    @AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

    @adamsolomons5 @AskNationwide Yes, they have finally admitted there is an issue. Complaint raised. Service appalling, third time in a week major outages.

    @AskNationwide @DianaAward One of the problems of bullying at schools, is the fact that some schools deny it is going on in theirs. Denying the fact incase the school gets a bad name instead of tackling and solving the problem.

    On phone for an hour on Saturday afternoon dealing with @AskNationwide over a fraud problem entirely in their own minds. This is the only industry that inconveniences customers to this degree and acts like it is doing you a favour.

    @Nationwide @AskNationwide Honestly the Fraud System and Help is such a sham, the way their “email” makes you feel like even more crap and blames you for sending the money for goods is a joke, and I waited a month for the joke of an email #fraud #nationwide #scams

    @AskNationwide All banks can release pending payments and stop them but nationwide doenst want to because they rather have customer all wekend without miney than stop them and its only nationwide doing this agaibst customers

    @AskNationwide is there a backlog dealing with secure messages at the moment? Usually the service is top notch and takes a matter of minutes for a response but it’s been hours so far? Trying to get something sorted today.
