@AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

@GreenManForest @AskNationwide Maintenance was being carried out overnight in the background due to the recent issue with the Co-operative Bank Mobile App, unfortunately this did disrupt the live digital services for a short period. The maintenance was stopped and services restored as quickly as possible.

@AskNationwide if I have had a nationwide 1 year fixed access account more than a year ago, am I able to open a new one and get the same interest rate as shown on your website? Or do I have to wait a bit longer ?

@AskNationwide It has never been an issue in the last couple of years, I’m not sending funds to someone via the app, I’m trying to purchase something using a rapid transfer system which I’ve done daily for 2 years and now my banking app has some discriminatory issue with this
