I haven’t had money for food from January I call nationwide everyday till today nothing is resolved they act like they’re but really they don’t care

@AskNationwide afternoon team, just a quick question. So I paid money into my account using the cash machine outside of branch to help cover my overdraft but I don't see the funds on my account. Is it because it was bank hol yesterday it will add on an additional day?
