@AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

@RissaHalls @AskNationwide It's the biggest pain in the hole tbh. Everytime you make a new payee. All the others just ask for a pin. If your card reader stops working youre effd

@AskNationwide If there is an issue with faster payments why is there nothing on the status page or on the app, I just sent a payment to pay a bill and there was no mention of any issue. This is not good enough.

@AskNationwide Why can't interest certificates be obtained online? Its 2023 and i have to request it by post? which is slow and a waste of money in printing paper and expensive cost of a stamp now?

@AskNationwide Another issue, I’m currently in Spain and can’t make international calls, which is why I think the payment got flagged

@AskNationwide if I have had a nationwide 1 year fixed access account more than a year ago, am I able to open a new one and get the same interest rate as shown on your website? Or do I have to wait a bit longer ?
