@AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

@TheFCA We are being penalised by @AskNationwide they increased our home insurance by 24% stating it is because of the new ruling and will not explain the justification we have never claimed and been loyal customer for many years

@AskNationwide Hello. I started to process of applying for. Flex one account for my two 13yr olds. I didn’t have their passports at the time and want to know if I can access the application and upload their passport if or can I take their passports into my local branch.

@AndyMSUK @AskNationwide Mostly seems to be okay now. Tbh I didn't get much response even in DM other than "we know there's an issue, we're working on it". Occasionally I still get the issue but if I restart my phone that tends to fix it now. Sorry I couldn't be more help
