Now when I try to call, the ai doesn’t understand the problem & eventually puts me on hold just to be hung up on

Shocking service from the ‘peoples’ bank. Never been over my over draft. Don’t live in my overdraft have 3k a month go in and you’re doing this. How can you even be allowed to do it. Time to move banks.
