    @AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

    @HSBC_UK I’m a customer of nearly 30 years and I’ve recently had a really poor experience. Trying to sort took 3 attempts with communicating with you. @AskNationwide here I come.

    @AskNationwide please can you help? I’m a long term customer trying to apply for a savings account online but I can’t because no suitable option in the drop down menu for job title. I’m looking for administrator or client service. Chat told me to go to branch but not possible

    @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp Trying to add more money (incl ISA transfer) into a fixed cash ISA that I opened with @AskNationwide at start of July. I was told by customer services📞, I can't do this as I missed the window (2 days). Is this correct? Most banks give 30 day window?

    Avoid @AskNationwide they don't know what they are doing. I'm having to EXPLAIN how i chose to spend my Money. As I'm explaining NAS drives the call handler is looking up the equipment on the website i was trying to buy from
