    @AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the £100 payment though

    @AskNationwide What a bunch of absolutely useless ppl who man their Hlp Lines r. US site #CleanupPictures auto-renews without warning. They then hide behind screens such as Contact@support refusing to acknowledge. #Nationwide response? 'We cannot help. Have u tried to reach them?

    @VirginMoney Clydesdale Bank application from 23rd April. Latest expected offer timescale: 2nd week of JUNE !!!! Dire, dreadful, apalling service. Someone has badly dropped a ball here. @AskNationwide - are you feeling rueful yet.

    @AskNationwide This year I've been excluded from your fair share scheme even though I have a current account & savings with you. Not overly bothered about the £100 it's the lack of respect 4 along time customer. I have spoken to someone & technically I don't meet the criteria as
