    @AskNationwide my grandad is in his 80s, and went into a branch to open a new account in addition to his current account with you. i am so disappointed, they wouldn't help him, and told him he can use an ipad, internet banking, or ring someone.

    @AskNationwide your wickford branch cash machine has just eaten some cash I've deposited. I can't speak to anyone. I need help but there is literally no useful numbers or info anywhere.

    @AskNationwide nationwide does not have any way to send a message to your credit card team. The chat system is not connected and the team cannot help. The link given to send a secure message will come back with an error message after you have sent it.

    @AskNationwide There is currently no way to message the credit card team. The link I am sent will give me an error message after I send it. You agents on the chat are unable to answer question. Why do I have to keep making international calls to operate my accounts?

    @AskNationwide Hi, I am just building a website to calculate my daily interest & wanted to clarify something :) I see that yesterday the interest rate increased from 0.7% to 0.8%. If I had the account open for a total of 30 days (20 days @ 0.7% & 10 days @ 0.8) would i receive.......

    @AskNationwide It’s shows the back of a mortgage renewal letter with options on there starting with a fixed 2 year rate at 1.69% which doesn’t appear locatable on your site?! 🤔
